highly recommend for trip to japan only reason why i gave good not excellent is because their selection of movies and tv shows in English is more limited .
We asked for Hindu vegetarian meal in advance and the quality of the food was horrendous. Never flying JAL again!
Overall a great experience. One complain was the vegetarian food that my wife had which was mostly boiled vegetables with not much flavor.
Very accommodating and kind airline crews. The plane is also big which makes the passengers more comfortable and relax
I actually didn’t make it onto the flight. I spent quite a few hours trying to rebook the flight just to get screwed out of $5000. Fun!
We booked business class round trip from Delhi to San Diego and back. On our last leg from Bangalore to Delhi we were down graded to economy class which was big disappointment other than that everything was great.
Had an incident with a stewardess who insisted that I take a seat. I informed her that I came to use the restroom and to have some water. After using the restroom, I wanted to stretch my legs out a little cuz my knees were aching from sitting. I understood her concern for my concern and the potential turbulence (she said she knows this route and the turbulence and safety is not to be taken lightly) but I felt that her mood, tone, demeanor, and a lack of compassion for the pain in my knees were not the proper way to address a customer or anyone for that matter. This left a bitter taste in my mouth. It was her lack of professionalism that surprised me.
we have requested for hindu veg. meal during booking. but served meal was of very poor qualty and taste. they can get such meal from 5 star Indian restaurant at Vancouver/ tokyo/ Bangalore.pure hindu veg meal and no AVML

Extremely poor at handling baggage. I had oversized golf bag and JAL would not recheck in Boston. Had to haul by myself to Jet Blue. Both JAL and Jet Blue claimed I had overweight bag. Had to adjust baggage several times. Will avoid JAL in future and I always avoid Jet Blue when I can. QATAR always superior.
The flight was very smooth. The crew was very friendly.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Alaskan Airlines allows normal leg space in the economy class cabin, offers free movies and other entertainment programs via WiFi. The staff was friendly and worked hard to make this long flight enjoyable.
On time would have been a hell of a lot better!!
Cancelled my flights with only 6 hours notice, then offered alternate flights that arrived 1:30 AM next day.
We usually enjoy flying Alaska Airlines. However this time we had multiple negative experiences. We were surprised that they rejected our bags because of a new “50 minute cutoff” but they did not tell us about it beforehand and also did not tell us that it was new. They also lost two of our car seats. The one car seat that was returned to us was half out of its bag and half of it was wet. It was not raining so they must have thrown it in a puddle?! I saw at least 4 other car seats on the carousel in the same condition. We purchased two travel car seats for this trip that were pretty expensive and they lost them. We have yet to receive any word or compensation from our “claim.”
Flight from New Orleans to Seattle to Anchorage was delayed for 3 hours My flight from Seattle to Anchorage was not rescheduled. I had to call the airlines to tell them to get a flight from Seattle to Anchorage they finally got me a flight If I hadn’t been aware of this problem I don’t know how long I would of waited in Seattle to get a flight to Anchorage!!!!!! Return trip from Anchorage to New Orleans in Seattle to New Orleans I was at the right gate when I realized something was wrong they had changed the gate without notifying the change l finally made it on time with minutes to spare & exhausted
Could have service kiosks, had to find a gate with an attendant

It sucks, flight delays at FAT caused us to miss a day at lodge and overnight in Seattle. Flight delays coming home also. Never again
Like the friendliness of the crew, each flight had a very very drunk person next to me and the last flight had a very obese man pushing me into the aisle while the crew kept ending up hitting me in the shoulder with the beverage carts.
Miserable. Birthday trip for daughter booked for Cabo. Her plane was canceled and the best they could do was get here to fly north to San Jose, CA, stay in a hotel, sit around half a day and finally fly to Cabo late the next day. 36 hours traveling and wasted time. Missed a night of a booked resort, missed here ATV excursion, etc. I know it's a "first world problem" but it still was incredibly inconvenient, and wasted a good deal of money. And almost all the "service" people, in person and on their support lines, were not helpful. They were as useless as an automated AI assistant.
The flight was supposed to leave at 7:30pm, but departed 10:50pm. They kept moving departure time out every half hour. It was a 45 minute flight from n Sunday night with great weather.
The crew was great! It was nice to have a pillow and blanket... It gets cold on those flights. I paid extra money to sit where I thought was extra comfort seating, but it wasn't,... So, I was mad a bit about that. I'm hoping our flight home will be better.
Flight got delayed and it was very inconvenient . Had to come with another carrier. Had to spend one more night in San Francisco.
Logging into next flight was an issue as I never received a confirmation code

I could not check in ahead of time. Kayak did not give me a proper confirmation number to check in.
I loved flying Hawaiian Air! We didn’t pay to sit together, but we were able to anyway. They had usb charging ports and even outlets in some seats. They served a hot sandwich that was not very good, but we were still pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice. The seats really made my booty hurt but maybe I’m just not used to sitting so long. Also, the AC was really cold even though I was wearing pants, a hoodie, and a light blanket.
A second drink service on a 6 hour flight would have been helpful.
The steward staff was particularly friendly and helpful. They smiled a lot and seemed anxious to be sure we enjoyed the flight.
