The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast."

No way to get a drink, as with the trip over, the chairback screens didn't work, and they never notified me by e-mail that you had to order food in advance. Not even a glass of water available on a 7 hour flight, that's actually a health hazard, should be illegal. No coffee or tea. The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

It took them 20 minutes to respond to our notice (we pressed the air attendant button on our seats) and then told us we couldn't get snacks because they were giving out pizzas, which took another hour. Every single part of our flight was delayed and inefficient... with no reason ever being given. It was pretty miserable overall and I will likely never use Air Europa ever again."

I understand that the pilots did there best to navigate through the weather but for the future it would be great for them to communicate that we would be hitting some turbulence. The landing as well was one of the worst I have experienced. I will not be flying or recommending air Europa to anyone. Just checking in to receive boarding passes was a nightmare as they informed me the plane had already closed even though it was an hour before my flight left. I was then directed to customer service who then sent me back to the counter where I finally received my boarding pass. Running through the airport and to security was awful and when I arrived at the gate the gate was still open and people were still boarding. It seems as thought air Europa is more concerned with how many tickets they can sell than customer service."

Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"

Cons: "Vueling—couldn’t figure out how to have us pay extra money for overweight bags It took us almost an hour to get thru the line bc our bags were too heavy, then the agent couldn’t figure out how to charge us for the extra $, so after 15 min, they just let us go without paying Then, it too forever to get thru security THEN, our flight was delayed, but they still told us to go to the gate and board, even tho there was no crew yet And then, we had to go down 2 flights of steps to take a bus to the plane and then take a flight of steps up to the plane. Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"

Cons: "The boarding time has been changing every few minutes since the morning. I arrived in the gate where there were about 30 people with boarding passes but no assigned seats all overbooked. Half the people left on a bus then boarding stopped and we're returned back to the terminal going through security and hour or so later. The company reps had a big attitude problem and could provide no explanation to what and why anything is happening. In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"

Cons: "unorganised deaprture @ barcelona airport where everyone was allowed to board at the same time. Also our flight way delayed but Vueling did not text anyone on our flight to inform us."

Pros: "Crew was nice and friendly"
Cons: "Boarding took place in a separate area of the airport, no access to shops. Flight was delayed, we arrived an hour late at our destination."

Pros: "Comfy seats, plenty of legroom"
Cons: "Took forever to board"

Cons: "Couldnt get to Barcelona to board the flight.... any flight."

Cons: "wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet."

Pros: "...and don’t really do that in a way helpful to the passenger! I couldn’t get my boarding passes from Vueling’s website, as the login details as required by Vueling, are actually those used by who “bought” the ticket - some random email used by Kayak / Lastminute.com, and not mine! Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."
Cons: "Worse, Vueling charge you, on checking, to “choose seats” with no obvious way of not paying for them! I’m sure here was a link somewhere - but could I see it?! Nope! that and my suitcases, and I had paid over €100 extra on top of my initial flight cost. BA or Easyjet next time!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour but that was not Vueling’s fault. Despite the delay the staff did all they could to notify passengers and leave as soon as possible."

Cons: "Flight was delayed over 90 minutes, which seems to be a reoccurring theme as they have managed to score significant delays in both flights I’ve had with them."

Cons: "Our hand luggage had to go into the hull so we had a long wait at the other end. Cabin crew explained 220 people and space for 180 bags, wouldn’t mind as much but I follow the rules and only bring one bag when people in front of me have 2 bags! Too ch down was very bumpy!"

Cons: "Had to wait on crowded bus for 20+ minutes and we were not told why."

Pros: "I've lost my job! The flight first thing in the morning should respect that we rely on them to get on time in the morning. One in 3 flights of Vueling are delayed! Ryanair is far better in this point! Today I really hate Vueling"
Cons: "I also lost the train tickets! I had to pay twice for everything. An apology is not enough, it sounds like they are laughing on us!"

Pros: "Cheap, clean, great on board crew. I arrived early for my flight and was able to change my flight to an earlier one cheaply, quickly and hassle free. Excellent customer service."
Cons: "Shocking check in. Only 2 desks open queued for 45 mins just to check in. Despite arriving in plenty of time. This was a Saturday lunchtime and the queue quickly built up and despite several members of staff being around no further desks were opened up until the queue became huge."

Cons: "Boarding too slow and unreasonably delayed flight beyond scheduled departure time. Baggage handling at LHR was dreadfully slow, some 25+ minutes waiting at the carousel for bags to appear after the first few came through."

Cons: "They overbooked the flight. We were a party of eight and half of us got to go on the 12pm flight and myself my husband and 2 children had to wait! We were told we could get on a 4pm flight and were rebooked for a 9pm flight!! Then they lost all my luggage and when I did get it we only got 2bags! My kids while suitcase went missing for two days! Totally unacceptable! Worse thing is the lack of direction to handle the situation. Their answer was by law were allowed to overbook! Seriously! I know this is true but these airlines should. It be allowed to do that it’s disruptive to people’s lives that have paid money to be on these flights. So our 4day vacation is now down to 3 and of those 3days we spent one day waiting on partial delivery of our luggage!"

Pros: "I never write negative reviews simply because I believe if you dont have anything good to say then say nothing. However the experience we had flying with Vueling had caused us so much unnecessary stress & made me (very patient by nature) so extremely nervous that I got a stomach pain & gastritis excaverbation. Thus out of curtesy for other future flyers I cannot be silent about this. I literally have nothing positive to say about my experience except that we did actually land safely."
Cons: "To be specific Vueling's check-in associate Lafth (he wouldn't provide his last name even when we requested it for the purposes of this review) was the most unhelpful, rude & unprofessional public service worker! He was doing his job with the attitude as if he was doing us a favor, meanwhile making unappropriate comments related to the country of our destination & the United States. He assigned a seat to my boyfriend and informed me that I wont have a seat due to overbooking. We explained to him that we absolutely mus be on the plane due to the importance of an evening we had ahead. He seemed to enjoy the difficulty of our situation & had zero compassion & showed no attempt to help or to see what he can possibly do. The grim on his face suggested "screw you, guys!" And sarcastically added "good luck to you"! Seriously!? I was furious & so upset & also nervous because not making it to the point of our destination would be extremely unfortunate. My boyfriend suggested to assign a seat to me & to check in two luggages under my name & he would figure out an alternative scenario for his way to get to our destination in case they wouldn't find a seat for him at the gate. At the gate we met with two other associates who seemed to have zero training in what their job is. They had no understanding, no outside of the box thinking, no creativity & no any hint of compassion! Striking! Only because a guy from Iberia airlines came to help these two incompetent associates we started to feel that someone with the brain & knowledge is finally involved. Finally, we were given a second seat "miracoulasly" somehow it was available.. hmmm... and guess what!? Not just one! As we got on a plane I saw at least 4 seats (in my vicinity) unoccupied! The bottom line Lafth (the check in guy) knew it! But his miserable attitude had caused us all unnecessary stress, my nerves & caused his company this review. My suggestion- choose other airline!"

Pros: "Comfortable seats! Friendly crew from check-in to exit. Great experience."
Cons: "There was no meal service or entertainment so I didn't check those boxes, didn't apply. Short trip."
