After landing in Paris every one in the plane had to get on a bus which was packed and every Covid protocol was violated. There was no social distancing. It was disappointing. There was an empty bus right behind us. A few passengers asked to get on it to keep some distance between people but the driver refused. Probably you do not care.

Cons: "They didn’t even give water without charging for it. Water is a basic need The hidden baggage fees. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"

Cons: "The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah"

Pros: "Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay."

Cons: "This is a budget airline. It was a decent plane, the crew was very friendly. Being a budget airline, food on board has to be purchased separately. There is no entertainment on board. The seats didn’t recline. Overall it was good value for your money."

Absolutely saved my night and I’m so grateful to her. All my information about my apartment were on it. I’m not sure what I would have done had it been lost."

Cons: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

Cons: "Website indicated without EU identification we needed printed boarding passes. We were unable to print them while traveling. We arrived at the ticket desk and they refused to print them. We had to create an online connection to get the passes and then forward them to all 4 people in our group."

Download the check-in and return after 50 minutes in line! Or pay 55 Euro for us to do it! No helpful; Awful service; Ticket sales people after queing for another 30 minutes-same no help-just put new client all this from 4:45 am in the airport. Finally with 10 minutes to spare before being blocked off the flight; check-in deemed to check me and suitcase it requesting 20 Euro. I refused...other passengers got mad so she let me pass. Small crowded plane/no leg room/ constant hostess annoucing buy duty free, food. No landing cards provided! Nothing-you pay, do it all and you are lucky to arrive--NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS."

I'm flying international so don't always have wifi available. Charged to check in my luggage. Which is horrible. It's not even a flat fee for the luggage it's by waeight and I had to go back and forth to a different counter for weight, then to pay, then back to drop off the luggage. One person at the counter should be able to do that one transaction.. it's such a waste of time. I will never fly this airline again."
