Please see to it that the cabin crew who serviced this area are well rewarded. If every flight had crew like these guys and gals then flying would be a lot more enjoyable."

Pros: "First off my flight was cancelled due a passport issue; my passport would expire in 5.5 months and was not permitted to fly . I contacted Web jet hoping that I would be rescheduled after I renewed my passport but unfortunately they would not allow me to rebook or to be reimbursed. I was traveling with my young son so I ended up loosing over $2,000, and now I have to start looking for other tickets which are extremely expensive at this time. I have waited all year for visiting my family and now I can't anymore . It's a nightmare!!!"

Rather all jumbled up, and although there was possible a good reason for such, no explanation offered passengers, thus increasing discontent. Individual desk personal seemed helpful when asked directly, so possible due to Dubai team /desk team lead policy. Flight seat from Dubai to EBB not one requested and no explanation offered on why although requested made months previous when ticket booked. ."

I have done it on two other flights. When I arrived people had me running all over the place trying to get information on why I was not eligible. I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"

Cons: "1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves."

Connecting flight was 1hr and 40 min and they refused to give us water! Got to Budapest to find that the ticket Agent had routed three of our 4 bags to Budapest and one to Prague! How much worse could it possibly get!"
