Cons: "There were only two flights, one to my and one to Boston. My bag went to the wrong place and the way they handled it was disgusting. Making us run around the airport with no answers and nobody wanting to check the conveyer belt. Then they said if they found it they would let me know. They found the bag and they said by 6:30. Well, 6:30 passed and they had my bag but they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered and they use a third party company who they didn't have a contact number for or any answer as to when it would be delivered (I needed several things for work so it was a rush). Lastly, the lady I spoke to on the phone said it was my fault that I would not be there to receive the bag the following day as they did what they are supposed to. I was really surprised with how bad this customer service was as a whole. No communication and just nasty."

My bag fit but I had to press the side in slightly to make it fit. She said it had to slide in without me pressing on it and proceeded to make me remove items from the bag in order to board the plane. I walked down the ramp with my extra pair of shoes and a book in my hands. As a result, I had to place my bag far from my seat due to the added time. My bag easily fit in the overhead compartment with room to spare and my being made an example was a completely pointless exercise."

Cons: "The flight from Phoenix to Vancouver was good except for the poor wifi when we were connected to the air canada wifi. Since there is no mini TVs on the back of the seats, you have to connect to their wifi to access shows and movies from your own device which is fine if it works. Tried to watch a movie which had huge problems connecting and the loading signal was on for a large amount of time. Once it had connected to the movie, it had restarted to the beginning about 25 times during watching it. Very disappointing and made it very unenjoyable. Also, right after we boarded, the pilot went on the intercom to tell us the ground crew had a gas spill and had to take extra time to clean it up which led us to sit on the plane for an extra 45 minutes and that led us to miss our connecting flight."

Cons: "Flew Air Canada to the east coast for a vacation. They lost my bag on the way over. Understandable. Things happen. I reported it missing at the airport. My vacation has come and gone and still no bag. Here we are 9 days later and no update or anything. Their baggage center is a NIGHTMARE. I wait on hold for over an hour each time only to be greeted by someone who couldn't care less about my issues. Every person has told me something different. It is beyond frustrating. Highly doubt I will ever see that bag again."

I have dealt with this before at Pearson I don't understand why it takes large amounts of time to unload bags from the plane? Or why a few bags arrived and the others took 2 hours? I am not sure if Air Canada has any control over this or if it is Pearson's responsibility but I would appreciate if you could forward this complaint to the appropriate folks. Thanks."

Air Canada spent little time looking for hotel rooms and told us if we can find one for ourselves they would be willing to give us up to$150 for the room if we saved our receipts. Where can you find a room in Phoenix for $150? You can't. The plane was suppose to leave 6:25pm . This was 9:00pm. No offer of food , drinks nothing. People were tired and hungry. Finally after a lot of complaining, that's when some us were given rooms they gave us vouchers for the hotels restaurant that was closed due to renovations. The agent was to,d this when they reserved the rooms but they lead us to believe there would be food there. We didn't get out until 2:00 pm the next day. And even that flight was late. I was exhausted when I finally reached my destination. I lost over a day of my vacation. I don't want to fly with Air Canada again!!!!!!!!!!"

Cons: "We were waiting in the plane for a couple of hours. They had us then disembark for half an hour and board again. I missed my connection. Air Canada needs to revisit the timetables from Toronto, all the transatlantic flights leave after 16:00, that creates long queues in the airport security and huge delays in cases like mine. I arrived 20 hours after my original flight because of this schedule. Additionally, they did not offer us any food, while the whole process took more than 10 hours. We arrived in Toronto at midnight local, when everything had already closed for the day."

Flight was delayed more than 40 minutes in Phoenix while cargo rearranged, making us late for connection in Toronto (1.5 hour layover initially). Stewardess told us we could make flight if we ran through airport, but when we got to the gate, we were told that we had been rescheduled on another flight 2 days later! Crew on flight did not tell us this. We did manage to get another flight to Frankfurt 2 hours later on Air Canada, then to Barcelona on Lufthansa, arriving 8 hours later than originally scheduled. Rouge flight had fewer amenities than Southwest and less legroom. Did not know what were getting when booked flight -Will never fly Rouge again!"

Cons: "As far as I'm concerned , I didn't fly Air Canada, I flew Air Canada Rouge. Air Canada Rouge is a VERY poor representative of the Air Canada brand. There is NO legroom!!! My seat mate, who is Canadian told me that they reduced the distance by 3 inches from the Air Canada standard. I am not a tall person, I only have a 30 inch inseam, but my knees were touching the seat in front of me. Anyone over 6 feet tall would be VERY uncomfortable."

Pros: "Overall my experience was about the smoothest I've had in years. Unlike those smaller/cheaper airlines. I'll never fly them again. United has brought back the pleasure of flying coast to coast."
Cons: "What I didn't like, well it now seems to be the norm, but why on earth don't the airlines provide meals to everyone onboard. It would be nice to receive a box lunch or snack, more than just a minunt size bag of trail mix. We do pay a lot of money for these flights. It's. it like the planes are leaving the gates half full anymore, so I know they're making money. Feed us more than a snack please. Ok that's my load off my chest."

Pros: "Paid to have more room to be comfortable but the service Wa not overly special. Flight attendant got us a drink after takeoff; then promptly turned off the lights & sat & read her book. I would have had to ring the buzzer to get anything. She didn't even collect the glasses. I know it was a red-eye but she could have paid a little more attention."

Pros: "The crew and service was very nice and pleasant"
Cons: "To hard to use the inflight entertainment from wifi and that it was delayed"

Cons: "I specifically bought carry on luggage that meets the standards so that I would not have to go baggage claim as it would weigh heavily on my schedule. As I stood in line and noticed all of the huge "carry on" bags more than 2 I was astounded when the flight attendant said my carry on would have to be loaded with the other luggage. When I offered my rebuke she scolded me and said the luggage would be there before me....how the hell is that supposed to happen? To make matter worse the flight "attendants" stopped serving half way and when they started again I got trapped by the bathroom and did not get back to my seat in time to enjoy a beverage....not that I was offered one."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "There were several flights departing from Dallas Fort Worth and they couldn't get me on one based on weather supposedly but there's zero rain on the ground they made me pay for a hotel hundred bucks to stay in a Holiday Inn Express end it's not very quaint mind you I don't get to leave and get to my destination until 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon"

Pros: "Boarding was made easy buy letting each group on separetly"
Cons: "I would of liked to listen to the documentary that was on the screen but there was no airphones given out"

Cons: "Maybe it is real or maybe it is my imagination, it seems like the leg room has decreased. My son is around 6' and was not very comfortable. I could not reach my shoes to loosen my shoe laces."

Pros: "I appreciated that the pilot was very upfront and honest with us about the delayed flights going into San Francisco."
Cons: "My flight got delayed so much that I ended up cancelling my trip."

Pros: "I'm glad I didn't get kicked off!"
Cons: "I did not like the boarding process and I had a fear of being kicked off."

Pros: "Had a great flight, first class . Michael Collins I believe was the name of my attendant and was fantastic, and flight was unbelievably smooth"

Pros: "The updates I received on my phone for delays and change of gates was faster than the agents would/could announce."
Cons: "When workers were walking the aisle, it was hard to get their attention."

Pros: "The desk people were nice in Phoenix, AZ"
Cons: "Our flight was delayed 6 hours so United rebooked the whole flight, however they made no attempt to inform us before we arrived at the airport. We found out when we arrived to our gate to board. So because we did not know about the delay until the time of boarding, we missed all other flights out because it was 8pm and no more flights could take us to our final destination. We did receive a hotel voucher but we had to pay for a taxi back to the airport as well as we had to pay extra for our car that had been sitting in the airport garage overnight. It should have been $2.50, but because it sat in the garage overnight we had to pay $20."

Pros: "The flight was on time. Boarding on and off was good."
Cons: "The in flight wifi doesnt allow streaming. It was lame and there was no free in flight movies. So other than sleeping or using an app to text there was nothing you could do. In flight wifi isnt worth buying."

Pros: "The flight itself and the little snacks"
Cons: "Two ladies, one from each flight, were a little rude/pushy to the people when telling them to put the seats straight up. Not cool."

Pros: "The employees were kind, considerate and professional."
Cons: "I don't have any complaints at this time"

Pros: "The flight was average. Nothing stood out bout what I liked."
Cons: "I didn't like that my seat didn't recline. The temperature was very warm. Boarding took an exceptional amount of time and it was chaotic as we all stood in group lines for long periods of time."

Cons: "Snacks could have been better. Next time, I would like an entire pop instead of a small cup."

Cons: "Last row - very large man that should have needed two seats !"

Cons: "It was a ten am flight, they forgot to stock snacks, so no food on board at all, and I was hungry!"

Pros: "Went thru security without taking off shoes in Harbor Sky Int airport! Flight was on time and smooth. I had my seat picked and flight was not overly full. Non stop flight for under $55.00. What is not to like?"

Pros: "The crew was very nice and good."

Pros: "I loved the ground crew. Flights were delayed, but they kept us informed an expedited turn around. Also I had to change flights to get home and their phone-support was perfect. Hey, they even had a cookie on the last flight that was quite good - go figure!"

Cons: "We went through TSA screening and weren't stopped or checked for our carry on. However when it came time to board the plane the agent stopped us, pulled us to the side and told us we couldn't board the plane because our carry on were too big. We then condensed our luggage while no one else was being stopped or asked to check their carry on for size in the bins and the agent withheld our boarding passes. We felt we were unfairly being targeted for the color of our skin and our names."

Cons: "I had to cancel the flight I didn't make it"

Cons: "My flight to and from Phoenix was delayed both times in Denver. I did not have a layover scheduled on the flight down, but ended up being three hours late. The crew was very apologetic and said they were on their day off and got called in.On the return trip, the flight was a half hour late and I had to work the next morning. We arrived in Billings at 10:00PM."

Pros: "This was a connecting flight from phx. Delayed in phx and sfo. Boarding was also slow. Employees tired and crabby."

Pros: "Took United Airlines to Phoenix for a family wedding. Flight went well. Slight delay, but pilot made up the time. On return trip, arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Staff on all flights were friendly and accommodating. Snacks were the usual, nothing to write home about. Entertainment access was provided through your device. Would recommend United."

Pros: "I liked the price of my flight."
Cons: "The flight was VERY full, even though I checked in exactly 24 hours before my flight departed, I was in boarding group 5 and by the time my group was able to board, there was zero overhead space left for carry on bags. I also thought it was lame to have to pay $25 for my checked bag on both flights."

Pros: "Never again with United small seat dirty bathroom only 2 restroom for 300 ppl"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "The price Phoenix to LA and back for around $77"
Cons: "I got the shitty set by the exit door that didn't recline no big deal on such a short trip"
