The food was fantastic. We were lucky enough to get some business class tickets with points, and the food was amazing. Wine was excellent. This team was quite solicitous of my parent with reduced-mobility. And the bathrooms stayed clean throughout the flight. find this is often an areas where many airlines fall down. And it's too bad, because while I'm 100% sure it is no fun to clean a toilet while in flight, it is a really a big negative for the customers. Overall excellent attention to detail, with a cheerful and "can-do" crew that kept the plane "proper" throughout the flight and provided seamless service. Good stuff. Will fly again."

They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Crew had enough time to pay a bit more attention to passengers. The service level of Lufthansa has been very poor in the past 2 years and I will fly from now on with other airlines where possible. This in particular considering that Lufthansa increased their prices above average.
I paid over $1500 for the flight. I requested a refund, but all they gave me in return was $100.
The flight connection was bad in Frankfurt. Crowded and no staff keeping it in order, people cutting lines to get ahead. And my luggage didn’t make it to SFO.
Their business class seat lays down full flat so for a long haul flight it is quite nice. There was a good selection of movies and tv shows too I believe. The food was not particularly impressive but it is after all, still airplane food. What could have been better was more privacy for each seat. Other versions of the airbus A350 have this but Lufthansa’s does not. Maybe the aircraft was old because the drawer where the amenity kit and water bottle were stored did not close and stowage of the tray table required some maneuvering. My remote for my tv screen stopped working halfway through the flight and my headphones, halfway through my second movie, also stopped working properly. For a Lufthansa product, this business class was not up to par in my opinion. I used to think very highly of Lufthansa standards but it appears something has gone down.

The bread and the filling was pretty tasteless. Why not just have a healthy fruit bowl? Would have liked to see some English language reading material in the seat back pocket – it appeared to be only German language. Alternatively, it would be great if the flight attendants could offer non-German language reading materials upon request."

Frequent barking about the shades needing to be up or down? Making you put your seat back up because someone’s drinking coffee behind you? It got old. I suspect this is a company thing. They seemed friendly enough but they have their marching orders!"

The worst part was when a female flight attendant wouldn't move her feet over a few inches while sitting in her chair, so that I (a pregnant woman) could use the closest bathroom to my seat in the back cabin. I had to ask her twice and both times she confirmed "She was on her break and would not move her feet" so that I could use the bathroom. Also note, the seatbelt sign was off but that wasn't even her excuse. The bathrooms were dirty and the toilet seats need to be replaced to be asked to sit on those is degrading!"

The confirmation number was: KAYAK Booking Reference KE40651 British Airways Record Locator 3IMN38 Booking Date Jan 24, 2021 So British airways cancelled the flight may days before the flight date and they notified Kayak but Kayak sent me no notification. At the time of check in we found that the flight was cancelled. It was such a hassle. I called kayak to rebook frantically since it was very important to travel right away. Your customer service was pathetic. I was told to cancel my british airways reservation and then I have to wait 24 hours for another department to call me to talk to me about rebooking choices. There was no concern from your customer service that since u are at fault so make correction for it right away by rebooking it. You guys didnt inform us for cancellation of the flight that happened days before the flight. I didnt like what Kayak rep was telling me and called British airways again to see if they would do something. They then were able to rebook me the following day with 2 stops instead of one stop which I had booked. So my parents took the flight with one day delay with extra stops. I had such a horrible experience with Kayak. I will never rebook from Kayak again."

They knew my flight left at 9pm, still gave me ONLY 1 hotel voucher so I was kicked out of the hotel at 12pm with NOWHERE to go for NINE HOURS with 125lbs of luggage. 4. They provided a good voucher, but the cheap hotel they put me in didn't have a kitchen, USELESS. 5. The flight was LATE getting to London the next day and I missed my BRITISH Airway connecting flight to Thailand. Had to wait another 7 HOURS to get a flight out. 6. Terrible service, over priced and rude agents. The agent told me " I don't know who waived your fee yesterday, but I'm not." Cold, considering the plane I was on the day before was shooting fire about to explode. 7. I was rebooked no choice of seating or consideration."

Luckily I got a hold of my daughter who was in LA at this time and woke her up at 1am with this issue. She called the web booking company Webjet where you directed us to buy the flight, and was told by Webjet that my flight was cancelled the day before and we were not notified IN ANY WAY! By some miracle, my daughter was able to talk to Webjet and get me on a new flight last minute. Again, this is all happening at 1am California time while I am stranded at the airport in Warsaw! Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."

He tried 3 different cards and then when nothing worded, he asked if I had pounds to pay with. I stated no, that I had Croatian crowns, Euros or US Dollars on me at that point in time. He then looked over at me and very rudely asked me why in the heck I ordered the drink to begin with. I was already embarrassed that he was having trouble with my cards so to yell at me in front of everyone so much to the point the lady in the next row heard hi and offered to buy my drink for me. I would like to point out that even he made the remark that the machine sometimes has difficulty taking US cards. How was I supposed to know that none of the three cards that I had on me wouldn't work. I never had any issues with either of those three cards after that incident. They worked just fine so it was clearly an issue with your machine not my cards. I feel it was very inappropriate for him to treat me that way (especially over a stupid soda). My luggage then didn't make it to Ibiza in time because it got stuck in London due to my short layover. If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport and it was never turned in. I never recommend BA to anyone."

About missing the connecting flight: it could have been avoidable with just a minimal amont of effort, or willingness, or any sign of care towards the passengers. Customer service is waaaaay behind my expectations."
