Cons: "Luggage was not received. Now being told it will take up to 5 days! Unacceptable performance"
Cons: "crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)"
Pros: "The crew was good."
Cons: "Poor planning on having the connection in terminals far apart from each other."
Pros: "The food and complementary drinks were perfect. The staff was kind and attentive. There were many movie and television options."
Cons: "The seats reclined too far making me uncomfortable."
Cons: "We were unable to fly this trip due to United cancelling our flight."
Cons: "We only had 45 minutes between flights. We almost missed our flight to Naples due to having to go through security again in Frankfurt. The Frankfurt airport was very congested. I wouldn’t have booked a flight with such a short layover had I known how far apart the gates were and that we’d have to go through security again. I would suggest not offering flights with such short layovers."
Pros: "Did not make this flight due to lines at Frankfurt security. Customer service has been awful, had to wait two hours to speak to anyone and ended up purchasing another flight because they sold out of all decent connections."
Cons: "This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Never flying Lufthansa again."
Cons: "We booked our plane reservations through Kayak . My sister booked my reservation along with hers at the same time. Kayak put us on different planes at different times on our return flight back to the USA. I had assumed we were flying together ( sisters with the same last names), so I showed up at the airport to find out that I had missed my first flight. I already had a boarding pass for the next flight, but Kayak had canceled me and booked someone else in my seat. No more seats in economy and I had to pay $1750. Euros for another ticket. Why would 2 passengers flying together and booking together be put on different planes and different times. We will NEVER use Kayak again!7"
Pros: "Our next trip we may use the airline again but try a different series aircraft. The flight was smooth and on time. The crew was friendly and helpful."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Not making the flight dinto issues caused by the airline."

There’s no point in paying for priority if we all just end up in the same queue at the same place

No water or light snacks, unless you pay a lot of money for it. Zero leg space

Yeah, allow us to bring our carry-on luggage without charging more. I've never seen another airline do this, and decreases your chances of my using you again.

Cons: "Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money."
Pros: "Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."
Cons: "More updates from the flight deck during the delay would have been nice, but overall I was impressed and would certainly fly with that airline again."
Cons: "I arrived 45 minutes before boarding, they refused to let me on the plane because they had closed the registration process. I had to buy another ticket"
Pros: "Helpful crew. Clean modern plane"
Cons: "Charging $ for everything, wouldn't fill a water bottle for me. Strict carry on policy was too restrictive"
Cons: "The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect."
Pros: "I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground."
Cons: "It’s still a discount airline trying to squeeze money anyway they can."
Pros: "Quick boarding and friendly crew."
Cons: "Only being able to carry on one bag even though some people had 2. There was plenty of room in the overhead bins."

The team of flight attendants assigned to Economy class were very attentive. They assisted my disabled husband with the use of an aisle chair so that he could go to the bathroom. They were respectful and patient with him when it took awhile for him to finish. After the flight we went to the ER and he had a bladder infection.

Staff are attentive, pleasant and responsive. Food was wonderful. Wish that we didn’t have to board buses to get to the plane in Rome but went smoothly. Flight was very smooth but ITA can’t control weather. Left late but got there almost on time. Great flight.

A lot of things could have been better. They lost our luggage. We missed our connection from YVR to Naples when we arrived in Zurich and then we got re-routed to Rome and then Naples. We eventually got to Naples but our bags didn’t. Our experience at the lost luggage in the Naples was not at all reassuring. They didn’t seem that interested in our problem. I did a live chat with Swiss customer service and all they could do is tell me to follow the process. Meanwhile we’ve had to spend significant money on clothes and I have to replace medications. This has meant our trip so far has been totally different than what we had planned. It’s not clear that our baggage will ever show up which means we will have lost significant amount of clothing and other things and our two month trip to Europe will have more problems than good memories. So far we are not happy.

Not a very modern plane with no entertainment and a sandwich and juice served on board.

the customs line was total chaos. staff were exceptionally rude. was almost late for flight because I was directed to two different lines. once I finally got on the plane it was great. Great choice of movies and games. Staff was nice. the food could be better but I'm happy I was fed. exiting was easy.

Terrible. Flight was cancelled with less than 10 hours notice. They added an extra flight to the itinerary and separated our weats which I specifically had already paid to have together.

Flight was missed due to delayed departure from Rome Luggage lost on Rome.

Missed connecting flight because flight out of Rome was delayed. Had to rent car to final destination. Luggage was lost from Rome. Delta is blaming Ita Airlines and Ita Airlines is blaming. And as of right know neither airline wants to be responsible for our luggage or refund or missed flight. Will not book trips through third party companies such as Kayak again.

Terrible service, uninterested employees, inefficient boarding process, and marginal set up on plane. Staff make the airline - good luck with this one.

Never went to Rome's airport and it was beautiful!!

Pros: "Budget carrier. No frills. You get what you pay for."
Cons: "At least provide water."
Pros: "The crew on board was nice. The crew in the terminal however were not very pleasant."
Cons: "The seats were incredibly uncomfortable. This was due to them being hunched forward a bit, which made sitting on them for the 1 hour flight uncomfortable. More comfy chairs would be great."
Pros: "Crew good, kind and helpful."
Cons: "Did not realize that we could only bring 1 carry one. Had to pay for water."
Pros: "The crew was unprofessional and the flight was delayed for 3 hours"
Cons: "The crew to have better training and for the plan to be on time"
Cons: "Enforced separation of hand luggage taken to hold at gate due to lack of space. Parked miles away from terminal on arrival. The usual budget airline issues."
Cons: "Both flights there and back we're delayed in total about 4hours and when you're away for a wkend that's a long time!! I've flown with other companies over the last few years and times have been spot on!"
Pros: "Staff were all frjendly"
Cons: "The plane came in early and we boarded on time but didn’t take off until 22;25"
Pros: "All the rest was fine I was happy with you service"
Cons: "The delay in on way going and coming back the only issue"
Cons: "We stayed a bit long in the plane before takeoff, very long walk after check out the plane toward the imagination, too long time for the baggage to come out, my bag was broken. Over all bad experience"
Pros: "Flight crew was nice"
Cons: "Paid 47 each to check a carry on bag that we thought we could take on the plane. Almost missed the plane because security line took over an hour to get through. The man at the counter that checked our bag was rude and talking to someone else that he worked with almost the entire time he was waiting on us. Won’t be flying with this airline again."
