Pros: There was an incredibly large passenger next to me and I was essentially afforded only a quarter of my seat. It is not really fair for anyone to have to sit next to someone taking up twice their seat.

Cons: We left Salt Lake City so late that I missed all my train connections and ruined my plans.

Cons: We started by boarding plane, we sat on plane for nearly an hour before we had to get off due to maintenance. We sat in airport for another hour, got back on and had to wait another hour to take off. Such an uncomfortable experience knowing the plane was down. Horrible time.

Pros: Crew did a good job. In flight entertainment was great. Need a way to use my wireless headphones with the direct tv (maybe through the United app?)

Cons: Seats in First Class were not as comfortable as I would expect. Hardly any padding in the back or in the armrests. Didn’t care for the food on either flight. Can’t you just serve some good ol’ Meat and potatoes with gravy, a plain vegetable and a roll?

Cons: It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me.

Pros: There were a few hiccups with the overall flight process, but the crew was very friendly and informed everyone in a timely manner of the situation. There were also good snacks. Also, flexible baggage policy, which was great.

Cons: The boarding situation is odd and less organized or structured than any of the other airlines I've flown with.

Cons: Seats weren’t assigned until at the gate even though checked in 18 hours before. Bag drop was horrible. No self service. Was inline for about 45 minutes.

Pros: We got home safely! The crew was great and generally cheerful despite less than great conditions.

Cons: Lots of delays due to weather, which I get. The plane was small and old and stuffy with too close seats.

Cons: Flight crew begging for good score/rating. They literally did nothing. No service. No nothing. Why would you get a 5 when you literally did nothing. Maybe a 3 at best. But pleading for a 5. Sorry. You get a 1

Cons: All our chosen seats were disregarded the entire way from Munich back to Raleigh because the airline was switched to United. My family was separated on all flights, even though we chose seats over a month in advance.

Pros: The airbus seats were far more comfortable than the 737-800 seats that we had on the orevious outgoing flight. It shows comfort is possible when the airline selects the right equipment.

Pros: Quick boarding. Nice crew. Newer clean plane.

Cons: No screens provided. You have to use your phone with the United app and that’s assuming you have headphones and they gave me ear buds but they don’t work for iPhones...so yeah.

Cons: It was an older airplane. For a long flight from Montreal to San Francisco, a plane with more room would be more humane. People were lined up for the bathrooms most of the trip since could not use the small first class bathroom. If one wanted a meal, it was one you had to pay for. Broken monitor
