The flight was delayed by a hour and I wish they had communicated it sooner. No issues on the plane, it did take a while for food to come.
Know that the movies that you are going to be offered are the oldest be rated movies they could possibly get. They may have one or two new movies that they keep advertising but when you’re flying 15 hours, there is nothing to see past the first new movie.
Staff could’ve been a little more cordial. The men were much more friendlier than the women. My daughter and I also missed the 2nd to last meal as we were sleeping but that is on us.
Comfort, don't think I will fly United again not worth the money to be packed in like a sardine.
Overall, the flight was good. Lounge access should be with all business class tickets.

My experience with the united usually is a really good one. But however, on this particular trip going back to Hawaii from Manila, our flight had gotten canceled. However, the crew handled everything just right, but the Specialist team did not take care of their first class customers very well, Because I lost my first class seat and witch I'd paid for $3879.79 and ened up flying.... Economy on the way back and I have a medical condition to ware i cant sit in Economy seats for very long....And I have to fly first class for a reason, but they told me there was nothing they could do about it. But yet they have an itinerary to follow And It looks to me like they just let anybody grab those first class seats before they took care of the people that have already paid for them!! So when a flight is canceled, they should take care of their first class ticket payers... First because we pay big money for those seats And we count on those accommodations in those benefits... For real good reasons, that's why we pay that kind of money. I'm expecting at least half of A. Refund back to my credit card for you for this...And if I don't get it, I'll never fly united again, it's sad that this happens And some things are out of our control, and I totally understand it, but at least handle your first class holders first before all.. That is what we pay for.
To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible
You have got to come up with a better way of getting connecting flight people off the plane first. Flying doesn’t bring out the best in people but exiting off a plane rules needs to come from management, not from the expectation that passengers will be “kind” and let them off first. Perhaps exiting in zones? Like boarding? Zone 1 exits are connecting people. This frustration led to many people missing their flights or scrambling. We were delayed leaving the first leg which amplified this.
