Pros: "The boarding process was easy and straightforward, the seats were comfortable and had individual entertainment screens, the crew was very polite and helpful. For meals, everyone was given a printed menu at the start of the flight so that meal options could be easily made."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours and they changed the gate from one end of the terminal (A15) to the other (C1). The waiting area was cramped. This being the home of Singapore Airlines, the way managed this entire thing was pathetic. Boarding announcements were also confusing."
The Airlines is really professional and flights are almost on time in respect of departure and arrivals are concerned.
The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.
No Food, No beverages, only water, and there is no information about this sudden change
Comfort and safety. At least packaged food could be served to Business Class passengers.
Surprisingly pleasant experience despite Covid-19 times. Food was too good!

Cons: "The staff at the Mumbai Airport dealing with Vistara Airline has absolutely no idea how to do their checks for documents. I was asked to wait for almost an hour and a half to get my documents cleared for my travel to dubai. After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Pros: "The staff at Qatar Airways did everything they could to make this flight one of the most enjoyable of my entire life. The food was well prepared and exceeded my expectations. I also enjoyed that the food was served at times that minimized the impact of the time change."
Cons: "The movie and TV options were impressive; however, in-flight WiFi and power would have been convenient and improved the entertainment on board the flight."
Pros: "Qatar beats every US based airline, hands down! The planes are clean and modern with better seats, leg room, technology, food and staff. Everything is included in the cost of a ticket, something that US airlines should learn! I cannot say enough about the experience and wood recommend to anyone traveling to destinations served by this airline."

I was unable to check in online. It said PRN is not correct few times in spite of it being correct. I could not book my seat. I travelled from Mumbai to Chennai & Chennai to tiruchi. I raised my problem to staff in Mumbai and they were not helpful. They kept saying I needed to do it in Chennai. They said they can’t print my boarding pass since it started from Chennai. They could have helped me with online checking. Customer service is very poor and not helpful. They could have done a better job.

Both flights had 2 stops and both times Indigo said we didn’t have a second flight and wouldn’t give us a second boarding pass meaning we had to go out to the check in both times to get our second boarding pass and both times were very problematic. Also we have a 7+ hour international flight on a very small plane with no free food or drinks. Just not a very good flight experience overall."

Flight didn’t take off after boarding for almost 4 hours. Later it was cancelled and passengers were deplaned. It was reinstated after several hours. Spent entire day at the airport
