Cons: "my travel trip from Kuala Lumpur to Korea and return face critical situation during landing at both airport ( Incheon and KLIA). I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST KOREAN AIR HAS TO CHECK YOUR TYRES CONDITIONS BEFORE TAKE OFF. I WILL NOT FLY WITH KOREAN AIRLINE ANYMORE"

Cons: "Our flight was scheduled with Korean air. We attempted to check in multiple times with issues on the Korean air website. we called and they told us not to worry. Finally, approximately 12 hours before departure we wwere able to check in Only to find out due to the expiration date of our passport we would not be an allowed to check in. We scrambled to get an emergency passport, however by the time it was received we had already missed our flight. Korean air is not willing to aknowledge this as a fault in their system and is instead suggesting this is a kayak issue for allowing us to purchase these flights. I would like the total flight cost refunded as this should never have been allowed to be purchased if Korean air knew at the time of purchase when checking in there would be an issue."

Pros: "Excellent service and attention to detail. Flight Attendents were courteous, friendly and eager to please."

Cons: "The temperature was incredibly hot. Despite being a 5 hour red-eye that took off at 2300, they kept the lights on for an hour at the start of the flight. Then they turn them on again an hour later to do meal service. They made it impossible to sleep."

Pros: "I called prior to my flight and they told me due to long layover I would be provided with a hotel- usually the Hyatt, when I arrived they told me usually but not in my case. 18 hrs layover- no food or anything provided. Never again"

Pros: "Service of the flight attendants was excellent, they were courteous, pleasant and professional sort of like the old days of the flying industry. Language was a bit difficult for me to interpret however they took whatever time needed to make sure I understood their communication. Everything is tidy and clean. A good variety of movies, games, music and information channels was provided.I will fly korean Air in the future."
Cons: "Boarding was a challenge because the gate staff did not announce in English. It would be more organized if they boarded sets of rows in sequence instead of mass boarding for economy. Also had a problem with transfer at Bangkok Airport. Fortunately I had adequate time for the connecting flight but the transfer area was not opened until 7pm. The transfer process is all new to me and not really easy to understand until the first experience. The Arrival and departure boards rotate airline information which was initially difficult to understand. The headsets were a problem in reference to fitting, volume and quality of tone."

Pros: "I think the professionalism and care of the crew is outstanding. I am always pleased by the conduct of the crew with the passengers. It is the main reason that I always fly Korean Air."
Cons: "This flight is almost always late. Sometimes it is only by 20 minutes and at other times it is one or two hours late. I have been using this particular flight for years and I would love to see them fix their scheduling problem."

Pros: "I paid a fair price and got very good service. Seeing there were only middle seats available, the person at the check-in counter gave me the option of an exit row seat with lots of leg room. Slippers, toothbrush, blankets and pillows for everyone, nice meals with Korean and Western options. Wine with dinner. Two checked bag allowance included for American bound flights. The service held up to its reputation as excellent, and the flight attendants are friendly and helpful."

Pros: "This was a relatively short late night flight into Incheon from Manila; cabin crew was attentive. About an hour from Korea, about 3 a.m. we were awakened by the brightening cabin lights and served a full dinner. It was a nice gesture; my connecting flight was more than 18 hours later and the dinner helped with both time change syndrome and with hunger pangs. KAL was also very helpful with my change of schedule; I was returning to the US for medical needs including unexpected surgery recommended by my Asian physician, on a schedule to meet needs of my US physician, KAL is definitely a first class outfit, and has proved it with every flight I've taken."
