Plane was very warm prior to taking off. Very warm.

Delayed flight and missed our second flight. Had to take another ticket. We will never book again.

The flight was delayed for 55 min, and we missed out transit flight. No one told us or updated about the delay, we just stud in the airport and waited. we also asked for help talking to the ground crew regarding our transit flight, but no one cared. poor service!!!

Arriving to destination without a near 2 hour delay would have been a nice touch

Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.

The airline provided exceptional service, particularly the counter personnel. The aircraft's seating arrangement offered ample legroom and comfort, exceeding expectations for standard economy class.

The free wi if was highly appreciated and worked very well. Staff was great!

Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

Relatively good for a LCC, free water and a biscuit, free standard seat selection at check-in. Just be wary of legroom if you're tall, and the boarding process was very disorganised with no announcements and no queue management.

Do not check bags with Sky Express! We were flying from the Milos airport to Athens. Sky Express lost our checked bags. We were on our way to a wedding in Athens.. In fact, more than half of the flight’s passengers had their bags lost / left at the terminal. This was not a large plane (~50 people), so having left that many bags at a very very small airport where there was only one other flight (from another carrier) scheduled that day, is a ridiculously large oversight. Our bags were sent on a meandering ferry to Athens the following day, to arrive at our hotel 3 days later, but it was too late to be helpful. We had to buy outfits and toiletries, etc when we arrived for the event. We are filing a claim with Sky Express for partial reimbursement.

Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

These were tickets purchased with a stolen credit card number.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

A technical delay caused us to miss our connecting flight which resulted in an additional nights stay which cost us $225 as well as $800 to get on another flight. Absolute BS. I’ll never fly them again

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.

Didn’t like anything about it we were delayed by 3 hours and sat on the plane when leaving Dublin. On the way back to Dublin we were kept in the plane on tarmac for 4.5 hours. This airline is a joke!

It is what you pay for. Always delayed. Very small planes. Hard to fly with kids.

Poor, how can you order something from the menu em you can’t see a menu? How can you get the online menu when you have no internet? Why let us board when you know full well we won’t be taking off for another 45 minutes, no ice for drink in sweltering heat, seats hard and and uncomfortable when you’re sitting for over 5 hours.

It got us their! Delays Delays delayed, flight got in well after specified time, rental car firms shut at 11pm!!!! So from £300 for car to £689.. thank you Ryanair....

Seats very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight, what entertainment? Food overpriced. But sure it’s Ryan Air, what else would I expect?

The woman at the check-in counter was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She misspoke, yelled at us and then when she realized she made an error, lied instead of apologizing. I won’t be flying this airline again and that woman should definitely consider a new career.
