I love my Delta crew, they were so welcoming and helpful.

Sat next to a woman who had her period. Blood was on her seat and on the arm rest between us. I ended up having period blood on my jacket and shoes. Very gross!

Better organization of boarding procedures. Terrible leadership guiding people to gates.

The TV screen was so small, but other than that it was a good flight, and the food was good.

SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

I had selected seats together for my family of three when I first booked my tickets in February. However, I realized only when I checked in at the airport that the seats I had selected were no longer assigned to us and we were completely scattered across three different middle seats instead of being seated together! After requesting the Singapore staff to have us seated together on a full flight, they managed to find something but it was right next to the rest rooms and the whole journey of 15+ hours was really unpleasant. They said that the seat selection isn't locked and the airline can reallocate the seats anytime. No one ever told us this and it was a terribly unpleasant surprise. Will avoid Kayak/underpricer and Singapore in future

The friendliness of the attendants, and the quality of the service.

Flight attendants were awesome! Very helpful and patients. Some food were good but maybe not serving fish that kinda make the whole aircraft smell fishy. The “fried pork” was tasty but too much skin so it doesnt taste that great.

Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.

Excellent service. I pre-ordered gluten intolerant meal and they handle it with care. They served me my meal before other people's to avoid crossed contamination. Thank you 🙏

Food from Surabaya was below average but from Singapore is much better

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

My experience with Scoot is very good. Will have no issue flying with Scoot again.

delta wifi wouldn’t work boarding was not in sequence flight crew spent most of their time on the phone with the lights off pretending no one wanted or needed anything

flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.

Everything was good until we were boarding our connection flight in Atlanta, we were told to gate check our carry-on, but when we got inside the plane, there was plenty of room in the overhead.

The check in and bag drop off for Sky Priority members is slow. The Clear security was also slow - a TSA issue.

Flight was delayed. Had to get rebooked. Diamond medallion but stuck in a crappy seat. Rebooked flight then got delayed again. Then when we finally boarded, we waited another hour for a new crew. Then landed in JFK and sat for another 40 minutes waiting for a crew to come to the gate to be able to deplane. Hot mess all around, which unfortunately is becoming the norm for Delta

Our flight to Zurich was delayed by almost 3 hours, so we missed our next flight. There was no indication it would be delayed this much. We were told the gate had changed and then it apparently took over 2 hours to load the "catering" on the plane. We were not compensated in any way for the trouble.

It was terribly delayed with zero support from united airlines. I reached at 1 am in the night. They did not provide any option to change the flights.

MY FAMILY'S LUGGAGE WAS LOST FROM ROME TO BARI. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT RECEIVED MY LUGGAGE FROM ROME TO BARI. AFTER DEPLANING IN BARI, WE WASTED A LOT OF TIME AT BAG CLAIMS LOST AND FOUND REPORTING THE CLAIM AND PLEADING FOR THE BAGS TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT TAKES 3 DAYS MINIMUM TO DELIVER. MY DAUGHTER AND MY GIRLFRIEND NEEDED THEIR PERSONAL THINGS AND WE WERE STAYING 3 HOURS AWAY FROM THE BARI AIRPORT. WE HAD TO DRIVE 3 HOURS TO THE AIRPORT TO COLLECT OUR LOST LUGGAGE THE NEXT DAY. WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE

The wheelchair service is useless. They live you in different spots, not tell you anything just wait. I waited 30 minutes in Frankfurt when decided to walk the 25 minutes distance. In Budapest nobody came.

Qatar said few times that the luggage will be at the final destination but they were wrong. Please check where your port of entry is at the destination. This is where the luggage would be. The food was terrible.

Very Old flight. I didn’t expect to see this old flight. The entertainment system was very poor for a 15+ hours flight. The staff was amazing and food could is no bad could be better.
