Got automatically assigned middle seats unless you fork out extra money for a seat assignment, not impressed.

Good boarding. Crew started quick with drinks and food. They came around several times for trash which I really liked. Other than turbulence due to storms in the area, flight was great.

You have got to come up with a better way of getting connecting flight people off the plane first. Flying doesn’t bring out the best in people but exiting off a plane rules needs to come from management, not from the expectation that passengers will be “kind” and let them off first. Perhaps exiting in zones? Like boarding? Zone 1 exits are connecting people. This frustration led to many people missing their flights or scrambling. We were delayed leaving the first leg which amplified this.

Everything about the flight was good. My one complaint would be that we were required to pay for a seat in order to select our seats before the flight. When I pay for a ticket I think the seat selection should be included.

This flight is frequently delayed. The connections seemingly are more frequently delayed. I’ve missed connections as a result twice on the same route to charlotte then Charleston. Final destination arrival has been the next day, twice in a row. No pilots, no crew. Too many excuses. Unfortunately, my days with American are over.

The absolute worst. Our flight from Madrid to Charlotte was delayed nearly 2hrs which cost us to miss our connecting flight. The only availability was to either separate my party of four (two being children) several other locations to reach our final destination. The other was drop us off at entirely different location we never intended on going. Thus resulting in us driving a rental 2 hrs to our original final destination. On top of that the flight from Madrid was uncomfortable and some staff were extremely rude.

Flight attendants had no personality! The looked miserable! My seat was broken in first class. I can’t believe how American Airlines changed. 😞

My baggage went to Dallas and not to Philadelphia. Do I need to add anything else?

So i was checked in for the seat number 40K. Unfortunately my seat was not able to recline which end up having very uncomfortable 15 hours flight.

First off, I never complained so it is not the crews fault. The lady to my left did not respect my seat whatsoever. She was too big to lower the armrest and basically sat on me the entire flight. She was against the window. I was in a middle seat. For future reference, American, please make sure the armrest will lower or get someone a larger seat/2 seats.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.

As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.

My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

This flight was a code share for both Iberia and American Airlines and run by what I assume is a charter company Level. It was difficult if not impossible to get a seat assigned, check bags or use any customer service functions. I would skip it!

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured
