Cons: "Crew was rude. The premium plus cabin was not worth the extra cost. No real change in service just a little more room."

Pros: "Nothing. I will never fly United again. The only reason I booked this flight was because i thought it would have the kind of good service I’ve experienced before on Lufthansa."
Cons: "There was a 1 hour layover prior to the DC flight. Frankfurt’s security line was so slow that it caused us to almost miss our connection to DC running thru the airport. To add insult to injury, the United gate attendants were so incredibly rude and inconsiderate when we explained why were delayed."

After third request to pilot, the temperature was set to so hot people were sweating and complaining. Typical United Airlines crew who think they are driving a cattle car"

Not be roped into checking a carry on when other flights have no issue. Was pretty annoyed my initial flight to Houston was cancelled, but ended up on a connecting flight there anyway? Makes no sense."

Cons: "Unfortunately, despite the text message saying the flight was canceled, the ANA ground staff in Taipei that we talked to assured us it was not canceled. But it was. And so ensued 24 uncomfortable hours of pain. Thanks, United."

Cons: "Made me check my carry on because they stated there was no room which was not the case when I walked on ( found at least 6 spots). I requested to at least be able to look for myself seeing as how my seat was in the very back, but they refused. Also, allowed many customers to store their personal bag ( their backpack) in the bins that were oversized which should have counted as their carry on, just allowed them because they wanted to. They should have made those individuals check their "carry on". Also limited snacks available by the time they were able to provide service to my area of the plane."
