Plus the crew should tell you what kind of pasta you’re getting! I got the pasta but I didn’t know it was filled with cheese and cream but by the time they came back to me I told them that I can’t have this they didn’t have anymore left of anything so I didn’t have anything to eat. And the breakfast the next day was awful. And by the way I saw that the crew had a really good meal. I should be able to pick up meal ahead of time… When you’re booking. And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."

Biggest disappointed was the breakfast in quality only carbs : muffin, granola bar and tiny fruit salad where most of the fruit was frozen. But these are small things, overall a very good flight, I will definitely fly again with them. I watched a couple of movies released this year that I wanted to see. Good job Lufthansa!"

So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Lufthansa made us feel like they cared about us and trust me traveling with three kids under 6 we very much appreciated it and they will have our return business!!"

I left my head phone on the plane, spoke with a Lufthansa rep they called and said I would not have time to go back for them but they would send them to me. then the flight going from Munich to Frankfurt was late so I missed my flight from Frankfurt to Dusseldorf. Waited for 3 hours then the flight to Dusseldorf was canceled. waited for 2 hours for a train ticket. then had to take another train to the airport to get a rental car. GOT TO THE HOTEL AT 11:30pm Saturday night had to be at work at 7:00am NOT HAPPY"

Cons: "We booked our group of four with Lufthansa, paying $300 more than equivalent flights on competing airlines, specifically because our 20 month old daughter fits within Lufthansa's age, height, and weight limits for using the bassinet. We have reserved our tickets and the bassinet over two months in advance, paying $35 extra per seat for these reservations, and even got an email that specifically stated "bassinet confirmed". On the flight, when it came time to install the bassinets, the flight attendant came to us, took a look at our daughter, and said that she will not fit in the bassinet, that she is too tall, and too heavy, and suggested that we should have checked the limits for the bassinet before coming on the flight. When we inquired as to the actual limits, she could not provide any numbers, only said that she could see that our daughter is too big for it. When the family next to us got their bassinet, it became very obvious that our daughter would fit in the bassinet, and we pointed out that she was well below the height and weight limits published on the Lufthansa website. Only then did the flight attendant admit that there were other babies on the flight, and they only had four bassinets on the plane, despite having 11 slots where bassinets could be installed. Our reservation months in advance did not matter - we did not get the bassinet. As compensation, we were offered some Lufthansa miles, or 50 euros for in-flight duty free shopping. However, we lost close to 1000 dollars as a group when we chose to fly Lufthansa rather than a less expensive airline. We were very uncomfortable throughout the flight, having to hold my daughter in my arms for over five hours. We are are still very upset that the crew blatantly lied to us."

I mean including crew. People have good days and bad days. I am sure the crew can say the same about passengers."
Cons: "What could have been better is: - the email that the airline generates and senda to people a couple of days prior to flight directs you to a site where you are supposed to fill in the blanks. About Covid. The thing is that you cannot submit it unless you as a passenger fill out an Austrian address. The electronic form does not have the option to rule out staying in Austria and indicating that you are transiting in Vienna. I had to fill that form out (at the Address in Austria section) with sentences like “not applicable” “transitting” and also had to google the Vienna Airport address for the zip code so it could be submitted. The form forced me to fool the it. Not cool. Frustrating."

Food was good, but as I dozed off during courses, they decided I was finished and took all my food and didn't offer anything when I awoke shortly after. Cons: "Crew was not friendly at all. Amenities kit was burlap sac with nothing worth keeping or using -- even the eye covers. Business class bathrooms had nothing to offer in the areas of hand/face creams. All there was were hand wipes and air freshener. (OMG! SERIOUSLY!?); a big difference from their partners (i.e. Swiss and Lufthansa). Crew was not present -- not only were they very unfriendly they were no where to be found. TV/video didn't work properly -- kept fast forwarding or changing channels on its own. The crew of course, was not concerned."

I found the comfort of the accommodations, food, and service in business class to be on par with, or better than, competitors'. We especially liked the entertainment/communication system built into every cubicle - good sound, lots of good movies and shows, and great screen quality. The multicourse meals had good options and were fresh tasting."
Cons: "The Madrid leg of the journey, operated by Iberian Air on route 6231, destroyed the goodwill earned by British Airlines. Iberian Air delayed our departure from Madrid for technical difficulties, which I understand is the risk in air travel. When Iberian Air finally cancelled flight 6231 it became obvious we would miss our connection flight home in US. I began contacting the airlines for rescheduling/reimbursement requests. British Air sent me to a customer service line which rang busy for 4 hours straight. Iberian said they were sorry for the inconvenience but they could get us a free snack at the snack bar and book us on the next connecting flight in Miami (which was 45 minutes after the flight we had missed. It didn't matter that customs procedures in US would likely overlap that leg as well. American Airlines (the operating partner in the US) advised that either Iberian or British Air would have to reimburse for a new flight. I ended up just renting a car in Miami and driving the 300 miles back to Tampa, after 24 hours of air travel and missing both the connections. The upside is that Kayak was prompt in sending electronic updates from the airlines notifying of the delayed flight time/need for new seats/flight cancellation. Iberian Airlines never even changed its online flight status for the original flight which it cancelled."

Cons: "Flight was delayed over 2 hours. Entertainment was non-existent. They offered us pretzels which is hardly an inspiring food choice. Prior to boarding the airplane the alarm got triggered in the gate were waiting in, took over 10 min for them to deactivate it. Staff were seen just casually standing around."

What is worse, there customer personnel at the airports (Paris and Seville) were rude and careless. They told us to file a complaint thru the website in Spanish because they did not know the address of the English site and because they said '"in Iberia customer service, nobody reads English"."
