Pros: The crew was reasonably pleasant.
Cons: We took off late, and therefore landed late. And THEN, we spent an excessive amount of time on the tarmac before being dropped off at a "remote gate," then taking a bus to the terminal itself. The delay caused us to miss our ground transportation arrangements and have to scramble to find an alternative. It was very frustrating and very stressful. And, on top of all that, the seats were quite uncomfortable.
Pros: Crew was great, flight in general was okay
Cons: The plane itself and seating was filthy, some unknown substance fell on me from the vent above, there was a bunch of crumbs in the seat buckle that fell out all over my lap when I fastened it. I'm not sure the tray table was wiped down, or at least not very well. The in-flight tracker was completely incorrect, I was on a 4-hour flight and it read 14 hours and counting throughout.
Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.
Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.
Pros: The flight crew could have been more attentive. Jackets and coats were not collected during preboarding until last minute, by then I had already put mine away.
Cons: No food was offered, short flight though, that’s okay, but the crew definitely could have been more attentive to the first class passengers.
