Cabin crew were absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful to me and my twins and family. Great crew!!!
Internet not working during the flight - what a big miss!
It was a short flight. It did leave about 15 minutes late but other than that everything went well!! There was no food service or entertainment so can’t comment on any of that.
For a quick trip to athens they did a great job plane was spacious, and we boarded quickly.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

Super helpful personnel. Airbus 320neo, new and comfortable plane. Could offer also tea and sparkling water as courtesy.
Plane from Skiathos was 40mins late and we arrived at Athens in a completely different terminal to the departure gate. Myself and my daughter had to run for over 15mins to get to the gate at the far end terminal and we made the flight by 3 mins. The distance from arrival and departure should have been explained, so very stress full of r myself and daughter.
There was a departure delay of at least one hour. We also waited in line for 40 minutes and then in the bus for 20 minutes.
It was a short flight so food and entertainment wasn’t necessary

My flight was supposed to leave at 8:35 and arrive at 9:35. The plane took off at 9:20 and we arrived after 10am. Horrible experience and zero organisation.
Relatively good for a LCC, free water and a biscuit, free standard seat selection at check-in. Just be wary of legroom if you're tall, and the boarding process was very disorganised with no announcements and no queue management.
Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.
Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

It was a no frills flights, but had to pay $162 extra for one bag! Cheap flight but no drink either!
Volotea cancel my flight and never refunded my money despite many attempts by me to get it back. I will never book with them again.
Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

A technical delay caused us to miss our connecting flight which resulted in an additional nights stay which cost us $225 as well as $800 to get on another flight. Absolute BS. I’ll never fly them again

Crazy long boarding times, messy, inexperienced, overworked, and visibly tired crew, very uncomfortable seats and no compensation for delays.
The lady at the boarding gate was so rude. She was challenging people being in priority and looking them up and down as if they weren’t dressed for first class. This was Ryan air priority. We all sit in the same seats. She loudly called out to embarrass a man who she believed had cheated and got in the priority line. He had a valid priority ticket and even worked for Ryanair. Also challenging visas insisting people download them until they proved on the government website it wasn’t required to print. The Ryanair employee who was challenged said she is always like this. She also pulled people from regular boarding as they were fashionably dressed and upgraded them to priority and changed their seats. That was comical. I think she felt she should be working for Emirates first class, although they would t have stood for her rude behaviour
We had a delay. That made me feel anxious because I arrived out of time
On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.
1. Too long on board without air conditioning. 2. Very very long-tiring walk to exit gate.
Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.
Very good, staff seemed to check random cabin bags for size pre boarding.
Seats very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight, what entertainment? Food overpriced. But sure it’s Ryan Air, what else would I expect?

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.
