Cons: "The boarding experience was terrible. We bought new lightweight International sized carry-on bags for our family of four and packed extremely light to keep each of bags under the 8 kg weight limit for carry-on bags. The crew required us to check them anyway! So incredibly annoying."

Cons: "The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Cons: "Couldn’t get a boarding pass for the last leg of my trip (AZO>DTW>ATL>CSG) when I checked in online, couldn’t get it at the Delta counter in AZO, nor in DTW. The staff at the Delta counter in ATL resolved it in less than ten seconds."

Cons: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

The pocket in front of me was also ripped open spilling those annoying in flights magazines and the airplane smelled like the lavatory which was 6 rows up... just broken down and not well maintained. It was only a 9.5 hour flight but I expected better from SAS."

Cons: "We arrived late in Copenhagen and I had 20 minutes to catch my connecting flight. Even though I was checked-in for the Copenhagen to Athens flight it left without me. I was then transferred through Prague to get to Athens and again missed my connecting flight through there. Now I am stuck in Prague looking for a flight to Athens and most likely will miss my next flight from Athens to Karpathos and will again be stuck in Athens because there are no flights out to Karpathos until 19 of May, 3days from now. I was physically in the Copenhagen airport and could have made that flight, I feel that since I was already checked in they should have waited for me and allowed me to board. Now I will Be missing work!"

We were on a Canadian fishing expedition, and Air Canada lost our Sport Fishing Bag. They said it was delayed and said it would be delivered that night, but that never happened, and we haven't seen it yet, which is 5 days later. We had to rent fishing gear to enjoy our trip. We are extremely disappointed with Air Canada oversize luggage personnel. With the sport bad and 6 rods and reels, we are out over $1500.
Very bad flight - delayed by 4 hours little information provided flight crew all stressed
It was very small. Just plain ride for a few hours, that is all.
I liked the staff but the plane arrived late to Atlanta and when we landed in Montreal there was a plane already at the arrival gate causing me to miss my flight to London. This resulted in an extra stop in Lyon, France and the airline lost my bag. I arrived finally on the 15th of December and now it is currently the 19th and I still do not even know where my bag is after days of calling and tracking to find it.
Like most Air Canada (AC) flights, it was delayed. And in this case, there were luggage problems. Somehow someone else's luggage got assigned to my ticket so that created some confusion but was easy to resolve and I ended up having a nice visit with the people who's luggage was attached to my ticket. This is touchy subject for me as AC has lost my luggage many times (or the airport, I'm just not certain who to point at as I don't know) In flight was pretty standard, one lady was wonderful and the rest seemed mediocre in comparison. We landed in Toronto and had to wait on our gate, then pulled into our gate and spent an additional 30 minutes waiting for a ramp to get off the plane. I don't know who was at fault here, Pearson's horrible organization and terrible management or if AC didn't plan to have it there. To do better, more attention in the bag drop process would be good. Then hold the airport accountable for the lost luggage (I'm looking at you Pearson from the time you sent my domestic flight luggage to Turkey).
Boarding was good. No snacks was a bummer and crew did not take up trash. When asked twice about ear plugs for movie no one came back with any. Nice to have movies offered free however if you aren’t able to listen to them not very good.

The entire boarding process was delayed by a half hour due to the ground crew not being present. The crew was occupied with getting coffee from Starbucks rather than getting on the plane on time. So the flight arrived almost an hour late in Montreal, making several connections virtually impossible. But Air Canada made up a different story in their updates to passengers. Plus there was no person there at the arrival gate to provide wheelchair assistance as promised.
Pros: "there was high wind warnings and we had so much turbulence even a few seconds before the landing but the flight crew landed us safely regardless. hats off to them!"
Cons: "I will never forget Turkish airlines again. They stole our money. We were at our flight on time but they wouldn't let us board. They then said we were no shows and cancelled all our remaining flights with no refund. This ended up costing us around $3000. We don't have this kind of money and I don't know how we will pay rent next month."
