Wish some foods provided rather than just biscuit/cookie for flight more than 2 hours

Wish a flight with more than 2 hours with some snack rather than just cookie/biscuit.

The flight attendant, a black woman with curly hair who sat near Row 21, was wonderful and kind.

It was good..clean, comfy seat. Friendly warm welcoming crew. Was able to check my cabin luggage at the gate which I was able to pickup in a decent time from baggage claim. The app gave all updates from delays to baggage claim info. Overall smooth flight.

Flight was delayed leaving Dallas. Arrived about 2 hours later than scheduled.

Flight delayed and missed connection. Rescheduled flight cancelled after 6 hrs wait. Rerouted thru ORD, flight cancelled, overnight stay in ORD. Still in the air on new flight!

We are too tired and frustrated to comment politely at this point

Terrible. Our luggage was delayed and couldn’t be delivered for several days. We got bad information from the airline agents at baggage claim. We had to pick up our car so we wouldn’t be charged for an extra day. We got lost in the maze of airport parking. The baggage claim agents didn’t offer us any compensation for our extra time and expense. We are tired, hungry and very frustrated.

The flight was flawless and we even arrived between 20 and 25 minutes early!

The only thing to like was that we eventually got to our destination

Allow me to book extra bag check in as free though I packed in 1 luggage but that was 7 LBS overweight so make another bag to free check in.

I would like to get my money back. I flight was 4 hours late on the way to detroit, And same on my way back to Brussels they cancelled my flight and give me an other ticket and i had to wait 5 hours.

All attendents were very efficient, pleasant and happy. Everything went smoothly. The seats could have been wider. There could have been more free food instead of just one small bar.

My seat was one of those that couldn't recline, but the problem was that it was abnormally upright, so the headrest actually made the seat concave, which was uncomfortable and hard on my lower back. I had to ball my jacket up and use it as lumbar support. goodness I had it with me.

Boarding was so so after zone 3 was called all other zones went in

I liked a lot , the flight attendant so nice ,the seat very comfortable I enjoyed the flight , I will do it again with Air Canada,

Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.

For goodness sake, board from the back of the plane to the front and assign overhead space. It would fix everything. Seriously.

Elderly female flight attendant was not customer friendly. There were only about 12 people on a regional jet that had about 60 seats. There were 8 exit row seats and none of them were taken. We attempted to sit in those seats and the flight attendant gave the standard " you didn't pay for those" so she would not allow us to move. What harm would that have caused ? They assigned seats to 5 of the 12 people in 2 rows, row 20 and 21. A simple friendly customer experience gesture of allowing us to sit in exit rows would have gone a long way in me having a very favorable impression on Air Canada. After that I have very poor impression of Air Canada and will not fly with them when I can avoid it.

It was a smooth flight both in the sky and landing!
