We had a death in our family, bought tickets last minute without access to printers and thus did not print boardingpasses. At the check-in we were questioned and told off several times for not printing, even questioned about who died, what the realtions were and where it happened. That was a terrible beginning.
In the plane the crew was unfriendly, talked very loudly about other passengers next to me. when I pointed out that this was unpleasant, I was answered impertinently. ("What?Got anyhting to say to us?" Unpleasant experience
