Cons: "COMUNICATION. I am appalled by the service I received between Orlando and Ponce. My flight was schedule to take over around 11ish last night it got delayed for after 3 am. Coming from Worcester and arriving in Orlando at 7 pm I was appalled. I was finally switched to an early flight and I was also promised that my luggage would arrived with me and only one baggage arrived. In Ponce I was lectured by Roberto regarding missing luggage while standing in there ready to cry."

Cons: "JetBlue staff at ATL never once updated passengers on the delay. The overhead space filled up too quickly during boarding and I was forced to check carry-on without time to secure or gather my effects. JetBlue baggage claim staff at JFK were then purposefully misleading and evasive."

Pros: "All my needs were met, but at times I did feel like staff were perhaps “inconvenienced/annoyed” by my frequent requests for water. I drank alcohol and thus wanted to stay as hydrated as possible. Also, the seat belt thing/issue. FAA or someone needs to review and update the bathroom policy. Consuming water is vital for our bodies and we need to be in situations that allow us to do so and also allow us easy access to flush out our toxins/liquids."

Cons: "No room in seat where this is suppose to be room. Arm chair tray tables??? Come on now... its 2019. TV was to small and poor TV quality."

Cons: "Double verification at JFK due to booking via agent. They stopped the travelers for dou le verification which they have verified all the douments double time"

Cons: "When I missed my connecting flight in MCO to SWF, I felt the airline staff was at best indifferent to trying to get me back to my original destination. Customer service was pathetic."

The staff was very friendly and the snacks actually were some of the things I get at home. I will fly jet blue in the future!"

Pros: "We upgraded to the “extra legroom” seats and they were so comfortable. The free entertainment was very nice and made the flight time pass quickly. The crew was friendly, attentive, and kind. We are looking forward to flying with them again."

Cons: "JetBlue delays empty flights until Full to Pomce or From Ponce. Dice people who usually travel are old person is easily managed to feed them with mechanical problems or some other excuse. This route back or forth only works on time in high season, which usually are the common holidays of the year, other than this skip it, the delays turns flight into a nightmare pushing the wait, and travel, as a direct flight to Los Angles leaving form San Juan or a total hour of 10+"

Pros: "Jet Blue was GREAT- as usual. I want you to know that getting through security in ATL airport was an ordeal. Incredibly long lines, disorganized (a sign clearly said, TSA Pre-check- line up here) and then the people managing the lines yelling at us (and this is an observation) because they wanted us lined up further back. This was baffling because the actual line into the TSA space was empty at that point. I think the ATL security staff could all benefit from some further training about to work with people effectively AND ATL airport needs to look at their systems. I know it's a busy airport, but there has to be something better than what they are doing now!"

Pros: "My partner and I bought extra legroom seats we could sit together. They were expensive but nice. The crew was very friendly and tried to help with my broken screen/entertainment system. When the attendant couldn't fix it, she said she could offer me a cocktail but since it was 10:30 am, it was kind of hard to justify."
Cons: "It's a first world problem to have a broken personal entertainment system at your jet seat so, of course, one keeps these things in perspective. I mention it only because this flight was relatively expensive ... and I was really looking forward to watching The Greatest Showman. :-)"

Cons: "1) The time of this flight is a bit much. I understand that it is close to my home but I know if Jet Blue adds 1 or 2 more flights, they would totally get booked up. The leaving JFK at almost midnight and then the time difference is horrible. 2)This flight had a child that got sick and we were delayed about 40-45 mins. Totally worth it but it made for an even harder time getting in at almost 630am PR time. 3) The turbulence was horrible. We were warned but so many customers were getting sick. Its was unpleasant to say the least."
