Easy to get our TSA pre check #added. Flight crew was great and entertaining and we landed early!

Flight was delayed 6plus hours Did not take flight Customer service was terrible Will never fly again and will spread how terrible you are You stink

I didnt have a flight. Kayak must be on drugs because I confirmed with spirit that I had no booked flight.

We were surprised to be charged $99 for a personal item. And of course everything offered on the flight was an additional charge. Other than that the pilot flew and landed the plane well and the attendants and fellow passengers were nice enough.

baggage drop off was a bit much. I felt like I worked for spirit airlines since I did all the work.

Everything was terrible. Flight was delayed several hours, crew was abrasive. Stuck on runway for over a hour. There was an argument between passengers that nearly turned into a fight while waiting to exit plane, crew did nothing. Took nearly 3 hours to retrieve luggage at baggage claim. Lost an entire day of vacation. Will never fly spirit again under any circumstance

It was smooth sailing snags we had a really smooth landing and a great flight!

I know it's a low-cost airline. However, the seats are very basic, so after two hours of travel, they feel very uncomfortable and cannot be reclined. The two flights from Bogota to Orlando and the return flight were very punctual. The check-in process on the app works very well. I really liked the self-check-in process for luggage at the Orlando airport; it was quick, easy, and very convenient.

My experience with spirit was horrible I had to spend a extra $100 to check in my bag when I already purchased my ticket even when I got to my gate to get my seat the attendant didnt say anything until I was boarding the plane..also to make matters worst I been flying from Florida to New york and Florida to Atlanta often this was my 4th trip to Atlanta with the same bag and never had this problem till yesterday so im extremely upset and I wasnt even giving a reason for the change the attendant just gave a attitude and wouldn't answer me at all
