Booked a first class ticket from Anchorage to Seattle but was denied complimentary access to Alaska Lounge as our 1500 mile flight wasn’t long enough’

In GEG I arrived at 0930 for a 1600 flight. Alaska had a rule that you could not check your bags until 4 hours before flight time. I was forced to sit in a chilly lobby for hours. I had access to a bathroom, but could not go into terminal for food and drink. Boarding and flight OK

I made a mistake. Read what I wrote in the flight from Dulles to SEA. The negative experience was from SEA to BOI. Total garbage. Wont do it again.

Flight was smooth, but the overhead bins were not deep enough to stow bags vertically and we ran out of room - even with 8 passengers voluntarily gate-checking their bags.

Amazing. They work with my disabilities with such kindness, attention, wnd diligence. They make it easy for those of us who need a little more extra care.

Flight delayed due to engine issue. For 3+ hours still not on flight

Boarding for Alaska Airlines is always chaotic with many people crowding the gates. Arriving in on Alaska in Los Angeles is always interesting since there is never a gate available. So the planes are often parked all the way out on the west side of the airport while waiting for the gate to be cleared of the departing plane. This flight was no exception.

The would have rated higher, but I asked for a cup of coffee twice and never got one. Later found the crew sitting in the back having a meal and visiting. Just saying.

There wasn’t any entertainment nor food serve on our flight due to the short flight duration

Not sure why the counter agent's couldn't have helped us with our flight change and only gave us a number to reservations. I thought their job was customer service, not "call this number"
