Cons: "I had difficulty checking online, because I didn’t have the right ticket number. By the time I contact you and get the right one all the windows seats or aisle seats in the airplane where taken. I had to go with middle seat which can be super tight and uncomfortable when you have two strangers on both of your sides for such a long flight. I wish they email me the right tiket number on time."

Cons: "Transferring from an international flight to a domestic flight was difficult. This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese."

Cons: "My rating on boarding is due -- entirely -- on the poorly designed new Istanbul airport. Seems that bigness and lots of duty free shops were given a priority over ease of making connections. Horrible."

Cons: "The boarding process on the flights between Istanbul and Sofia were somewhat chaotic.We had boarding group assignments, but there were no announcements for these groups."

Then it was understood that there's over booking on the flight then they again lost time for searching for volunteers to drop their flight and take a further flight."

Pros: "The flight attendants were very acccomodating. The movie choices were great, which is very important while on a 12 hour flight. They handed everyone a warm, wet wash cloth before dinner was passed. Everyone also received a package that included a pair of slippers, lip balm, tooth brush and tooth paste. We hadn't received anything like this on any of our other flights. These were small jesters that make you feel great!"

I was really pissed but on all the Turkish airline gave their best but the connecting flight air Canada has the worst services ever.... no food or drink was offered all through to Canada and their workers lack customer service"

Pros: "I like the Airline and I think the food is good, the problem sometimes is when you travel a lot you get the same food :) The crew are always great! I do a lot of connections in Istanbul and we never missed one in about two years flying there at least 4 times a month."
Cons: "During boarding they do not always board the Gold members first and in some cases when they do it is only to go on the bus before the others. I would like the Gold members to go first with either a bus of their own to at least with part of the bus reserved and we are allowed first on the plane."

Cons: "Th flight was extremely late and the airline did nothing to help accommodate. They put us into Istanbul at 2am which was far too late to check into our hotel for the one night and totally refused to get us into a hotel close by so that we didn't have to be at the airport for 13 hours before our flight. We booked a flight that was SUPPOSED to arrive at 6pm so we could get to the hotel at a decent hour and relax. They cancelled 2 flights for the day and put us sleeping in the airport at empty gates all night. The customer service was absolutely aweful and we got nothing but excuses about policy and being talked down to because we "could have chosen a flight early the next day" instead of coming the day before. We wanted to see the town for an evening!! This company has some of the worst desk people I've ever encountered anywhere!"

Cons: "Flight from Houston to Istanbul got delayed; Turkish Airlines representative confirmed that flight will catch up on time and I can reach my connecting flight on time, however changed my ticket for the connecting flight so I would leave Istanbul next day - without informing me about the change.Once I realized changed "date/time" in the ticket (VS what I booked) and complained about it, all Turkish Airline representatives were acting line they don't understand English...this is unacceptable. I ended up spending the night in the Airport."

Cons: "The crew was inefficient: delivering coffee one cup at a time and not even offering it to everyone. I had asked a flight attendant for a glass of water and was never brought water until I asked someone else. The check-in personnel and flight attendants seemed to have no knowledge of toddlers traveling with a carseat, so I had to explain to them that he travels with his carseat or he manages to get out of his seatbelt. They made some calls to see if it was fine to bring the carseat onboard and finally gave us the ok, which we were very grateful for. When it was time to board and also to exit the aircraft it was a very slow process...much slower than usual. Most airlines have you boarding 30 minutes prior to your flight, but we were still standing around waiting."
