Cons: "One of the flight crew today was a bit on the grumpy side and made several negative comments about Alaska and about customers. Totally not typical for Alaska. Also - In Seattle had to load onto a bus and drive out to the plane.... another layer to a journey. They were well organized BUT"
Pros: "Quick boarding and deboarding, comfortable seats."
Pros: "I felt the trip was good."
Cons: "Still haven't left and communication is poor"
Cons: "40 mins late, really had to run to make the connection."
Pros: "The flight attendant was great! During the safety instructions, it was like he was dancing :)"
Cons: "I put my bad on the flight side cart and when I got off he flight it wasn’t there. It wound up with the checked bags. Thankfully one of the flight attendants was able to track it down for me."
Pros: "I really appreciated the Alaska Airline’s efforts to make up time after a delay on the schedule and ensuring passengers made their connecting flights. I was very impressed by the assistance provided, as well as the professionalism of the flight attendant who helped a passenger who fainted in the aisle. Well done"

Pros: "Great flight"
Cons: "Nothing it was all pretty good"
Pros: "Personal touch"
Pros: "Drinks were complimentary once the flight finally got underway. The staff were lovely despite being exhausted and frustrated."
Cons: "The flight was turned back due to an officer’s medical concern. The individual was standing in the gangway laughing and looking healthy while the passengers had to debark the plane and wait for 2 more hours before resuming the flight to Hawaii. When we arrived the majority of shops were closed; it was 7 hours late. Alaska offered a $200 voucher to make up for this."
Pros: "leg room, drinks, seat recline, direct flight, air, lighting"
Cons: "attempting a movie on my laptop, it could only stutter, and took two hours to get through 51 minutes of the film (I read captions); my neighbor was not a large woman, but nonetheless couldn't help elbowing me often; you're not responsible for poor parenting, but the family ahead and behind (same family) was loud and complaining; the flight was switched to another plane so our original one could take passengers to Cabo (Mexico); we had no water in the restrooms; food shouldn't be an additional purchase on longer flights, nor should baggage check"
Cons: "I'm pregnant, so not enough options for food"
Cons: "didnt like the hour delay, but what can you do"
Pros: "good loading. great departure even with delay. early arrival."

Pros: "Nonstop flight that was relatively inexpensive!"
Cons: "My flight was changed by Alaskan air. Flight was good, just wish I could have left at the time I originally planned."
Pros: "This flight did not exist - I ended up with a flight from Bellingham to Seattle, but they cancelled that and I ended up having to catch a bus at 4 am to Seattle to catch my flight to Indianapolis. Now I have to track down how to get reimbursed for the bus ticket, which is not easy for me."
Pros: "I liked that the flight was non-stop."
Cons: "I was satisfied with all aspects of the flight."
Pros: "On time leaving and early into SeaTac"
Cons: "Its a short flight. The prop aircraft are not very comfortable or quiet, but they are reliable"
Pros: "Love the crew service"
Cons: "My plane was delayed"
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and I had plenty of space."
Pros: "On time, courteous crew."
Cons: "First class was full. Paid to upgrade for what is referred to as Premier class I believe. Was in row 6 seat D. Crammed against the wall. Seats seemed abnormally tiny. Before even boarding the flight, the smell of the lavatory wafted strongly through the jet way. It only got worse from there. From the time we took off to the time we landed, the plane was absolutely saturated in an overwhelming pungent putrid smell, that one could only expect was from the lavatories. That aside, I personally don't understand what constitutes Premier class, or premium-class whichever the case may be. Anyhow, my experiences with Alaska have generally been positive, but this flight however was an absolute disappointment in a number of ways. To be clear, the crew was courteous and professional. I guess it's just been awhile since I have flown in the teeny tiny seats that I guess are considered standard."
Pros: "2 hours late"
Pros: "All else normal"
Cons: "Delays out of bellingham due to ground crew not staffed to fuel our plane."
Pros: "On time and nonstop"
Pros: "Poor experience"
Cons: "Flight cancelled at the last minute."
Pros: "Friendly and competent."
Pros: "The cordiality. The options for snacks and meals. The seat assignments. The clear Sky's! The stylish uniforms worn with sweet accessories."
Cons: "Some announcements needed to be made more clearly by slowing down a notch."
Cons: "Paying for food during a lunch hour flight"
Pros: "Friendly staff; comfy seats and ample leg room"
Cons: "No free WiFi services"
Pros: "Couldn't believe how clean and fresh-smelling the restroom was! The seats are a nice wipe-able vinyl or leather material. Flight attendants were accommodating and had friendly mannerism. SkyWest/Alaska offered for us to check a bag for free, then both bags we had checked arrived at baggage claim within the 20mn post-flight, as promised."
Pros: "Friendly, welcoming staff. On time. Nice new terminal at Bellingham. Check-in staff found me a better seat for the Seattle to San Francisco leg of my journey without me asking for it. Great initiative!"
Cons: "Cramped seats. $25 baggage fee."
Pros: "I love Alaska airline. I always try to fly with them."
Cons: "It was FREEZING on the plane and I had a blanket."
Pros: "Non stop Seattle to Omaha is the greatest thing to happen since I moved out to Washington State - my travel to Nebraska is so much easier and hassle free. The crew was professional and fun - Gluten free snack box is a plus."
Cons: "The sign in for free in-flight chat and entertainment was clunky and a bit confusing . I gave up on it ."
Pros: "No line to check from Lax to Portland Lots of leg room Loved complimentary internet and select movies No line to board We were m over efficiently and seamlessly"
Cons: "Too quick when getting drink orders - skipped me the second time on both flights Small overhead compartment"
Pros: "The crew were all wonderful and very helpful."
Cons: "The seats on the teeny-tiny Skywest planes are so uncomfortable. My back was aching after a three-hour flight, and I was in first class...can't imagine how much worse the main cabin seats are. There was no dairy-free/vegan option for the meal. I get not having vegan hot meals on hand because it's not the most common request, but even a cold snack pack (like the kind the AlaskaAir website lists as being standard in first class) would have been great."
Pros: "the service and on time"
Pros: "Very comfortable and the inflight food and service was exceptional"
Pros: "Friendly, unstressed,timely"
Pros: "Great seats, very friendly Stewardess and quick boarding"
Cons: "Wish there was an optional movie to watch"
Pros: "Pleasant staff"
Cons: "Delayed departure due to mechanical problems."
Pros: "Nice clean, newer plane and seating"
Pros: "Everything... except..."
Cons: "This is so sad, but there was no turning back once I traveled on an Alaska flight that had outlets at each seat!! Electrical outlets were only available for first class :( I wish all the planes had it so I can rely on them to keep me entertained without my battery dying 1.5 hours into a flight!"
