In premium economy I was expecting a bit cleaner area. Tables were not very clean. Only one of us received a blanket and pillow. The food was okay. Probably a smidgen better than coach. The crew were very nice but should have done more walk through to at least pick up trash.

We had a 1 hour delay due to mechanical issues, then another hour, then 2, and eventually it was an 8 hour delay. The airport staff was confused about gate changes, as they were not getting good communication. They were trying, but we changed gates 5 times in one hour!

The flight left without us even though we were on the ground in Dallas, and American Airlines wasn't helpful or available to rebook us on another flight.

The flight crew was good. I was delayed almost 3 hours and missed my connection, had to rebook and they lost my luggage

Flight was very delayed. That made me lose the next flight. Rebooked for 23 hours later without any compensation and using a worse airline. I did not expect that from AA. Disappointing.

I would like a refund for the extra cost the seat I paid for. An oversized person sat next to me and I couldn’t fit on my seat and had to move to another seat.

Horrible. Got delayed many hours because their pilot wasn't trained for night landing at the airport and a rain delay made it a night landing. We have to wait hours for a qualified crew. They give us 12 dollar meal vouchers but most everything in the airport was closed and definitely more expensive than the vouchers.

Kayak boarding information contained inaccuracies that would have not existed if booked directly with American. Paid for preferential boarding, was last to board.

great experience. minimal lines at BWI. at DFW they got a long haul 787 boarded in 30 minutes

Late arrival flight arrived in BWI and I missed connecting flight in CLT to mobile. I had to wait 6.5 hours for next flight.
