Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The seat, the food, the services, the boarding could have been better!"
Pros: "My prayority was safely, then was accomplish."
Cons: "Was accomplish, so I wanted to say thank you, for your services."
Pros: "Boarding process was all over the place. No one listened to the instructions the crew gave them. No special meal as requested as a friend of mine is vegan and allergic to several items so luckily she brought her own food on board. Crew was ok, nothing special."
Cons: "The in flight movies/tv was not working. The customs situation is crazy. I appreciate the thoroughness but at points it was overboard. Constant scanning of ticket from the security "TSA" to just scanning your bags 2 feet later."
Pros: "The food was great and I was glad they had such good vegetarian options. It was nice they gave us pillows and blankets."
Cons: "It was an overnight flight and they had the lights on for a long time and kept coming by to hand out things which made it hard to sleep but it was still nice they gave us the attention. I’d also like to see fewer wasteful disposable food containers."
Pros: "Korean airlines had pleasant staff and provide good food."
Cons: "This was a 5 hour red-eye flight yet they only shut off the lights for 1 hour and served breakfast at 1AM. I would have prefered they prepared the cabin for people to sleep through the flight."
Pros: "On both of my long haul flights I had very nice, new planes to fly on which were very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating despite having a huge number of people to attend to. Food was good when I ate it. Seats reclined very nicely and there was the most room I've had on a flight ever. Still cramped, but you take what you can get! Would definitely fly again."
Cons: "2 complaints I would pose. 1. If we're flying on a super long flight overnight, do you have to turn on every light in the pane to serve food? Can we not keep it kind of dim while literally everyone is trying to sleep? Also, why are you serving a meal at 3AM?! I know we took off 2 hours ago and people may want food before we get into the bulk of the trip, but it's 3AM! Everyone just wants to sleep and now the lights are on and you're offering me a full meal?! Believe me, it's great that you're trying to keep me fed, but come on, we've got 12 hours of flight left to go! 2. The movies offered were really sub par. The "new releases' only had a handful of movies I'd even heard of before and only like 3 I even cared to watch. The "movie classics" were the same way. Gotta step up your movie options when I'm trapped in your plane for 14 hours."
Pros: "Friendly staff, good leg room, pillow and blanket are provided and food was pretty good too."
Pros: "My flight to Seoul was originally through Air Canada but my flight was cancelled due to weather in Toronto. So I was rebooked with Korean Air and I loved every minute of my flight. The staff are so talented speaking flawlessly in Korean and English. They made me feel comfortable for the whole 14 hours. I’d definitely fly with them again."
Pros: "Great food, friendly and helpful crew, every passengers get a pair of slippers and toothbrush for their needs."
Pros: "They fixed my vegetarian meal issue by making sure I get it on the next flight."
Cons: "1. They didn't have a vegetarian meal as I had selected while booking my flight. 2. For the 2nd meal, they offered me the extra vegetarian meal they had but it had so much chili powder in it, it was not edible."
Cons: "I have encountered missing documents before departure in Singapore to KL. The check in crews very helpful, their knowledge to assist me boarding smoothly. My appreciation towards all crews who have helped me this morning ( SQ106) Big THANK YOU to you ALL."
Pros: "The crew was excellent."
Cons: "The business seats at B777-300ER was very uncomfortable for a long distance trip with duration of 14,5 hours."
Cons: "The person next to me had a distinct body odor."
Pros: "The crew was terrific. Always smiling and helpful."
Cons: "If you need more space economy is a tight fit. It would be better to upgrade."
Cons: "5 crying babies on a red eye. Don’t know if that can be prevented."
Pros: "Handset to control screen didn’t work. Airline reimbursed me with $75 voucher for inflight duty-free shop."
Pros: "The cabin crew was pretty good. This was the only saving grace in otherwise very poor experience"
Cons: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours and they changed the gate from one end of the terminal (A15) to the other (C1). The waiting area was cramped. This being the home of Singapore Airlines, the way managed this entire thing was pathetic. Boarding announcements were also confusing."
Pros: "Food was good"
Cons: "Boarding was just ok, but departure delayed by half hour. Seats were really poor. Zero comfort.. felt like sitting on a cramped park bench. Entertainment system is ancient. Can't see and can't listen properly. Didn't expect this type of horrible aircraft from Singapore Airlines!"
Pros: "personel provided excellent service"
Cons: "food was ok. A faulty entertainment system did make our flight feel longer."
Pros: "The trip was horrible we have to sit separately three places."
Pros: "The crew was amazing, boarding was quick and easy, seats were relatively comfy"
Cons: "The food was legit terrible. Bad flavor, mushy weird and just not good"
Pros: "Check-in and boarding were convenient, overall in-flight experience was good and satisfying."
Cons: "Provide beverage/water more frequently during flight to keep passengers hydrated."
Pros: "Crew did their best despite the poor circumstances."
Cons: "Be on time, even delayed time was not on time. Seats are tightly packed together. This resulted in cramped seats and not every row having a window. Aircraft pressurization is uncomfortable compared to newer aircrafts. No onboard entertainment system. Only serving of food is small snack and drink"
Cons: "Cleaning the restroom area more often for international flighywiuld be great"
Pros: "Superb flight all around. Excellent seat, entertainment, food and crew. Cute Hello Kitty/Sanrio items too."
Cons: "Rather long delay in turning off the seatbelt sign after takeoff, despite smooth flying."
Pros: "There was a decent movie collection to watch."
Cons: "Seats were crammed, not enough width or legroom. Staff not that friendly. Food was alright but nothing to write home about"
Pros: "Efficient boarding"
Cons: "Seats extremely cramped especially when seat in front reclined. Will look for other airline on next trip due to this problem."
Pros: "I travelled on Eva a few times a year, was used to and liked Eva."
Cons: "Arriving at JFK on time after 16 hour nonstop flight on Eva, we passengers were told the parking space was occupied and we had to wait one hour on the plane. The Eva ground crew had 10+ hours to arrange a space for the plane, as it steadily approaching its destination, and the arriving time was 10pm, hardly a busy hour of an airport. Another disappointment: as before, I took the bus provided by Eva to neighboring states. This night the arrangement was awful. Poorly organized Eva crew kept all on the roadside, with only three of the five buses next to us, we passengers waited in the open, without a schedule or clue. We were lucky for the night was warm. In a typical NY winter night, 10 Farenheit and windy, we‘d be hurt more."
Pros: "I liked that it was orderly when checking in and unto the plane. The pilot kept us informed of departure and arrival time, how long we had to our destination and keeping us safe when it was turbulent. Asking everyone to buckle down and for us to remain in our seats. Even the crew who was serving had to sit down."
Cons: "The crew who were attending us, did not smile or even made eye contact. They seemed like robots while serving us. After we had our first meal, many of us went to sleep, but they did not come around to offer us water or any type of beverage or snack. We had to go to the back of the plane or ask then to get water and snacks. The snacks were lacked variety and quality."
Pros: "Great crew, impressive washrooms, food was wholesome and warm"
Cons: "My friend had a long wait in line to get her boarding pass. She was denied at the counter to fly due to there being 40 minutes until her board time. She was not checking bags, and the security line was a walk through. But they would not issue her a ticket, cancelled her international flight, AND her return flight. She had to buy an entire new round trip international flight...All the while her plane was still on the ground...This did not make sense to me. This does not make sense to anyone I explain the story to, either. Your counters truly are always long waits. It was her fault she didn't leave enough time. But the lack of flexibility in rebooking and the inability to still use her return flight home? WHY."

seat is so tight other then that it was all right

Pros: "Staff were all good and professional"
Cons: "I want to watch a movie but both airplanes from Da Nang to Incheon and Incheon to Narita were older models so nothing to watch. Didnt matter though actually because i was sick and slept the whole time"
Pros: "Check in procedure in Los Angeles can’t get any worse"
Cons: "If check in crew knows what to do, as simple as that."
Pros: "I liked everything. The crew was nice, there was leg room and if people wanted they could watch a movie. There was a nice small meal even though it was only an hour flight."
Cons: "Well, I'm not exactly sure. I understand why there were many different languages for the announcements. English, Korean and Japanese. Even though that stops what you're doing on the screen, it can't really be helped, unless they know which language each person prefers in each seat and programs the message to only play in that language for each individual seat."
Cons: "I purchase the ticket for the business class however the ticket cannot claim mileage for the business class status as they informed that my ticket was issue with the U class and seem to be i just got the upgrade. This is really unacceptable, i will not purchase the ticket from Kayak again"
Pros: "The crews are very polite. The food is good. Service is good."
Cons: "The boarding gate doesn’t have elevator or scalator and it’s hard to go up/ down the stairs (NAIA). Aircraft seat looks old. Overall the flight is good."
Pros: "Seat comfort and service"
Cons: "Cabin temp too warm; mediocre headphones (bro f your own)"
Pros: "The price. Significantly cheaper than our normal ride on EVA through Taipei. Having said that...won't do it again."
Cons: "We travel between the US and Asia a couple of times a year and normally fly on EVA, who has wonderful service and great food. We took Asiana this time because the ticket price was significantly less than EVA. Below are the reasons we won't do it again. 1. The food was awful. My wife had the Asian dishes and I had the Western dishes. Both were well below the quality of food we're used to on EVA. 2. Transit in Seoul. On the way to Bangkok from LA we had 50 minutes to transit Seoul to our next flight. The transit security line was quite long and it was obvious that we, along with a few dozen other passengers, weren't going to be able to make the connection. After much complaining from us and our fellow passengers they ran us through another security line. Rushed to the airplane and made it. On returning to LA from Bangkok it was exactly the opposite. The only option was nearly 8 hours connection in Seoul. But we had plenty of time to negotiate the transit security line. These connect times did not occur because of a last-minute ticket purchase. I purchased these tickets in July for a December/January flight to Bangkok and return. 3. Inflight service was not at the level of EVA. Like any other Asian carrier, the flight attendants were light years ahead of ANY US airline crew, but below the standard of EVA. Waking you up to eat a meal (I typically don't eat dinner at 1AM), etc. I was sleeping with my seat reclined and the flight attendant took it upon herself to upright my seat at meal time and woke me up, presumably so the person in the seat behind me was more comfortable with space to eat their meal, but hey...I purchased the seat to sleep just like the other passenger purchased the seat to eat, so I think I had just as much right to "my space and comfort" as the other passenger did. Just little stuff that doesn't happen on EVA. 4. Inflight entertainment is lacking as compared to EVA. Few movie and TV choices, few game choices. 5. We sat in economy. The seats were not very comfortable. Seems the cushions were thin and it became like sitting on plywood after a while. Legroom on the 747 flight wasn't so great, but there was plenty of legroom on the A380. The A380 seating was still kinda hard, but the legroom sure helped. 6. Boarding process. Poorly organized. Nobody pays a bit of attention to "boarding by row number". Consequently it's a bit of chaos during boarding. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" is true. For a flight of that length I won't choose to save the $200 or so per ticket and will ride on EVA. We've proven to ourselves that EVA is just pretty hard to beat."
Pros: "The crew was ok."
Cons: "Luggage pick up was very slow. Random inspection at Incheon is not so random at all. 90% minority."
Pros: "The entertainment had a good selection, although the headphones and connection on the armrest wasn't perfect. Also the food had a pretty good selection."
Cons: "The discomfort of being on such a long flight. Hard to be comfortable. And unable to sleep for any stretch of time."

As an elite member i was put in the back - bad Also both flight delay total more than 1 hour

Pros: "Great Food, good customer service, quick boarding/deplaning, and the return trip from MNL to TPE was almost top notch."
Cons: "My entertainment screen was not working nor could the crew get it to work."
Pros: "The seats reclined farther than any I’ve ever experienced (aside from Business or First Class). Attractive, friendly, and patient flight attendants. Very clean planes."
Cons: "A better movie and music selection."
Pros: "Phone charging, laptop socket, nice legroom and smart recline system means legroom gets better when the guy in front reclines. Toilets clean. New aircraft, attentive crew. AIRBUS A350 IS THE BEST!!!"
Cons: "Food okay could have been better. Entertainment system excellent but television shows section could have been better."
Pros: "Size and clarity of entertainment screen on economy."
Cons: "Quality of earphones are low. Food could be better too."
Pros: "Excellent customer service with every question"
Cons: "One hour departure delay due to technical checkup but I’m glad they fixed it prior to taking off."
Cons: "I dropped my fork on the floor. The 1st crew, who did not understand Mandarin came back with salt and pepper, even I asked for the fork in English. I asked her again, but she impatiently told me each meal plate came only with one set of utensils."
Cons: "No seat number on the ticket. Wrong gate number. Food has hairs in it. I have back pain problem...was asking for the outside seating so I can stand up one in a while but got Negative answer for both ways....don’t think to book with you guys and China Airlines again.....very painful experience."
Pros: "I like the space between seats. A couple inches helps"
Cons: "Staff just not as friendly as last time on This airline. Audio earphones just doesn’t work welll. It’s double prong so you can’t use your own and there ear buds very uncomfortable and earphones from previous flight didn’t work well either. This really needs fixing. 12 hours this should be a big priority."
Pros: "The air line reported 2 of my luggages as delayed and I still have not heard news on my 3rd missing luggage"
Cons: "How can u loose a luggage"
