They charged me an extra 69 euros at the gate and did not refund me the checked bag I paid for and the over head bag I paid for which I didn't use because I had to pay for the special guitar case. Criminal behavior. They were very unkind about it as well. Terrible experience. I'd like my money back for the extras I paid for.
