I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

Cons: "The issues started when I tried to do my on-line check-in 24 hours before (as is normal with other airlines), only to be told that there were no more seats available for on-line check-in (but would magically become available if I paid a fee). As my company was paying for the flights, getting the fee reimbursed would be a pain in the neck and I decided to just check in at the airport as the system suggested. Only to find out that they could not assign me a seat until I could talk to an agent at the gate, and that the aircraft was overbooked and I may not end up flying at all that day. I make my way quickly through security and rush to the gate and stand at the counter for a long time to make sure I get a seat (thankfully). Only to find out that the aircraft is delayed. In the end, I made it to my destination OK albeit a bit late, but I think Vueling has set the bar really low if the passengers should feel thankful about just getting there safe but late."

Cons: "I would like to start out by saying that I have flown with this airline before but it was a few years ago and it was from one city in Spain into another. On this particular trip, I flew with a friend from Barcelona to Tel Aviv. Our flight was delayed because the pilot decided to change aircrafts at the last minute and about 25-30 ppl did not get seat assignments,including my friend. There were enough seats on the plane. It was disorganization plain and simple. They told these 30 passengers that they may not be able to fly and were about to separate family members, leaving some in Barcelona and flying some to Tel Aviv, causing unnecessary stress. When we arrived in Tel aviv, our luggage did not. Approximately 30 people had to file reports with lost and found. It took days to find the luggage which was flown out to Moscow and then to Tel Aviv. Some people still didn't receive theirs. The aircraft was old, all the food and beverages had to be purchased. The crew was all right. Overall, I will not fly with them again. I have spent hours and hours of my trip trying to locate my luggage. Hopefully it will arrive as I'm writing this review. I think Kayak should cease working with this airline and not list it on it's search engine."

The employees don’t hold any accountability and will pass the buck. The awful experience honestly tainted my view of Morocco as this was the first welcoming point into the country. I suggest that RAM retrain their staff to help customers get their questions answered and to treat them well since we are paying customers. Going forward I will be avoiding Royal Air Maroc."

The company do not do efforts to annouce that they pay the accommodation for flight transfer, in CMN, with more than few hours"

Particularly when you consider the cost of the employee's salary whose sole job it is to sit and process the "late check-in" paperwork at a different window. --The luggage fee is among the highest I've ever encountered and also has to be "processed" at a different window with a Ryanair employee who literally fills carbon copies of paperwork in for every single person in line. (There must be a more modern option for their infrastructure than this.) My husband and I had to go back and forth to this other window since the people at the check-in window didn't bother to tell us that we'd have to process the luggage fee + the check-in fee at the separate window. --Finally, the boarding process was chaotic, crowded, and late. And I was kept awake the entire flight by flight attendants making several announcements about Ryanair promotions, including employees pushing actual carts full of non-food items (like cologne) up and down the aisle to sell as if the airways were a flea market. Overall I would have saved time, money, and huge headaches if I had booked a pricier flight up front. At least those companies have some integrity."

Cons: "Questionable ethics in terms of check in. You have to check in online at least two hours before or prepare to pay a fee. This is not spelled out upon purchase of ticket. When checking in, you need to print or download boarding pass or pay a fee when arriving at airport. You must pay for a checked bag before arrival to airport or (you guessed it) pay a fee. We were fortunate to avoid all fees except for the checked bag fee (a convenience fee on top of the price to check a bag). Ryanair's emails provided no link or instructions to check a bag. Also, springing all this information on us two days before travel was sketchy at best. My guess is a healthy percentage of customers use Ryanair for flights in the middle of a vacation and investigating these details are the last thing on travelers' minds. Ryanair knows exactly what they're doing revealing the info when they do."
Cons: "Charges 50 euro per person if you don't check in two hours before. Doesn't matter if you actually buy it last minute (flight leaving within an hour), they will still charge you a penalty since you didn't check in more than 2 hours ago. When you try to explain it to the employees, they just stare at you, look at their piece of paper, and say you still have to pay. Absurd. Flight was delayed obviously. Seats are small and don't recline. A tall person should never fly with them. Obviously no entertainment. Don't even give you free water."
Cons: "Awful experience. Could not print boarding passes online and tried to pull them up at the airport, but there was no internet connection. Staff was incredibly rude and tried to make us pay $50 to print on site. Finally downloaded the passes (which, by the way, we had to obtain at least 24 hrs in advance - an easy email to miss). "Priority boarding" (also paid extra for) was a joke. Everyone had to get on a bus to arrive at the plane, and no order was kept, so it was basically a free-for-all to board the plane (lots of flying elbows). As a result, the overhead space by our seats (second row) was filled and we had to put our bags much further back (again defeating the purpose of "priority boarding"). Upon arrival to our destination, there was zero indication that our checked bag would be at completely different terminal. It took going through lost and found and 2 information folks to find the correct baggage claim area (and another go through security). All in all, a terrible experience. Not worth the extra $$ we may have saved. AVOID!!!"

Also, a very expensive box of chocolates, that we purchased as a gift, was stolen from one of our free checked bags, either in Barcelona or Bulgaria. We did not notice until we got home and unpacked."

Took me 30 min just to let them confirm I can fly to Poland with my Canadian passport. Overall the ground staff is inefficient"
