Great food on both legs and fast customer service from the stewardesses....
Overall was good but it would be good if the airline is providing snack such as sandwich or instant noodle between meals for LA to Taipei
Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.
We were very impressed with the modern plane its amenities, as well as the services of flight attendants.

The food from Los Angeles to Taipei made me throw up. The flight is also not comfort. But the staffs are very friendly and nice.
I was sleep when they brought the food. They had put a note on my seat. There was no food when I asked for food later. There was just one main meal served in this 14 hours flight. They offered me sandwich with ham which I don’t eat since I am pescatarian. Long story short I had to wait to get to TPE to get something to eat. I am extremely disappointed from the service. I have been flying EVA since I was 1 year old. Perhaps no more EVA for me. Seems EVA glorious day is long gone
The app was awful. No accurate info. Paying for internet is a negative (Delta is free). The crew was very nice for the most part although you are not guaranteed to get good service. Some crew would ignore requests for things as simple as a cup of water if you were sleeping when the first serving was made. Food was great. Male crew member was exceptionally kind and responsive.
It was a good flight. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.
Flying with this airline is a true nightmare. We got delayed than stranded on layovers due to maintenance issues both ways of our flight and there’s no way to communicate with anyone other than AI bots that are absolutely useless. Never again.
Flight was great except for lunatic lady and her mother sitting middle/window who went nuts when the woman on the aisle wouldn’t stand up right away to let them out even though the aisle was full. Police had to be called. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to fly.
Flight attendants were wonderful. Seats were comfortable “Nicest” bundle). No screens or meal, but it is a budget airline.
it is an economy airline so lack of perks expected .. however an efficient board, clean plane, pleasant crew and an early arrival for half the price of full service airline
Very quick and easy process from check in to deboarding and baggage claim. Crew was professional and friendly. Flight was smooth and on time. Very convenient for short flights.

It was pretty good. Only thing that makes our boarding uncomfortable was, that we had to pass TSA at terminal 1 and after that walk 15 minutes to terminal B, because bus was insufficient to take so many people and waiting time for the bus was more then 1 hour.
Breeze was good but the sandiego airport had traffic and waiting 1 hour in the plane till take off
This was my first time flying your airline and it was okay. The people were nice but I am not used to all the add ons and no movies or even water. But I knew it was going to be that way. I think I prefer paying for the extras to be more comfortable.
Check in was a breeze. Crew was amazing! The two seater had more leg room than the three seater. No snacks available, only for purchase. No internet available, only for higher paying ticket. booking through a third party was misleading - purchased with carry-on, but it did not really come with carry-on.
The plane smelled like an aquarium. Many passengers noted it smelled like fish. We then sat on the plane for over 2 hours before taking off
Poor transfer conditions at LAX almost missed flight. Long walk and delayed shuttle ..avoid at all costs
Flight was delayed by almost 2 hours due to air control and no available plane. We didnt land until after 1:30am. And it changed my whole vacation, no sleep the 1st night

The flight was very late departing the gate, for unknown reasons.
It was awful. I will never appreciate this type of connection where i have to wait 12 hours which turned into 18 hours due to Alaska's delays after flying over 15hours already. The 15 hours already made my body suffer as soon as I deplaned. I struggled to breath and was about to faint,but being alone, I tried to hold on my carry on luggage I wasn't able to take it anymore, so I informed the airport people who then assisted me. My husband had to book me a $200 hotel room so I can rest. I stayed for only 4 hours in that expensive hotel in order to catch my 8 in the morning flight to Spokane only for it to be delayed until 2:17. We finally left LAX before 3pm. Alaska was also inconsistent with their gate assignments. Our first gate was 64A, after the delay they sent us an email that the next gate was 68,but the arrival and departure board showed gate 60. When I asked the desk 60 agents, they said it will be gate 61. All these experience contributed to my exhaustion and stress which affected my heart and well being.
Flight canceled. Had to fly in the evening out of lax instead of 10am out of Burbank
Now that Spirit is not around Alaska took over the title of cheap and worse airlines with high prices for garbage cheap planes. Seats recline the entire 2”. What’s the purpose? Just make the stationary. Crew is on steroids. Food is like McDonald’s happy meal. Only happy in the name rest is garbage
The plane was freezing. A few other customers mentioned how they can’t get their temperature right on their flights lately.
Packed old plane with uncomfortable seats. Great crew, especially Tara who was helpful to many. No water offered. Hard landing. Discount pricing is the benefit!
Flight was smooth. We boarded early and left Grand Rapids about a half hour ahead of schedule. We then arrived in Lakeland about 40 minutes early. Flights attendants (3) were welcoming and pleasant. Wish we would have at least been offered to buy a bottle of water. No beverage service at all.
I really liked the young man who checked me in and took my bags! He was so kind and was very helpful! I told my sister about the great service and him and she said that is why she flies Avelo Air.

Short 2-hour flight, we took off on time, ETA was earlier than stated, no interaction needed with stewards, no food, no entertainment on such a short flight.
Expect nothing and you will be fine. Seats are crammed.
Airline was the only available airline during the Southwest cancellation. It was easy to book. Lowest available fair. Convenient airports. Everything was great. Problem was, they didn’t release what gate flight was departing. The woman at the ticket booth didn’t know which terminal they were boarding and wanted me to wait in 30+ minute line versus telling me to look for flight kiosk. Burbank gate was packed. Otherwise the flight was perfect!!
Barely room for the tray table to come down. Clearly a budget airline that overcharges for every additional service.
It was a smooth and short flight and the pilot got us to our destination early. Had it been a longer flight, a snack and drink would have been nice. But this flight was perfect. Thank you.
The pilot was late so we didn’t take off til almost 2 hours late.
Flight was late, the only reason I almost missed my flight was that my connection was also late.
Baggage claim signs were not updated with my flight information, so I had to guess. The app wasn't updated either.
It was a short, comfortable flight. It did leave an hour late due to the pilot having to be replaced (family emergency) but that didn’t inconvenience myself & my friend. The situation was explained, eventually.
The seats were very uncomfortable. I paid for the front economy. i swear they added a row of seats in there. It was so tight, that I could measure the distance between my seat and the one in front from my elbow to the tips of my fingers plus six inches. The seat cushion was completely worn out. The dinner was very good. Thank you for having a vegetarian option as a standard. But breakfast was nothing but sugar. that's not food. The crew was crabby and rude, especially in regards to coming to the back gallery. And the entertainment choice: why would you put violent movies on the choice? the Godfather? Some movies with black women being beaten over the head with clubs? What the heck? You know that when there is a movie on a plane, everyone gets to watch it. Why choose the most violent titles possible? The total number of movies were very limited, and the television, even more so. No games were available on the set. The wellness section was nice, thank you. I appreciated a galley in the middle where I could stand. The seats were unbearable.
UA594 was delayed multiple times. I ended up getting picked up so I can make it in time for work 6AM on Monday, 7/6/2026
Late plane. Only one crew on the ground so we b had to wait for Denver flight to come in, board, and depart. At 78 yrs of age I was not pleased trying to get my connection. What really made me angry was the notification you sent me to hurry up or I would miss my connection. Why tell me to hurry up when you got me in late. It was not a good way of treating customers.
It was fine. The flight attendant appeared to be in a bad mood but everything was fine.
I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.
We waited too long to get water while the plane was on the Tarmac awaiting de-icing.
