They patrolled the aisles and routine pointed at passengers directing them in a hostile manner to keep their masks on their faces, even when they were trying to eat or drink. They also threatened customers by stating it was a federal law several times. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will not fly delta again by choice."

Pros: "There was a threat in the airport which caused the closure of one terminal. It happened to be the one from which this flight was due to depart. The crew was calm and able to get everyone on board with a minimum delay, considering the circumstances. The flight crew made up some time in the air and we were able to land less than 30 minutes after our original ETA. Well done, Delta."

Then we ran to the gate inky to find the gate was closed less than 2 minutes before we arrived. At least 20 others also missed the plane because of the lack of crew and long lines checking bags. It was frustrating, irritating, uncaring crew checking in, and a bit rude. Then on of my checked luggage was lost enroute - which made getting off the flights even later which made me miss a meeting that I was scheduled to be at. All because you didn't have the crew needed to check in."

Once we boarded we watched the baggage crew unload the last flights bags including USPS parcel cargo. Then our baggage had to be loaded. Sat on the plane for 50 mins before backing out of terminal. Complete lack of urgency on the part of the baggage handlers was very frustrating to many passengers."

I do whatever I can to fly Southwest and get upset every time I have to fly one of these fee-for-everything airlines. Why not take crappy Spirit airlines at this point? And the seats feel smaller every time. I'm only 5'7" but my knees are against the seat in front of me. My husband is 6'8" and has no choice but to pay another crazy fee to have a couple more inches of space."

Cons: "The check-in process was anxiety producing. I'm used to getting an email reminding me to check-in. When I checked in online I went all the through the process including picking a seat and paying for one bag. At the end it told me there was an error and I was not checked in and would have to check in at the airport. When I called the airline the person was informed and helpful. However, I learned that i should arrive 2 hours before my departure time and that the check-in desk would close 45 min before the flight and I would then not be allowed to board if I had not checked in (even if I was standing in line waiting). It was alarming that I learned this accidentally. Finally the flight took off late and there were many empty seats, but the crew did not inform us of that."

Their app wouldn't allow me to check in otherwise, since I couldn't pick a seat without paying an upgrade fee. We called and waited an hour on the phone, then were told we had seats, but to get to the airport three hours early to pick seats. Got there three hours early and got our seats. This is why I'd rather drive most of the time. If I can drive it in less than 20 hours, I skip flying because it will take at least ten hours to fly by the time you factor in debacles like this, stops, and missed flights. Just not worth it."

Cons: "This flight was 2+ hours delayed. We were repeatedly told that it was due to weather in Chicago. I don't understand that. The weather was fine in Chicago and flights from BWI to Chicago Midway on other airlines were on time. I felt that this was a fabricated eccude."

I fly Delta more often because they've retained a higher standard of service, i.e. graciousness toward the passengers, perhaps because they're based in the South where that still counts. I was a tour manager & took 32,000 customer service calls for Williams Sonoma so I know that a cheerful, efficient attitude is a choice, and not a hard thing to accomplish with good psychology incorporated into a lot of training programs today."

Cons: "Seat was awfully uncomfortable. I’m only a slim built 5’9” woman and my knees were indenting the next seatback. And the aisle was too busy for me but that could have been fixed with paying for a window. I do not recommend flying in these economy seats for any longer than 2.5 hours."
Cons: "Both flights round trip were delayed. The first flight was delayed 2 hours and the second flight was delayed 4 hours for maintenance issues."
Pros: "Flight attendants on frontier are just cashiers. They sold drinks then sat down. Didn't interact with passengers at all. Bought "tickets" which meant nothing. Have to buy a seat, buy luggage space, buy water, buy snacks. Seats didn't recline."

I understand the flight is cheap and all but asking us to pay for drinks and food on this particular flight felt like a slap to the face after having to sit at an airport for 8 hours."

Cons: "Front desk check in guy in Orlando was a bit shady. Asked that we pay for our check-in bags with cash and wanted 10$ cash to put our seats together. I did not give him cash and had to ask for a reciept for the checked bags. We were 4 hours early for check in."

Pros: "We had a great flight. Very full but ended up with an empty seat in our row, which was nice. The price was very cheap and we had no bags to check so worked out extremely well. The crew was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making a trip home very memorable."

Started boarding process, and then we all stood on the jetbridge for more than 5 minutes before ANYONE actually got on the plane. I find it very unaccommodating that we have to pay for ANY refreshment. The tickets are not THAT much less money than some airlines, and other airlines include your seat cost, carry-on baggage, drink and snack at NO EXTRA CHARGE."

Cons: "Plan delayed again on my connection flight (F9 180) because after we boarded they realized that they didn't have a copilot and he was 1 hour out. That would of been nice before boarding plane. Once we go on our way and taxied out to runway we were told that we had to wait 10 min for the tower to send us our flight path. 1 hour later we finally left."

Pros: "An initial two hour delay caused by the airline (a flight attendant blamed understaffing) caused an additional two hour delay due to weather. The boarding process was incredibly inefficient and the communication about delays and status was almost nonexistent. Generally speaking, I feel like most airlines have issues so I am usually more loyal to price than to any particular brand, but after this experience, I will be more than slightly hesitant to fly frontier again."

Cons: "The flight was delayed because an engine malfunction; which discovered right before take off, luckily they caught it. We waited about an hour and the "new" seats are ridiculously uncomfortable and I'm pretty sure they don't recline. Overall would not fly with them again unless the price is right."

Congratulations Frontier - you have found a very easy way to lose a large amount of business to your competitors. As I mentioned before, not only will I never use Frontier again in the future, but I will go out of my way to discourage friends and family from using Frontier."
Pros: "I loved the flight attendants. They were very warm and kind. They made what turned out to be a very bumpy ride more comfortable for the passengers because they were more expressive about the turbulence than the pilots."
Cons: "The take off was a ride before we even got off the ground. I don't know if it was due to wind or what. The plane was swaying from side to side before the wheels were up...and there was no explanation from the pilots. What I would like to express the most about this particular flight was that I felt the pilots were not very conciencious about expressing concern for how the passengers were doing during what was a pretty bumpy ride from start to finish."
Cons: "I did not appreciate being asked if I would like to pay extra for a seat. It was misleading and several prompts kept it in front of me. Another way to get money from customers AFTER the ticket purchase. The seat area is very cramped as well and if you want more room, you have to pay for it. Paying for a bag whether carry on or checked? Frontier is a scam."

Cons: "The teeny, tiny, metal tray tables. Unexpected fee for picking seats. Unexpected fee for carry on bags! A can of soda was $1.99. The original price for tickets was well priced, however when you tack on an extra $70 each, it adds up to what I would have paid with another airline."
Cons: "Sitting in the plane and flight was canceled, next available flight is 3 days later which filled up and then raised to over $800 . End up booking with Delta for additional $650 to get home for Easter."
