This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Our flight was canceled after we paid in full and began making further plans. we were refunded only around75% of what we paid! I strongly recommend against ordering Aegaen Airlines!

Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

These were tickets purchased with a stolen credit card number.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

I miss my flight due to boarding pass won’t load up

Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

Il n’y a pas eu de vol du tout puisque celui à été déplacé à la veille sans aucune information. Aucun remboursement ni service client non plus. Scandale !

A GOOD IDEA IS TO SEND TO ME BOARDING PASS IN ADVANCE SO I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT

Wizzair is a mess, don’t trust them, all flights are delayed, nothing is secure with them, they are the poorest of all companies.

As you would expect from a budget airline Left and arrived on time, no frills, not even a glass of water offered But you get what you pay for

Comfort isn’t a word one uses on economy airlines! Boarding was okay, delayed but okay, the flight was good, quick and time was made up.

The seat leg room seemed much tighter on the way home My cheese toasty wasn’t that hot - didn’t realise till half eaten

With stairs on a rainy tarmac, EasyJet flights are ok for younger travelers with backpack only. Seniors with mobility issues find it challenging 😰. However, the crew and disability assistance folks at both ends eased that discomfort as much as possible for their various roles. Kudos to airport and EasyJet employees for their kind service.

Total jobs worths over carry on bags, charged £96 extra for bags that were clearly hand luggage

Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. After the flight. Waiting to long to get off the plane

Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.

Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one

Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.

Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.

The flight was 1.30 hour late because of the Police checking 4 passengers. This was not Ryanair fault but was quite ennoying.

The boarding process was fast Uncomfortable seats ,do not recline.

My fligh was suddenly canceled and no ine approached me The web response was the only one and it was poor and not satisfactory Wizz did not take care for moving me and my family to another flight instead and simply gave us back the flight credits which i cant do nothing with !!

The crew was not very friendly or did not seem like very approachable. The plane was quite dirty and it didn’t sound too good when landing.
