Pros: "Professional and safe"
Cons: "Better boarding (lines too long)"
Pros: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Cons: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"
Cons: "Flight was over booked"
Cons: "Flight was late abolutnie 1 hour"
Pros: "Good airport . Punctual flight ."
Cons: "Changing in luggage information was annoying"
Cons: "Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."
Cons: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"
Pros: "Everything went to plan and we were very happy"
Pros: "Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier."
Cons: "Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats."
Pros: "The air hosts and hostesses were very polite and courteous."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."
Cons: "Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all."
Pros: "Crew nice,seats ok"
Cons: "Expensive hold luggage,rip off"
Pros: "i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience."
Cons: "Everything was good"
Cons: "Couldn’t check in online. Got to airport to be told I couldn’t fly because fully booked. Still here in Macedonia. The earliest they could fly me back is Tuesday. Absolutely disgusting , fuming !!!!"
Pros: "Nothing really"
Cons: "The staff took ages boarding us because they were obsessed with trying to scalp people for exceeding baggage limits. Nothing free aboard, no entertainment, the seats were uncomfortable too."
Cons: "Extra charges. £35 to check bags in"
Pros: "It flies direct to the airport that I wanted to go to."
Cons: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."
Pros: "Flight was delayed. I missed my train home to Ipswich. Long journey home ver late at night"
Pros: "2 hours delay. Not much one can do about this. The flight was good in general, 3* only due to the delay."
Cons: "2 hours delay. Not much one can do about this. The flight was good in general, 3* only due to the delay."
Pros: "Pilot flew well Cup Noodles available to buy"
Cons: "1h+ delayed No information from the staff or crew (only one apology from the pilot) Left waiting in multiple places including outside the aircraft No updates whatsoever on estimated departure and arrival"
Pros: "Quick to board, smooth take off and landing"
Cons: "On night flights woken up to serve drinks and given flying details from the pilot. Great in the day but would rather be left and not disturbed at night!"
Pros: "The staff and flight were top knotch . Could not fault them ."
Cons: "Nothing to dislike ."
Pros: "Quickest in & out procedure at both BUD and LTN in a long time and a super pretty flight attendant."
Pros: "Price and schedule. Going on time with no delays. Good value for money."
Cons: "Very hard on baggage policy"
Cons: "hot on the plane"
Cons: "Black group seemed to be singled out for more than one bag hand luggage but others were not. They were the only black group on the plane. Others let through with more bags 1ith no question."
Pros: "Cabin Crew and Pilot did their best"
Cons: "Flight was delayed and landed in Birmingham instead of Luton, due to Luton being closed at midnight"
Pros: "Crew were friendly! The app for the journey is good."
Cons: "announcements a little muffled. A delay caused us to wait on the bus for a good half an hour which was somewhat uncomfy, and the plane was very warm. couldn't take my shoulder bag on as well even though I could've put it under the chair, which I feel like is a sneaky way of making you pay for the speedy boarding thing."
Pros: "Arrived only slightly delayed"
Cons: "They made my boyfriend pay 35 gbp for a case 5 cams longer than their stipulation. Yet, lots of other passengers didn't have to pay. Sheer discrimination. Crew is unfriendly and refused to help me place my bag in over head locker. Really poor professional s"
Cons: "Arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure, I was not aware you can't checkin at the airport and need to pay 30 euros for it. The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"
Pros: "Nothing at all"
Cons: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."
Pros: "New aircraft"
Cons: "Boarding was horrendous. Flight was late in."
Pros: "We arrived safely"
Cons: "Told our bag was too big even though we'd paid for a large carry on, which we already knew fit in the overhead compartment (plane was an airbus A320). We were then required to check our bags, but not until after we were told to combine our personal item with our large carry on bag & then told that it was too big. instead of crediting us the amount we'd already paid (€20), we were charged the full checked bag fee of €55. The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."
Pros: "It was quite good at boarding, quick and efficient (from/to)."
Cons: "So noisy flight. I have never flown before in a such a noisy flight. Totally nightmare! Kids screaming and yelling and parents couldn't handle the situation all passengers were looking. Crew didn't ask if they need any help.."
Pros: "The plane and crew from Pilots to Flight staff more than perfect. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Cons: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."
Cons: "Never ever gonna choose Wizz air ... not a frist time I had to pay extra because of the suitcase ... But this is happening always on Hungary not in London."
Cons: "The flight is late from tlv to luton and from luton to tlv."
Pros: "Flight was on time unlike outward trip which was just under 2 hrs late"
Cons: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."
Pros: "The ground crew in Varna were a thousand times better than Luton. Excellent flight and service...even with an hour delay."
Pros: "We landed in one piece"
Cons: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."
Pros: "Pleasant staff and good flight"
Cons: "A bit of difficulty to check bag in online after original check in ...."
Pros: "I use Wizzair very often .flight is always good.Pilots and crew are very well experianced.so if turbulences there is still trust in flight crew .today is very misty and cloudy in London .Very good landing in these bad conditions.i want to Thank all team of the crew."
Cons: "Turbulences. It is sad that wizzair charges very high cost large cabin bags (especially on holidays time is bags different price than other months.)but other companies as Easyjet and ryanair allows one big and one small bag for free on board"
Pros: "Horrible company never book with them"
Cons: "No hand luggage Normal luggage is the most expensive in the market ! No customer services ! Do ur self a fav and don't book it"
Pros: "The journey took less than it supposed to. Amazing service"
Cons: "The bag policy with the airline makes the cheap flight not worth it. Only one carry on allowed and each checked bag is $50"
Pros: "Flight on time"
Cons: "Needed to pay 50 euros for luggage. Beware that unless you have a kids suitcase you will need to pay for luggage. Also, when boarding the hostess was pushing me to show my boarding pass- it took 30 seconds but she was already trying to push me to the side and let others board. Patience and understanding would have been nice. Seats are the smallest of all the regional carriers - not my first airline choice to travel for next time."
Pros: "Staff were friendly, when they weren't trying you charge you for everything"
Cons: "I've flown on dozens of airlines, and Wizz Air has to be one of the absolute worst in terms of arbitrary and punitive charges. I managed to avoid them, but you never know when they'll give you a €30 fee because your shoelaces are too long."
Plane was late, boarding was cumbersome, luggage missing and no communication. Waited 1 h for luggage and no one to tell passengers the luggage was missing. After one hour we were told that Ryan Air captain knew all along that luggage was missing and decided not to tell us. Priceless
Pros: "The crew was nice."
Pros: "Terrible crew impolite and rude"
Cons: "Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon."
Pros: "Most uncomfortable seats I have ever been. The Thames train link seats I took to St Pancras was 10 times better. 49 minutes late departure from Athens and not a single word of apology. The crew onboard was friendly."
Cons: "You figure..maybe say we get some compensation for the delay?"
Cons: "No boarding passes, flight delayed"
Cons: "There check in app did not work and got charged for airport check in. Airport staff was useless and cared less."
Cons: "Dishonest airline. Never taking it again."
Pros: "You got what you paid for"
Cons: "We did not realize that we had to check in within a minimum of 2 hours before the flight or else you have to pay this ridiculous fee. They were unable to do anything us at the counter and we had to go to this separate line that was very line in order to pay this massive fee. Their emails were not clear on this policy at all and you should be able to do it at the Ryanair counter vs go to another line. It was very convoluted and not a great customer experience. I wish somebody warned me of this policy as we almost missed an entire day in Santorini."
Pros: "The ticket price"
Cons: "The lack of comfort"
Pros: "Only option available at the time. I would not have flown Ryanair if there had been any other airline flying the route in the time slot. Actual flight was fine, but the process from booking the flight to gettin aboard was horrible."
Cons: "Rayanair made the transaction as difficult, uncertain and unpleasant as they could. From the moment the booking was complete, a series of email demands, warnings and impossible conditions ensured that it was never clear whether we and our baggage would get on the flight. The initial price was unreasonably low and the eventual cost was twice what was quoted but it had to be paid as a series of penalties over several days. The contract staff in Athens were clearly demoralized, embarrassed and apolgetic, but had no flexibility to resolve issues in a reasonable way."
Cons: "Baggage policy, no room between sits, the fact that you have to pay for everything on board including water, flight attendants have been transformed into salespersons, delay of flight for 30 minutes due to technical last minute checking."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Not smooth landing"
Pros: "it wasnt that turbulent and great staff"
Pros: "That the flight was on time. I gave 5 stars for food although I didn’t eat but what the y offered looked ok."
Cons: "Excessive price for a check in luggage. It is ridiculous. Outrageous."
Pros: "It was on time."
Cons: "A bottle of water is expensive and by the time you pay all the fees, Ryanair is no longer a low cost option."
Pros: "We paid for our seats but the staff decided to move people that were separated due to Ryanairs booking system to move with us who had paid for seats. No good"
Cons: "No drink and snacks"
Pros: "Onboard staff was friendly. Flight was on time."
Cons: "We didn't check in online and were charged almost $300 at the airport. The only time the fee was mentioned was in an email that was sent two days ago. We were already on vacation!!! And the message went directly to the SPAM folder. Ridiculous policy that was not clearly stated. We were held hostage...even though we already paid for our flight, they wouldn't give us a boarding pass without paying this new, unexpected amount of money. Ryan Air was not clear about this policy...we went back and looked at all communication from them. Kayak was not clear either, so we will be looking for a refund!!"
Pros: "Short flight and easy checkin with preprinted boarding passes."
Cons: "If you don't pay to choose your seats, they intentionally split you up from your traveling companion and then pester you to pay in order to sit together. Literally, a significant part of the plane were not sitting next to their spouse/companion. And then the crew announced that people were not allowed to switch seat because "assignments were made based on weight and balance calculations"! Wait, what?! No one asked me or my wife our weights, size, or even weight of any carry-ons, so what calculation were they making?! I'll tell you. They calculated how much money they could squeeze and, dare I say, extort from their passengers!"
Pros: "I thought the flight crew was welcoming and friendly."
Cons: "I feel this airline tries to add additional fees for everything. Airline charges a rediculous amount per ticket if you don't print out your boarding pass to check-in. I flew with 8 family members and had to pay over $100 because I did not have a paper copy of my ticket. They do not accept online confirmations for non- EU customers and no kiosk to print one...how old school. You are unable to pay for extra baggage or overage fees at the desk where you check-in. You have to leave the line and pay elsewhere and then wait back online. The charge for overage was outrages even if it was over by 1 kg..it was over $12 per kg. By the time you pay for 3 kg over you virtually pay for another baggage fee. As soon as the plane is in the air...the carts are going around for you to by products from their catalog. Collecting as much money from the customer is the first priority....customer service is second. By the time all was said in done I ended up paying more for my flight then I could have with most other airlines. The one thing I learned was to never fly this airline again."
Pros: "Crew was friendly. Boarding was easy. Coffee was good."
Cons: "Minimal leg room. No where to put books or magazines."
Cons: "Worst service ever. I didn't see the email reminder that they sent to print the boarding pass. I also didn't prepay my bag because I wasn't sure if it was going to be 15 or 20 kilos. They charged me 160 euros just to print the two boarding passes and 1 20 kilo bag and the man at the counter told me that I should have printed them at home. Not only have I never ever had hat happen to me on any respectable airline but we took Vueling from Mykonos to Rome and they included the bag and they printed the boarding passes for free as all other customer friendly airlines. Never again!! Horrible customer service."
Pros: "Getting off the plane after we landed."
Cons: "The staff charged me 62 euro for checking in my bag at the gate. Beforehand, I tried to check my bag in at the check in counter and the lady told me that I didn't need to check my nag in because it was within the required size. At the gate, I tried to explain the situation to the women, but they forced me to pay or threatened that I would miss my flight. Because it was their fault for not being consistent with enforcing the rules of Ryanair and a lack of communication on their part, I'm never flying with Ryanair again."
Pros: "The flight left on-time. The plane had 2 entrances so that helped with boarding."
Cons: "Seats didn't recline. No entertainment of any kind."
Pros: "Nothing. Rude staff. Charged me 20 Euro to obtain my boarding pass"
Cons: "Worst experience I have ever had flying."
Pros: "The seats were very comfortable"
Cons: "I wish the air conditioning worked"
Pros: "Cheap flights mean nothing for comfortable!!!!"
Cons: "Seats don't recline"
Pros: "I like the price!"
Pros: "It was smooth, operated well and on time!"
Pros: "The ticket was cheap."
Cons: "We had a RT from Rome to Athens. When we returned we arrived at 11pm with a flight at 6am. I had intended to go to a hotel 0.2 mile away, but when we got there and I found out I had to pay a min $50 fee to the cab to leave the airport, I balked. We considered just waiting it out in the airport; until midnight when they suddenly cleared the airport of all the people waiting for transfers and had everyone wait outside on the sidewalk (no seating or anything). I was in shorts and it was 45F. Sigh. Both going to and coming from Athens boarding was more like a riot. I was told it was because Italians were hot blooded. Whatever. I awaited bloodshed. My mother is 73 and we had asked for assistance with boarding. We waited as people filled the hall, surrounded the podium, and slowly were shoved on board, and still no wheelchair or assistance. We kept being told to calm as the gate closed and the departure time passed. Eventually a very nice man got mom loaded like cargo and it was kind of fun, but I didn't get the impression that the airport or Ryanair were a particularly well oiled machine. As usual, arm + leg for baggage. No free drinks and teh entertainment was a non stop cavalcade of sales from the overhead of everything from perfume to lottery tickets. If I had a long trip in a city and wanted to take a short jump to a Ryanair city with my skivvies in my purse, this is a great airline. It's crappy in every way, but cheap. But, if you want a suitcase or food or a seat that doesn't worry you about it's cleanliness and give you leg cramps for weeks, pony up for the extra."
Pros: "on time, friendly crew, well organized"
Pros: "Friendly staff and on time"
Pros: "Crew friendly."
Cons: "The website is impossible. It appeared to process my bag payment only to find out it didn't. Address options for USA don't include my address so it won't process my credit card. Online chat "help" asked me to try several things, none of which worked. Paid for bags at airport for twice the price and told how to avoid it on the return flight by cashier. Of course that method didn't work either. Would not process the Paypal payment either. Hard to believe that all the online issues are not at least somewhat deliberate so they can bill more at the airport."
Cons: "They send email about check in but if you did not get it for various reasons while traveling (lack of wi-fi access) the day of the flight even though I was there 21/2 hours before I could not get my boarding pass from the agent I was told that I had 15 minutes to check in thru the Internet because I could check in only thru the airport automatic check in system as a result I missed the deadline ( only one station was functioning) and I had to pay 55 additional euros to board the flight another ways "legal highway robbery". Traveler be aware of this airline cheap tickets but they get you in other ways...."
Cons: "Front desk was rude, confirmation of flight did not come until late at which point they charged me for late checkin per passenger w/o my consent. Extremely unprofessional, will never use the airline. KAYAK should warn clients of these measures as it make a difference in price...very misleading. Extemely unsatisfied."
Cons: "Chair does not decline"
Cons: "Everything. They charge to print out the tickets. It's insane. I will never fly them again."
Pros: "Low cost, flight schedule on a route (Athens, Greece to the island of Rhodes) which fit my travel plans"
Cons: "When my incoming flight to Athens on Delta was postponed a day by that airline, the delay was going to cause me to miss my RyanAir flight on 13 August, 2016. Despite two sessions in on-line chat with RyanAir customer service prior to the missed flight, RyanAir refused to re-schedule me. By the time the flight was actually missed, all RyanAir flights on the following day were full and I had to book a flight on Aegean Air. RyanAir is a terrible company with an incomplete web site (no phone number for customer assistance, missing data and hyperlinks that don't work or lead nowhere), unwritten rules which are non-sensual and work to the detriment of customers, and customer assistance representatives on the on-line chat who won't do anything to actually help customers."
Pros: "It didn't crash."
Cons: "18 euro per boarding pass. Apathy of employees."
Cons: "It wasn't mentioned that you cannot check in at the airport but you have to do it online. We ended up paying €55 euros for the check in even if we dont have check in baggage at the airport."
Cons: "Upon arrival to the Ryanair check in booth we were appalled to find that we were assessed absurd penalty fees for not checking in on-line 2 days prior to the flight. We had to pay 58 euros for the penalty and 46 euro for each checked bag. At least 1/2 of the customers on our flight were duped in to paying the same fee. The staff was rude, unapologetic and unconcerned with the disappointment of their customers. This seemed like an intentional scam to turn a 100 euro flight in to a 200+ euro flight. They should be ashamed of their business practices and I will NEVER be flying Ryanair again. Save yourself the headache and fly Aegean Air."
Cons: "18 hours delay , poor communication"
Cons: "I arrived at the Athens Airport 3.5h in advance. I tried to check in online. The ultimately unworkable airport wifi meant that I spent about an hour trying to get to the Ryanair website. I found an internet kiosk, only to find out that the fact that I am Canadian prevented me from checking in online. I got in the very long line to get to the Ryanair service desk and print my boarding pass, but by the time I got to the desk, I was 2 (two) minutes after the 2h boarding period limit. As a result, I was charged over twice the cost of my ticket, simply to print a piece of paper confirming the reservation I had already paid for, and had proof of in my email inbox. I am understandably outraged. I am telling everyone I know to avoid Ryanair in favor of other low-cost carriers."
Pros: "The flight was comfortable (short flight from Athens to Rome). The boarding process was a little chaotic but everyone made it through alright. There were too many passengers and not enough attendants to keep order."
Cons: "I do not understand their carry-on baggage rules and regulations and how they choose which bags should be allowed on the plain or not. We have two small carry-ons that are perfect for every other airline we have ever flown on (and we fly a lot) but we knew they did not follow Ryanair's policy so we paid about $100 (two times as much as the flight cost us) to check our bags. However, we got to the boarding gate and there were a lot of backpackers there with bags as big and as heavy as the little girls carrying them and the attendants didn't even look twice. These bags took up a whole cabin bin by themselves and the girls could not lift them without help. The bags had to forced into the overhead bins and still barely fit. However, I watched as the attendants demanded that people check their (much) smaller roller bags in the metal luggage measure and then turn them away because the back didn't quite fit. Our bags could have easily fit in the overhead compartments and yet we paid a lot of money to check them because that is what their regulations stated. I guess the determining factor is, can you carry it on your back."
Cons: "Ryan Air never told us we had to have our own boarding pass without the extra charge. We got to the airport and one of the attendees lied to us and told us we missed our flight when we clearly didnt because I checked online and we got there 7am and we were printing out our boarding passes but people we knew on the flight did not even start boarding at the time, Thinking we missed our flight we were forced to buy extra tickets for an hour later and wasted the money we had for our first flight going there. Truly disappointed with kayak as well."
The staff was rude, we had our boarding passes ready, but went to the check in counters in order to make sure that our luggage was ok to take on board, the guy at the check in counter was bored, hardly answered our questions, he confirmed that i could take my small trolley bag on board, but then a rude lady at the boarding counter told us that we had to pay and made a scene as we waited, but it is not our fault if the wizz air staff does not provide passengers with all the right information. Unacceptable, that's why we try very hard not to travel with carriers like wizz air.
Easier boarding Closer gate to the exit
One female air host person was rude to the guy sitting next to me. Just very short with him when he asked to move from the middle seat ro an empty isle seat. No entertainment as short haul and I didn't have the food so put OK
Someone else was given my seat without my knowledge, boarding has been delayed at least 2 hours every single time I’ve used wizzair. Staff don’t care, I give the airline a 1/10 as they at least have a plane. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
Delayed flight, check in online is a mess around, I know you’re trying to make money but you make it so hard to check in online. They didn’t have tea on board, super expensive everything. I won’t be flying again with wizzair
Convenient and comfortable, no frills but premium compared to Ryanair
There were no agents for check in until 10AM when the flight waa booked to depart at 11:40 AM. Also, there was no distinction between Priority and Non-Priority so everything was a right mess. While queueing, I was informed of a flight delays while all the airprt screens where showing the previous time - even informing of a gate number which confused many of us.
Late take off, and wish you wouldn’t charge for water, a basic need, as it is free everywhere else..
On time, we’ll organised and friendly. Booked extra leg room luckily as the seats as standard have little leg room if you are over 5’4”
Late flight, dirty plane, late disembarkation.
The flight was delayed by more than an hour, there was a delay after arrival to Luton and the bags were very much delayed too.
Not on time 2.5h delay Very poor ground services
Flight been cancelled twice..than I haven’t fly with WIZZ ..I have fly with British Airways and changed the Airoport too because those changes. Not really happy taking on consideration that been cancelled with out notice
Delayed 3 hrs .. and rude stuff .. not correct.. dot waste money
The flight was cancelled just 4 hours before the take off...
Unacceptable delayed flight for almost 2 hours
No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.
Was never offered a drink or refreshment near middle of plane. When I asked for a drink was told they’d run out of milk. Flight was nearly 5 hours! Very cramped seating and issue with on-line boarding card.
Pros: "Standard comfort for a budget flight."
Pros: "The food and beverage selection as always. The seat was quite pleasant as well."
Cons: "Crew forgot to serve me when doing meal service. I got up and food but found it interesting that 2 flight attendants walked right by me without saying anything. The flight was late departing and arriving."
Pros: "I appreciate having updates about the flight mid flight."
Cons: "Better management of certain unruly passengers causing a scene by taking seats which were not for them because they can’t be bothered to book two seats together during the booking process and try and take a short cut when it comes to getting on the plane."
Pros: "The food was amazing as usual. The crew's service was great!"
Cons: "Top cold inside. 35-40 % of the journey we had turbulences"
Pros: "We were able to bring our normal size backpacks as personal items even though they were certainly larger than the tiny personal item size limit."
Cons: "We had a terrible experience with getting checked in online and adding a checked bag. Numerous issues getting in touch with the company and the call centre staff was rude and unhelpful. The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again."
