Nice to get water and a biscuit but pity we were delayed departing
It was a very short flight and all went well!!!
Window seats had very tight leg room compared to other seats. Flight was 30 minutes late. Baggage was not distributed for more than 30 minutes

It’s a wonderful short flight. I love that they do bring you a snack. I only have a lesser mark for entertainment as there is no entertainment on those small flights. But it isn’t needed in my opinion. I love that the flight attendants are so meticulously taken care of. They are soft spoken and kind. The flight is smooth. The snack is perfect. And then we land nicely!
Excellent staff and experience on Olympic air coming from Athens to Skiathos. Great landing too!

Delayed flight and missed our second flight. Had to take another ticket. We will never book again.

It was a short flight. It did leave about 15 minutes late but other than that everything went well!! There was no food service or entertainment so can’t comment on any of that.
For a quick trip to athens they did a great job plane was spacious, and we boarded quickly.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

Super helpful personnel. Airbus 320neo, new and comfortable plane. Could offer also tea and sparkling water as courtesy.
Plane from Skiathos was 40mins late and we arrived at Athens in a completely different terminal to the departure gate. Myself and my daughter had to run for over 15mins to get to the gate at the far end terminal and we made the flight by 3 mins. The distance from arrival and departure should have been explained, so very stress full of r myself and daughter.
There was a departure delay of at least one hour. We also waited in line for 40 minutes and then in the bus for 20 minutes.
It was a short flight so food and entertainment wasn’t necessary
The flight went well, but boarding via a shirtless bus was unpleasant
My flight was supposed to leave at 8:35 and arrive at 9:35. The plane took off at 9:20 and we arrived after 10am. Horrible experience and zero organisation.
Relatively good for a LCC, free water and a biscuit, free standard seat selection at check-in. Just be wary of legroom if you're tall, and the boarding process was very disorganised with no announcements and no queue management.
Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.
Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.
A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.
