Excellent comfort service and staff
Very disorganised and inefficient boarding procedure compounds the disorganised nature of the Indore airport. Crew announced that a system would be followed based on those passengers that paid for expedited boarding, those with children and those in the military etc. However the system was not implemented. Not sure why IndiGo does not use and enforce zonal boarding. A/C not working on bus transporting passengers to aircraft and information system indicating flight information not working either. Given this leg happened after sunset there was very poor lighting on boarding ramps at both Indore and Mumbai.
On time flight, baggage came out fast. Overall good experience
Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

Three hour delay on a 1.2 hour flight. Ground staff made us wait in the boarding area for around 2 hours even though the aircraft hadn't even arrived yet. No updates, no refreshments - not even water. Then we finally boarded to discover MH wasn't even doing meal service on this sector anymore. Just a bag of peanuts and tiny cup of orange juice. So close to five hours without serving water!

Flight was very affordable and the airplane crew was professional. But the flight was dirty. Hadn't been cleaned properly. There was food waste from previous flight next to the seat. Entertainment/TV screens were not working for the majority of the passengers. No headset was provided on some seats. Food was okay. If you want to save money fly with them, but be prepared for compromises.

Cons: "Worst food ever and the seats too were very much uncomfortable"

Cons: "I flew with my 3 yr old and I was given seperate seats. I really don't understand how can anyone allot seperate seats when flying with kids. Also, I was not able to web check in 24 hrs prior to my flight. I tried for 2 hrs and also called the customer service they did not resolve my problem instead asked to try back after sometime. Service is really bad. They need to understand customer is their priority."
Pros: "entertainment options were surprisingly diverse and the crew was fantastic. i loved the tinted windows and wish all planes had that."

Cons: "Flight number 174 going on 11th November from sfc was not that great . Servive was not good ,whole plane was stinted due to bad smell. People were having their drinks by themselves throwing cups alllover . Not a good experience."
