The flight was delayed and food was averiage - only sandwich. The flight attendants were good and gave outstanding customer service 👍🏼

Overall was good but it would be good if the airline is providing snack such as sandwich or instant noodle between meals for LA to Taipei
Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.

The food from Los Angeles to Taipei made me throw up. The flight is also not comfort. But the staffs are very friendly and nice.
I was sleep when they brought the food. They had put a note on my seat. There was no food when I asked for food later. There was just one main meal served in this 14 hours flight. They offered me sandwich with ham which I don’t eat since I am pescatarian. Long story short I had to wait to get to TPE to get something to eat. I am extremely disappointed from the service. I have been flying EVA since I was 1 year old. Perhaps no more EVA for me. Seems EVA glorious day is long gone
The app was awful. No accurate info. Paying for internet is a negative (Delta is free). The crew was very nice for the most part although you are not guaranteed to get good service. Some crew would ignore requests for things as simple as a cup of water if you were sleeping when the first serving was made. Food was great. Male crew member was exceptionally kind and responsive.
I thought I paid for a round trip for carry-on and my ticket only had one way when I purchased a round trip Didn't make sense to me .Not what you want to hear when it's time to go home.
Support for wheel chair was not good. Desk did not open until 2 hours before takeoff not check in time.
Boarding process was super smooth and the staff and crew were wonderful. Seats made me feel like I was being bent forward. Might be because I'm shorter and the puffy head rest pushes my head down. I would have liked to have been able to remove it
What entertainment!? Snack i bought was unusual and in very small quantity. Very limited selection of snacks to buy. Taste was mediocre.

It was pretty good. Only thing that makes our boarding uncomfortable was, that we had to pass TSA at terminal 1 and after that walk 15 minutes to terminal B, because bus was insufficient to take so many people and waiting time for the bus was more then 1 hour.
Breeze was good but the sandiego airport had traffic and waiting 1 hour in the plane till take off
This was my first time flying your airline and it was okay. The people were nice but I am not used to all the add ons and no movies or even water. But I knew it was going to be that way. I think I prefer paying for the extras to be more comfortable.
Check in was a breeze. Crew was amazing! The two seater had more leg room than the three seater. No snacks available, only for purchase. No internet available, only for higher paying ticket. booking through a third party was misleading - purchased with carry-on, but it did not really come with carry-on.
This was the best flight I’ve ever been on- solely for the purpose that our pilot gave us a tour of the west coast. He didn’t need to do that but he did and it made the experience spectacular. Well done.

Service OK except could not make out much of what the pilot said when making announcements. Wish they would have had seat back screens. Charging ports were conveniently located. Overall very average experience. Far from the best, but I've had worse.
Gate agent and flight crew were amazing! Only issue was landing and waiting on the run way for 30 mins to deplane.

My first leg was canceled 3 hr before leaving. My return trip left late. I leave it to Alaska higher ups to figure out what can be improved. Just put yourself in the passengers position.
Packed old plane with uncomfortable seats. Great crew, especially Tara who was helpful to many. No water offered. Hard landing. Discount pricing is the benefit!
Flight was smooth. We boarded early and left Grand Rapids about a half hour ahead of schedule. We then arrived in Lakeland about 40 minutes early. Flights attendants (3) were welcoming and pleasant. Wish we would have at least been offered to buy a bottle of water. No beverage service at all.
I really liked the young man who checked me in and took my bags! He was so kind and was very helpful! I told my sister about the great service and him and she said that is why she flies Avelo Air.

Airline was the only available airline during the Southwest cancellation. It was easy to book. Lowest available fair. Convenient airports. Everything was great. Problem was, they didn’t release what gate flight was departing. The woman at the ticket booth didn’t know which terminal they were boarding and wanted me to wait in 30+ minute line versus telling me to look for flight kiosk. Burbank gate was packed. Otherwise the flight was perfect!!
Barely room for the tray table to come down. Clearly a budget airline that overcharges for every additional service.
It was a smooth and short flight and the pilot got us to our destination early. Had it been a longer flight, a snack and drink would have been nice. But this flight was perfect. Thank you.
Return Premium Economy section to the smaller section with comfortable seats. Add internet, upgrade the meals, and upgrade/update the Movies and Music onboard.
We paid extra to check our bags ($90*2=$180) but our luggage remained in Frankfurt. VERY DISAPPOINTED as we were promised that our luggage would go to our destination. We had to pay 90€ to take a taxi back to the airport in Split the next day to get our bags so we would not miss our next step on our trip. We think we should be reimbursed for our checked bags. How can we coordinate this?
Boarding, time to take off, in flight offerings, and staff were all great. I recommend using UA for this short flight.
This was an auto-rebook due to being delayed from an earlier UA connecting flight. The boarding was fine, but they sat me in a middle seat when my original booking was a window seat. Overall, the flight was fine as it still got me to my final destination.
The flight out of Fresno boarded 1.5 hour past scheduled and made me miss my connecting flight from SFO to SEA.
I missed the flight due to maintenance issues. This is the second flight I’ve missed in four days because United allows such little time between layovers. Very disappointing
Late plane. Only one crew on the ground so we b had to wait for Denver flight to come in, board, and depart. At 78 yrs of age I was not pleased trying to get my connection. What really made me angry was the notification you sent me to hurry up or I would miss my connection. Why tell me to hurry up when you got me in late. It was not a good way of treating customers.
It was fine. The flight attendant appeared to be in a bad mood but everything was fine.
I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.
We waited too long to get water while the plane was on the Tarmac awaiting de-icing.
