After landing in Paris every one in the plane had to get on a bus which was packed and every Covid protocol was violated. There was no social distancing. It was disappointing. There was an empty bus right behind us. A few passengers asked to get on it to keep some distance between people but the driver refused. Probably you do not care.

We saw a board and discovered it was Gate B65---a 45 minute run/walk away. We ran through the airport. We heard our flight being announced as final boarding so we ran even faster. When we got there, the attendant asked us if we were transfers and we confirmed. She then said that she was about to call our names. We were relieved we made it in time. Then we got on the bus to get to the train and waited 35 minutes!!! Why were we rushed through the airport only to wait on the bus?? Other people boarding after us did not look rushed at all. Also, the female crew member kept telling my mom to move her purse. My mom explained that it was attached to her outfit and that she wore it through takeoff but the attendant didn't listen because she just said again that my mom had to stow it. But it was part of her clothes! It couldn't detach! My mom explained again but the attendant said back "it is our policy to store purses." It was frustrating bc she either wasn't listening or didn't understand even when my mom showed her it was attached. She just stood there looking at my mom. It was attached to her jacket so my mom finally said whatever and had to take off her entire jacket (scarf was also attached) and put it in the overhead bins all because the woman seemed like she didn't understand English."

Just checking in to receive boarding passes was a nightmare as they informed me the plane had already closed even though it was an hour before my flight left. I was then directed to customer service who then sent me back to the counter where I finally received my boarding pass. Running through the airport and to security was awful and when I arrived at the gate the gate was still open and people were still boarding. It seems as thought air Europa is more concerned with how many tickets they can sell than customer service."

I did not have the issue as I am quite familiar and make a point to put my tiny hand bag inside my carry on. I did witness the uncourteous way the boarding crew explained or shall I say, unexplained the policy. As it was a rather full flight, most of us that boarded pat had to check in our bags as we board the flight. The boarding crew did not bother to let us know that it was a full flight and unfortunately we had to check in out bags, but rather ignored us, put the checkin tag on our bags while avoiding eye contact. I had to literally bend over to search for the boarding crew 's eyes to confirm I had to check in my luggages as she refused to even listen to my question. She rudely responded that yes, your bag in going down. Now, as I said, I am a frequent traveler, and I understand the stress of the flight running late, the ocerbookings, the cancellations and the less amiable travelers (I have seen my share or indecent people who have no decor what so ever). However, in this case your boarding crew did nothing to communicate properly to their customers, your customers! Being rude, unfriendly and unnacommodating is simply unacceptable when it comes to customer service. I normally don't write reviews, but the behavior was so outraging that I cannot be a quite passenger... not this time."

Check in at Barcelona is chaotic. Poor directional sign for check in patrons to locate appropriate lines to form. We presumed from our booking that priory boarding meant priority check in ….. clearly not the case. As a result we were in the wrong line for 45 minutes before a curt checkin clerk sent us to another line with over 400 people waiting. We barely made our flight. No other airline does this and it is clearly unsatisfactory service. Check in is disorganized hundreds of passengers forced into last call lines to make their flights. Announcements were in Spanish only so an non Spanish speaking customer is clearly disadvantaged and likely to miss their flight. This will be the last time we fly veuling and will never book with you again. PS if a customer books priority boarding this should include check in after all one pays a premium for priority that should include check in as is the case with all major reputable carriers.

Cons: "The airline lost my luggage. I called continuously and they kept telling me that it was on its way, but it never arrived! I finally received it 2 days later."
Cons: "The aircraft was run down, checking in was ultra-slow, and they didn't even put our airplane on a jetway. They bussed us out onto the tarmac instead. They didn't even offer water or coffee on a 2-hour flight included in the ticket - it cost extra."

Small crowded plane/no leg room/ constant hostess annoucing buy duty free, food. No landing cards provided! Nothing-you pay, do it all and you are lucky to arrive--NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS."

One person at the counter should be able to do that one transaction.. it's such a waste of time. I will never fly this airline again."

If you travel with somebody and like to sit together you have to pay extra money. during the flight the crew was going up the alley trying to sell whatever they have for sale during the flight, going from drinks to food, from gifts to alcohol and cigarettes, but not giving the embarkment cards like every other airline does, no, here you have to wait to be in front of the customs, get the form, fill in the form and then take your place in the queue for another 30 minutes.. and I don't mention here how many times the crew hit my leg and knee with the trolley during the two hours flight."

As customers we should not pay super high extra fees for checking in at the airport. When we are traveling, we don't always have wi fi access, specially in London, so we were unable to check in online, causing us to have to pay 50 pounds per person plus 35 per bag. I would never recommend this airline to anybody, not even to my worst enemy. This is a thief company, robbing you the money you try to save by flying with them!!!!"

About the most cramped seats on any airline I've taken (and I've flown in virtually all parts of the world, and I'm small). Constant harangue over the PA from in-flight staff trying to sell things, even lottery tickets."

Secondly, you need to print your boarding pass prior to arriving. I did my check in online and paid for a checked bag which what's $58. The employee asked to see the boarding pass on my way phone, obviously it wasn't pulling up this time. We had to pay 15€ per ticket just to print them. That to me is rediculous. The on the flight, they will not take any credit card that isn't European and they are the first airline to accept cash onboard. Overall our experience was horrible. You would think after making us wait in line for over and hour they wouldn't charge is to PRINT the tickets. This airline is perfect for someone traveling by themselves with only a carry on and having access to a printer."

Cons: "Questionable ethics in terms of check in. You have to check in online at least two hours before or prepare to pay a fee. This is not spelled out upon purchase of ticket. When checking in, you need to print or download boarding pass or pay a fee when arriving at airport. You must pay for a checked bag before arrival to airport or (you guessed it) pay a fee. We were fortunate to avoid all fees except for the checked bag fee (a convenience fee on top of the price to check a bag). Ryanair's emails provided no link or instructions to check a bag. Also, springing all this information on us two days before travel was sketchy at best. My guess is a healthy percentage of customers use Ryanair for flights in the middle of a vacation and investigating these details are the last thing on travelers' minds. Ryanair knows exactly what they're doing revealing the info when they do."

Doesn't matter if you actually buy it last minute (flight leaving within an hour), they will still charge you a penalty since you didn't check in more than 2 hours ago. When you try to explain it to the employees, they just stare at you, look at their piece of paper, and say you still have to pay. Absurd. Flight was delayed obviously. Seats are small and don't recline. A tall person should never fly with them. Obviously no entertainment. Don't even give you free water."

I attempted several times to complete the early check in on the website so that we would save the fee of checking in later at the airport but I was unable to. We left our hotel 4 hours prior to the flight departure because the metro ride was 1 hour to the Barcelona airport. Next, we waited in line at the airport and were then told to go wait in another line and pay 50 euros each for the airport check-in. Then, our flight was delayed so we got to spend a whole day of our vacation in the Barcelona airport! What a waste of valuable time for us. Next tour of Europe I will gladly spend up to $400 more for a reliable flight on a different airlines. Time is more valuable, especially vacation time!"

Cons: "I had to jump through hoops to print a boarding pass even though I had Ryanairs app with a mobile boarding pass. 3 hours of my Sat and Sunday in Barcelona were spent searching for an open copy/print shop. Would have been nice to know more than 48 hours before my flight. I get to the airport after not finding a print shop, expecting to pay through the nose for them to print the tickets for me and they say I didn't even need it. They supply the boarding pass. Wow. The boarding is a joke. They don't board in zones, so the line was literally 180 people long. I wasn't even in the back of the line and it still bothered me. Now let's get to the plane, again, staff and pilot were great. The seats have NO leg room. I have long legs and it was miserable. No seat back pocket to put things. No recline on the seats. The aisle way sagged everytime someone walked past me, leaning my seat toward the aisle. I know, I know, you get what you pay for. This flight I paid for a lesson. That lesson being never never never ever ever ever fly Ryanair again. I would gladly pay a little more money to save my poor knees from being in that position again."

Cons: "The pilots to and from Ibiza were terrible. Both landings they came in to fast and landed hard. The plane was about 90 degrees inside while boarding and no air was circulating. My air vent barely worked when we did get off the ground and the plane was hot the entire time."
