Flight was smooth, but the overhead bins were not deep enough to stow bags vertically and we ran out of room - even with 8 passengers voluntarily gate-checking their bags.

Amazing. They work with my disabilities with such kindness, attention, wnd diligence. They make it easy for those of us who need a little more extra care.

Flight delayed due to engine issue. For 3+ hours still not on flight

Boarding for Alaska Airlines is always chaotic with many people crowding the gates. Arriving in on Alaska in Los Angeles is always interesting since there is never a gate available. So the planes are often parked all the way out on the west side of the airport while waiting for the gate to be cleared of the departing plane. This flight was no exception.

The would have rated higher, but I asked for a cup of coffee twice and never got one. Later found the crew sitting in the back having a meal and visiting. Just saying.

There wasn’t any entertainment nor food serve on our flight due to the short flight duration

Not sure why the counter agent's couldn't have helped us with our flight change and only gave us a number to reservations. I thought their job was customer service, not "call this number"

Nobody’s fault but turbulence all the way meant no service and no access to the bathroom,

late, water or apple juice only, short on overhead every flight announced
