This is by far my worse experience with airline. The Lufthansa crew at the airport was rude, inefficient and not customer oriented. I am not counting the 1 hour delay, as safety comes first and it is understandable to prioritize it, but I had to take three flights to my final destination and I am flying frequently cross Atlantic trips since 2011, so I can confidently say that this flight operated by Lufthansa (flight from Athens to Munich LH1753 , was my worse experience.

The crew on my Frankfurt to Chicago flight were outstanding!! Friendly, helpful and worth taking the time to write an excellent review on their behalf. I would fly Lufthansa again just because of their warmth, kindness and humor!

Hate their old flights, boatding, food and services. Very poor quality

Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded

Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.

I’m glad the bus waited for me to connect me to my next flight since we were delayed. Flight was good.

It was great. The airline staff was very friendly. The FRA security was a bit harsh doing their job but friendly overall.

Very good. I thought the choice of Mediterranean food such as falafel for lunch was very thoughtful considering we were flying to Cairo.

No Wi-Fi or food unless you pay an expensive fee.
