Rude crew, there was no choices in food. For breakfast or lunch it was only one choice. I asked gor a vegetarian option for breakfast since i dont eat pork but they said no other options. Take it or leave it , when i complained how come they don’t have vegetarian options they said i should book it 72 hours before hand. I couldn’t believe that they didn’t seem to care or accommodate me for breakfast. Didn’t try to find an alternative and walked away leaving me hungry with no breakfast.
Seemed to be an older plane because there was a lot of leg room. Very comfortable just a little tight in the aisle.
Wi-Fi was dodgy at best. Beth the flight attendant was awesome.
Usual American mechanical issues. 3 hour delay, then boarded, sat at the gate for an hour, deplaned, boarded a new plane, waited another 30 minutes before take off.
Once airborne, the flight was uneventful. However, the flight was an hour late leaving the gate due to a weight and balance problem that needed to be corrected by restowing luggage in the baggage compartment. Several passengers missed connections in PHX; no representative from American Airlines (the captain or terminal representative) made an apology for the delay or missed connections. First class food service is poor. Nothing is warmed; sandwiches are all the same (two slices of processed meat or turkey with cheese on a pretzel roll). No hand santizers are offered or provided as was done during early covid restrictions.
Great flight and crew. Left on time arrived early. Couldn’t ask for more.

Cons: "It was cancelled. Rebooked via support the whole route on to the next day. Airport AA staff is very unprofessional, they tried to put solving all problems onto customer the customer shoulders. Lost ~$500 due to the cancellation and nobody cares to compensate it. Completely disappointed about customer care."

Pros: "Horrible hospitality. The flight was initially delayed for computer issues which understandably happens. However, we were later switch to another plane 4 hr later, boarded, de iced, taxied, then notified he flight was cancelled at 1 am because the crew hit their maximum work time. We were de-boarded. There was no organization to get vouchers passed out. The hotel ran out of rooms for passengers. The whole trip was 16 hrs delayed and no customer service provided."
Cons: "I was on a flight to Dallas on an American Airline flight which arrived late due to weather conditions, and the connecting flight didn't even wait for me although they know why I couldn't make it on time. And I was only late for about 5 minutes."

The first cancelation caused me to buy new tickets at a higher price I had originally purchased them at. We were redirected from Kayak to Vayamo and they have no sense of customer service. Horrible"
