Pushing back flight and ultimately cancelling it after multiple changes and hours of delays. Comm were terrible as to what was going on and what options were available.
Even though we arrived early and checked in, for some unexplained reason, our bags were removed from the plane and put on the next flight. It took over 12 hours after arriving to get our bags.
Stewardess was not accommodating when I requested a second drink.
The morning calzone was less than impressive and we ended up with heartburn
Some of the passengers are coming on board with luggage so overstuffed and/or too large that have no business going into the overhead bins.
None of the airplane features were available during the flight.

Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through
My sister and I paid to have our seats and have them next to each other. I heard one of the employees say to the other one that you shouldn’t have given away reserved seats away to other passengers, and so I guess that is what happened because I got the last most uncomfortable seat in the plane even though I paid to sit in the middle of the plane with my sister. Terrible Experience !!
We checked one bag. That was fast and the agent was fast and super nice. At the gate, boarding was fast and efficient. Flight was uneventful which was great because it was early in the morning and most folks were sleeping. Landing was great. Delta does a really good job of making the flying experience better all around considering you are sitting in such a small space on a plane for several hours.
Couldn't make the flight because connecting flight was canceled.
The flight could have actually taken place. Canceled flight and no option to rebook that day.

I would like a refund for the extra cost the seat I paid for. An oversized person sat next to me and I couldn’t fit on my seat and had to move to another seat.
Kayak boarding information contained inaccuracies that would have not existed if booked directly with American. Paid for preferential boarding, was last to board.
We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.
Crowed but safe flight and arrived at my destination on time
Late arrival flight arrived in BWI and I missed connecting flight in CLT to mobile. I had to wait 6.5 hours for next flight.
JetBlue cancelled the flight along with hundreds of others, for no apparent reason. no recourse, no rebooking options. never booking with them again
Jet Blue cancelled my flight after I had boarded. They attempted to rebook me for a new flight two days later. I was able to rebook with a different airline, but not until the next morning. As such, I was forced to get an expensive hotel and missed important work meetings Monday morning. I am very disappointed with the customer service and will be pursuing full reimbursement for my hotel cost.
You did a great job rescheduling my cancelled flight. However, you made me pay for two seats for $118 even though the seats on the original flight were free. I think that was a very unfair thing to do.
They cancelled the flight after 5 hours at the airport and the only flight they offered was for the next day with a 7.5 layover in fll. This was not going to work for me as this was only a weekend trip and getting into providence at 10 pm a day later caused me to lose Mo ey on hotels money on airport parking a dog sitter etc. they wouldn’t offer any type of a voucher or anything else. All they did was refund the flight which didn’t help me with all the money in time I lost. I was going to see my very sick father

All the TV screens in my rows was non functional . The map shown for an international route was antiqued..
There was a fowl odour coming from the lavatory the entire flight

Delayed 4 hours because of maintenance issue they knew about all day. Get another plane. Time is precious!
Surly, unhelpful ground staff at JFK. There was a complete lack of empathy—a flawed check-in ordeal caused us to miss our flight. All airlines that I have ever flown would have worked to help me solve the ticket problem. Instead, frontline employees shrugged their shoulders and pointed fingers at us for having made an error. I will do anything to avoid EVER flying on Jet Blue again. It well deserves its low rank among airlines.
