MY FAMILY'S LUGGAGE WAS LOST FROM ROME TO BARI. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT RECEIVED MY LUGGAGE FROM ROME TO BARI. AFTER DEPLANING IN BARI, WE WASTED A LOT OF TIME AT BAG CLAIMS LOST AND FOUND REPORTING THE CLAIM AND PLEADING FOR THE BAGS TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT TAKES 3 DAYS MINIMUM TO DELIVER. MY DAUGHTER AND MY GIRLFRIEND NEEDED THEIR PERSONAL THINGS AND WE WERE STAYING 3 HOURS AWAY FROM THE BARI AIRPORT. WE HAD TO DRIVE 3 HOURS TO THE AIRPORT TO COLLECT OUR LOST LUGGAGE THE NEXT DAY. WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE
The wheelchair service is useless. They live you in different spots, not tell you anything just wait. I waited 30 minutes in Frankfurt when decided to walk the 25 minutes distance. In Budapest nobody came.
Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.
Poor and identical to the first two legs, except for the crew who were patient, professional and of pleasant and jovial disposition!
On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.
The lady who gave me my boarding pass for check in was extremely rude.
Small plane (and thus a bumpy ride), small seats (and a large man next to me), absolutely terrible wifi, and no food options to speak of.
Plane was older and terribly uncomfortable but the leg room was good!
Flight was well orchestrated, made up time despite circling a bit all good on United. Travelers can just be so into themselves that common courtesy has gone out window for some, but that’s not on United.
I don't understand why they can't have charging ports on seats in 2023. They only offer it as a 'premium seat' service. It's ridiculous
It was good overall but when I book my flight and seat through Kayak, AA will at times change those seats during check-in time which I don’t understand why. I always book aisle seats and had to sit at window for my flight to Austin this trip.
Nothing, I wont be flying American Airlines again and will not be recommending anyone to fly American Airlines. It was the worst experience flying I've ever had.
Short hop but nice crew, efficient processes and all very timely
The TSA check in took 1.5 hours to get through in Austin and I missed my flights back to DC
AA did not allow to board a flight because my connecting flight from DFW had been canceled. I got on another flight to another city. No service on the plane and I did not use their entertainment system.
After we landed we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours waiting to get to our gate. Ridiculous.
American almost always Delays flights from Austin to Dallas and back. I cannot believe they have such poor service on this route. I was about to switch to American from Delta, but they gave me enough reasons not to.
Loved the staff, boarding and drink options! Wish the comfort of the seat could have been better nevertheless
The seat could not recline. This was not indicated as such when I paid for the seat. So itvwad not the most comfortable ride. At boarding, the staff could have more pleasant even though it may be an intense time.
WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.
