Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.

They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!

Food was very bad Crew was not so welcoming. Chairs was so uncomfortable

Comfort, don't think I will fly United again not worth the money to be packed in like a sardine.

Overall, the flight was good. Lounge access should be with all business class tickets.

There was no food available for this red eye... one little waffle cookie for a 6+ hour flight... thank God I was able to sleep some

My experience with the united usually is a really good one. But however, on this particular trip going back to Hawaii from Manila, our flight had gotten canceled. However, the crew handled everything just right, but the Specialist team did not take care of their first class customers very well, Because I lost my first class seat and witch I'd paid for $3879.79 and ened up flying.... Economy on the way back and I have a medical condition to ware i cant sit in Economy seats for very long....And I have to fly first class for a reason, but they told me there was nothing they could do about it. But yet they have an itinerary to follow And It looks to me like they just let anybody grab those first class seats before they took care of the people that have already paid for them!! So when a flight is canceled, they should take care of their first class ticket payers... First because we pay big money for those seats And we count on those accommodations in those benefits... For real good reasons, that's why we pay that kind of money. I'm expecting at least half of A. Refund back to my credit card for you for this...And if I don't get it, I'll never fly united again, it's sad that this happens And some things are out of our control, and I totally understand it, but at least handle your first class holders first before all.. That is what we pay for.

To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible

You have got to come up with a better way of getting connecting flight people off the plane first. Flying doesn’t bring out the best in people but exiting off a plane rules needs to come from management, not from the expectation that passengers will be “kind” and let them off first. Perhaps exiting in zones? Like boarding? Zone 1 exits are connecting people. This frustration led to many people missing their flights or scrambling. We were delayed leaving the first leg which amplified this.
