Bad. Flight was delayed due to maintenance issue with Delta. Seats were small, no service, bag got broken on initial flight. Cramped and hot. Sitting inside with no ac.
The flight was delayed and passengers were told that they will miss connections as flight may get 40-55 min late.
The flight from Atlanta to Tallahassee was delayed, not such a big deal because it arrived almost the same original time. Most of my complaint is that one of the boarding agents and one of the flight attendants seemed bothered and were not very friendly.
Be on time. No issues with weather etc. entirely on airline.
I think in the future I cannot fly anything less than Comfort plus. The seats vary depending on the plane. The people are extremely nice and funny. I try to only fly Delta if I can help it.
Very good- all went as planned. Flight was on time. Seating was a little sub , as always. Snacks and entertainment were basic. We arrived on time- no problems.
Connecting in Paris is always a wildcard, and this time was no different with the new EES system that people, including staff, don't really have a handle on. At least this connection didn't involve a bus, which has been a nightmare in the past. Boarding was a bit late, but once on the plane, flight was great. Very comfortable suites in business class. Service very good. Food was excellent. The Starlink WiFi was amazing. Worked well all the way from Paris to Atlanta.
The landing was sooooo bad. I have never seen such a hit to the ground.i got a jerk to my back as i was sitting on the rear emergency exit. So felt the impact eveb stronger. While we exit from the plane the power to the plane was cut off
On time, quick boarding, so nice of them to honor active and retired military with early boarding. Attendants were nice . Plane was clean. A bit crowded like all flights.
My bag was open when I got to Portland and all my clothes were wet and my parking pass was wet

My experience was excellent for a business trip. I like the smaller jets because everyone gets either a window or aisle seat and the boarding and de-planing goes much faster. I really like the schedule American Airlines has between Atlanta and NY - lots of options. Crews are great and very accommodating. Sometimes the flights are not full and they let people move around once the boarding doors are shut to spread out.
DFW notification of changing the gate notice was an inconvenience.
There were alot of delays without any information. First, my original flight was overbooked so I volunteered to stay back. The layover was hell, I sat in the airport for 4 hours. I was highly disappointed because no one was around to provide answers.
The flight was delayed 4 hours, and when we finally boarded, they told us that the fuel was only just then checked. So, we waited even longer to take off.
Airlines should be prohibited from using the seats they get away with.
The "on the ground" A/C was not working. It was so hot while waiting to get in the air, a passenger from the rear of the plan declared "I just can't!" and waited in the gangway until time to close the doors. It was miserable. But the crew were champs and had an amazing attitude. I know they were as miserable as we were but didn't let that affect their performance.
Flight was extremely hot and they made us check our bags when the space was nowhere near full
We never made it due to delays on both ends. Gate attendant said it was mechanical but the system said otherwise, so no compensation. That’s not right.
The flight attendant, a black woman with curly hair who sat near Row 21, was wonderful and kind.
