Pros: "I was impressed that the entire team seemed to care that we were being inconvenienced. It was a very nice touch that refreshments were being offered at the gate and that we were told when the next update would be. All updates were on time. In addition, our captain (Mark) came to the gate and spoke to all of us expressing his concern for what had happened to us. He also made a nice presentation on the plane and got us going right away. The free ear buds were also a great touch. Even though the situation was bad, you made a customer for life with the way your team responded to the situation. Well done!"

She never brought them and maybe she forgot but She sat in the front on her phone the whole flight which was just irritating. After being delayed (for no apparent reason) Then having to sit for 20+ minutes because of a “jet bridge that’s too cold” (aren’t these made for the out doors?) this JB flight was less than satisfactory."

Cons: "I was sent to wrong gate (the one printed on my ticket in Dubai was wrong), then I asked agent the correct gate...he sent me to another wrong gate clear across the terminal. When I got there, was directed (again) to the other end of the terminal...10 minute dash....and almost missed my connecting flight. Flight crew was nice....calmed me down but lady in seat next to me was rude.....not anyone's fault but hers :)"

Cons: "After boarding, we waited on the plane for a period longer than the duration of the flight, for a JetBlue crew member who wanted a ride to Buffalo. He was at his hotel in Boston when the announcement was made. JetBlue offered only free water for the delay. Water which was free anyway. At least they didn't drag a passenger from their seat to accommodate the JetBlue employee. That's about the nicest thing I can say."
