Flight was great except for lunatic lady and her mother sitting middle/window who went nuts when the woman on the aisle wouldn’t stand up right away to let them out even though the aisle was full. Police had to be called. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to fly.
Flight attendants were wonderful. Seats were comfortable “Nicest” bundle). No screens or meal, but it is a budget airline.
it is an economy airline so lack of perks expected .. however an efficient board, clean plane, pleasant crew and an early arrival for half the price of full service airline
Very quick and easy process from check in to deboarding and baggage claim. Crew was professional and friendly. Flight was smooth and on time. Very convenient for short flights.

It was pretty good. Only thing that makes our boarding uncomfortable was, that we had to pass TSA at terminal 1 and after that walk 15 minutes to terminal B, because bus was insufficient to take so many people and waiting time for the bus was more then 1 hour.
Breeze was good but the sandiego airport had traffic and waiting 1 hour in the plane till take off
This was my first time flying your airline and it was okay. The people were nice but I am not used to all the add ons and no movies or even water. But I knew it was going to be that way. I think I prefer paying for the extras to be more comfortable.
Check in was a breeze. Crew was amazing! The two seater had more leg room than the three seater. No snacks available, only for purchase. No internet available, only for higher paying ticket. booking through a third party was misleading - purchased with carry-on, but it did not really come with carry-on.
Flight was canceled in good weather due to mechanical issue. Rebooked to flight to different airport in area that landed 7 hours after initially planned arrival. We had to jump through hoops to get taxi reimbursement given flight landed in different airport at 12:45 am.
Our flught was rerouted to another airport 60 minutes from our destination. We were told we would get Lyft vouchers to get us to our original destination. We did get vouchers, but when we arrived at the rerouted airport, we realized the vouchers were for a Lyft ride from the starting airport to our original destination. We were lead to believe that once we arrived at the rerouted airport, we could use the voucher from there. Nope. So we got stuck with a $100, 1-hour Uber ride. The flight staff was annoying. We were seated near the rear, and for the entire flight, both attendants were gossiping about some drama on Facebook. And they weren't being quiet about it. The back dozen rows or so could easily hear their entire conversation. I've flown Alaska Airlines many times before and have never had problems. This was an awful experience.
delay was longer than the entire flight. I didn’t stop flying with delta for this.
Crew attitude was poor. Crew announced 3 meal options and by the time they got to our row, they just handed us pork without asking because there was nothing left. Food quality was also quite poor. Drink service was simply “any drinks?” And did not list any options. My leg was slightly in the aisle while I was asleep and crew hit it hard with the cart. One crew member was audibly complaining when we landed because we did not have a jetway. Avoid American Airlines in USA to Japan routes. Fly ANA or JAL, and you won’t face the humiliation you would on American Airlines.
I missed it because Alaskan cancelled the original flight to San Diego
They cancelled the 6am flight around 12:30 AM the day before. I was luckily able to book through another airline. I called for a one way fare refund, the new flight is much more expensive. I lost $$$ in the difference and this caused lots of stress. I intend to take action following my trip, really off to a bad start and I will never fly Alaskan again

The app booked me on a flight for July 1st as opposed to August 1st like it was supposed to be. No problem with Alaska Airlines, except they took a while to refund my money. But it was as taken instantly. So, yeah.
The seat on row 11 was a little hard cause my butt was hurting a little bit from sitting after and hour.
There were 5 delays IN TOTAL there and back. And we got a $12 food voucher, RIDICULOUS. Will never fly Alaska again!
Flight was smooth. We boarded early and left Grand Rapids about a half hour ahead of schedule. We then arrived in Lakeland about 40 minutes early. Flights attendants (3) were welcoming and pleasant. Wish we would have at least been offered to buy a bottle of water. No beverage service at all.
I really liked the young man who checked me in and took my bags! He was so kind and was very helpful! I told my sister about the great service and him and she said that is why she flies Avelo Air.
The flight was delayed by a lot and the seats are pretty tight

Short 2-hour flight, we took off on time, ETA was earlier than stated, no interaction needed with stewards, no food, no entertainment on such a short flight.
Avelo provided exactly what I expected. They are a low-cost option with no frills but the experience was comfortable and the staff was great! I will be using them in the future for trips when cost is a priority for me.
Expect nothing and you will be fine. Seats are crammed.
Airline was the only available airline during the Southwest cancellation. It was easy to book. Lowest available fair. Convenient airports. Everything was great. Problem was, they didn’t release what gate flight was departing. The woman at the ticket booth didn’t know which terminal they were boarding and wanted me to wait in 30+ minute line versus telling me to look for flight kiosk. Burbank gate was packed. Otherwise the flight was perfect!!
Barely room for the tray table to come down. Clearly a budget airline that overcharges for every additional service.
It was a smooth and short flight and the pilot got us to our destination early. Had it been a longer flight, a snack and drink would have been nice. But this flight was perfect. Thank you.
It was a short, comfortable flight. It did leave an hour late due to the pilot having to be replaced (family emergency) but that didn’t inconvenience myself & my friend. The situation was explained, eventually.
The seats were very uncomfortable. I paid for the front economy. i swear they added a row of seats in there. It was so tight, that I could measure the distance between my seat and the one in front from my elbow to the tips of my fingers plus six inches. The seat cushion was completely worn out. The dinner was very good. Thank you for having a vegetarian option as a standard. But breakfast was nothing but sugar. that's not food. The crew was crabby and rude, especially in regards to coming to the back gallery. And the entertainment choice: why would you put violent movies on the choice? the Godfather? Some movies with black women being beaten over the head with clubs? What the heck? You know that when there is a movie on a plane, everyone gets to watch it. Why choose the most violent titles possible? The total number of movies were very limited, and the television, even more so. No games were available on the set. The wellness section was nice, thank you. I appreciated a galley in the middle where I could stand. The seats were unbearable.
UA594 was delayed multiple times. I ended up getting picked up so I can make it in time for work 6AM on Monday, 7/6/2026
Boarded from a very small gate at LAX. Staff at gate had us line up, then waited 25 minutes to board without a word of explanation. Plane arrived on time then waited 20 minutes for a plane to vacate our gate. Majority of bags arrived after 15 minutes but it took an hour for a small number of remaining bags to be off-loaded despite my “priority” bag tag.
Excellent communication from the staff. We actually arrived early. Very friendly and professional staff.
Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.
Late plane. Only one crew on the ground so we b had to wait for Denver flight to come in, board, and depart. At 78 yrs of age I was not pleased trying to get my connection. What really made me angry was the notification you sent me to hurry up or I would miss my connection. Why tell me to hurry up when you got me in late. It was not a good way of treating customers.
It was fine. The flight attendant appeared to be in a bad mood but everything was fine.
I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.
We waited too long to get water while the plane was on the Tarmac awaiting de-icing.
