My screen was broken so now movies, etc, but I didn’t really mind. They did work on it, so good effort on their part.
Arm rests are too small and too close. No screens, movie selection was very limited and poor. Food is pretty much overpriced cheap convenience store food.
Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.

They never sent me a confirmation to say my flight time had changed so I cut my holiday short by 6 hours Had to pay over 50 American for my luggage to be checked on the way home and that’s more that it cost on the way there. Arbitrarily charging more for the same thing when the passenger has no options is shady The cabin was an icebox going there and back, if all the passengers have their gloves on and their hoods up that should be an obvious sign to turn up the heat
I was very nice to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very much appreciated. No issues with flight. All was good.
The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.

Onward flight was okay. return from Lisbon was poor as we missed our flight due to a long line at the passport control. Air Transat made no effort to accommodate us even though we were at the passport control 40 minutes prior to the departure.
Internet didn’t work more than 30 seconds at a time. Stared at my seat for most of the flight.
We had a connection flight in Toronto and the checked bags didn’t arrive to the baggage claim area 1.5 hours later- this caused us to miss our flight because of the delay. I called Aer Lingus to see if they could help, but since I booked it through a third party on Kayak, they said they couldn’t help. Are you able to help with this? We needed up getting a hotel and renting a car for the solution.
Flight delayed 45 minutes almost caused us to miss connection to transatlantic flight.
Flight crew was very cold and stood around a lot talking to each other.
Checked in ok for 3 flights at the airport check-in desk, but apparently I was not checked in to my connecting flights even though I was assured that I was and had seats on all 3 flights. Aer Lingus departure was also delayed for 1.5 hours which gave no time to collect bags to go through customs.
My seat was broken. No sound available and the armrest between my wife and I was broken so it could only fold halfway up. Seats were a big close together so they felt a bit claustrophobic. Boarding was a little frustrating in Dublin as there is not sufficient room to actually queue up. Boarding was also frustrating for people behind me who were unable to use the overhead due to people abusing the privilege and putting more than one item each up there. Staff was friendly and helpful to those people.
It’s my new favourite airline! Everything was smooth and relaxed!
Because of problem with aer Lingus, I couldn’t check in until just before the flight and was stuck in the middle seat
They out me in the baby row so I was surrounded by toddlers, they also did not send my luggage and was not able to book my connecting flight
A caveat, we flew during the ransomware attack that hacked the boarding and luggage tracking systems. I wouldn't ever be angry at the employees for that, but I WOULD be (and am) angry that communication was incredibly poor, that we got few live updates, and that the employees seemed uninformed and ill-equipped to handle the situation. Clear, honest, open communication and instructions would have benefited the situation. Unfortunately, there were literally no gate agents to talk to, no airport employees to direct people, and no clear signage (the app pretty much said "we don't know what gate your flight is."). Beyond this nightmare, the security was the usual dehumanizing circus of "Security Theater" which is... as we all know... only for show and completely useless. All three airports on this journey dropped the ball so hard. The flight industry can do so much better. Aer Lingus can do so much better.
Terrible flight. 1. They’ve only one option for food. 2. Seats are very cramped and screens are tiny 3. No pillow or blanket provided on long haul flight
I didn’t like my seat in my return flight from Montreal to Orlando at all; considering I paid extra for better seats. That middle seat was cramped up way too much.
Bad baggage and people management at boarding forcing me to dispatch my bad despite being the perfect size and respecting everything perfectly, whereas many did not and many free empty spots on the plane as usual… making me loose time and my planned bus at arrival to go to Geneva. Costing me 100 euros extra! So Brussels airlines needs to refund me
That was a short flight by the only time I could actually sleep
How can a national carrier and part of Lufthansa group not even provide complimentary water and a snack in such a long flight ?
Terrible seats. Whoever designed the seats should try taking a long flight in it themselves.
Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.
Been flying on various airlines, all over the world, for 50+ years. The food on Brussels Air was easily the worst I ever endured.

As seems to happen every flight from Toronto to Ottawa we were delayed twice. We try to avoid Toronto when possible.. Denver to Toronto was fine.
My only issue was the cost of the flight. I paid close to $900, and I’ve never experienced that before. Plus I had to pay for wifi on the flight. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
Flight was "over subscribed" which is Air Canada speak for "we cancelled the earlier yyc-yvr flight so we now have more bums than seats".
Our connection flight was cancelled due to the crew being detained in customs for drug trafficking. Ruining my last two days of vacation because they cancelled the rebooked flight too. Worst experience of my life, i want my money back because nobody can give me back those days and reservations i had planned for 6 months.
Original flight was canceled by Air Canada and next day they re scheduled and paid by hotel and taxi cost, but it just so tired for waiting and I have some school exam that I couldn't prepare it at all.
The seats were the most comfortable and spacious that I ever flew, and I flew more than 20 different airlines (economy)
They did great as being my first time flying with them I will consider flying with them again on my next trip.
The flight was just okay. The food options were not that great. Some healthier foods would be nice.
We were diverted and delayed due to weather which was unavoidable. Crew was grouchy and did minimum to keep large number of young kids in back of the plane comfortable during HOURS on the tarmac. It would have been easy to distribute cookies or water or to just tell the kids they were being really patient. Crew could be overheard complaining about their own inconvenience due to delays.
The longer flight on our leg back to the US was fine. Boarding was great, we had to stay on the runway for a bit after boarding… they kept it cool uncomfortable.
In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.
The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.
Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.
Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.
The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
