Pros: "The flight was short and sweet. However, the customer service rep checking me in at Logan could have been much more friendly. I was bringing my parents lobster from Maine, and I ended up having to check my box of lobster. I have a United Explorer card and a Chase Sapphire Preferred card and I was juggling my luggage and had to sit my money clip wallet on the counter. Since I had cash in my wallet, the customer service rep abruptly told me, “we don’t accept cash.” I have been flying for most of my life and I know that you have to pay for baggage fees with a credit card. This interaction was disappointing to say the least."

Cons: "The flight to Chicago got delayed due to weather (not Uniteds fault), then got stuck in Sioux Falls due to need for gas (also not Uniteds fault), but when we finally got to Chicago and got told we couldn't continue on to our destination for two days United refused to get us a hotel room. They said that since no one had entered the mechanical failure that made us stay in Sioux Falls (also not Uniteds fault) that they couldn't give us rooms at a hotel. What a crock. We ended up having to borrow money from my in laws to be able to afford a hotel room for 2 days."

Pros: "I bought the ticket with kayak. I went to the airport only to find out my flight was running late. This is after me calling twice and united telling me it was on time. The airline nor kayak told me anything about it. I get to the ticket counter to find out I was rebooked thru Alaskan air, but they suck me in a middle seat after I had paid for a window seat. United said they couldn't help me I was SOL. WILL NEVER FLY UNITED AGAIN!!!"

Toilets didn't have basic supplies like moisturizers. Not to mention they were super cramped. - Entertainment system was out of 60s. Small LCD and were of the smallest resolution and viewing angles - made watching anything akin to watching those cam rips floating all over internet. - Cramped leg room. And the premium seat didn't have any better room. Overall, one of the poorest flights I have ever flown on. Even Air India has much better planes and service."

Drive from Canton to Chicago and arrived at about 2 in the morning. We had tried to change our flight to leave two days earlier. The fee for changing flights was more than the tickets were initially but when you cancel it its tough break for us."
