First time flying with Singapore airlines and I’ll give them two thumbs up 👍 👍

Food was served to different people at different times and it wasn't clear why. The crew apologized for the wait. But it felt odd and inconsistent. They could use charging ports on each of the seats. Mine didn't have any. Also, they could've offered more snacks. It was a 12+ hour flight and no snacks were ever offered. Everything else was OK.

The crew was very courteous and professional. the flight is relatively clean and comfortable.

Pleasant business class flight experience with good onboarding experience. Flight service team was excellent with usual book-the-chef menu available

a completely full flight - felt quite carmped in, despite being on the window seat. Meal served could better. Surely different from pre-covid trips I used to take to and from Bangkok.

Food was just okay, need to improve for other menu variations

SQ service is great as always. However, the food quality seems to have gotten a lot worse recently.

Wish the underseat compartment don’t have a restriction, can fit a personal item such as backpack fully like most Boeing

Service was top notch and the attention to passengers is great. Takeoff and landing was on schedule. Food selection is good

Airline should consider adding a small meal at the last leg of the flight, right now there is 7 hours of no meal break.

The flight boarded and departed pretty much on time as it’s just a one hour flight there is no food or entertainment so I marked that at the neutral but they do offer water and I’m sure if you needed some food you could bring your own onboard. This was our third internal flight with Vietnam Airways and I recommend them.

This is a very short commuter flight, so there is no food or flight entertainment. Hence, I marked it in the neutral flight left on time. The plane was full pretty much and it was a pretty easy flight overall very good.

The flight crew and attendants are very professional and polite.

Food and welcome services were good , however we experienced issues with the entertainment system and poor headsets

Very good flight and very kind crew Only thing is I wish there would be a vegetarian option for the meals

Lovely staff, comfortable seats. Transit time was short but they had great processes in place to get us on the plane.

For a domestic flight, seats are ok, but fir us as tall dutchies, the legroom is too small. However, for a short and affordable flight, is not a big problem. Staff is still very nice and a complementary water very welcome.

2 hours delay, time changes started already 2 days before the flight

Average, not more then that. Cannot compete with Singapore Airlines

I bought the front row seat and made and early online check in but they changed my seat to the back row without prior notice. The inflight meal was too poor, only a piece of small finger food. The boarding is a disaster, everyone is stuffed in a bus in chaos. Doesnt worth the money at all.

Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.

Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight

The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

झूठा है इंडिगो फ्लाइट में मील दिया नहीं जब शिकायत किया तो बोला आपको मिल चुका है

It took a lot of time to declare that the flight gonna be cancelled ☹️ very disappointed.

They denied my meal which was included in ticket and also damaged my bag completely and broke the wheel and still not accepting their fault

As budget airline everything was good. Except that - boarding process can be more organised. Then if entertainment systems are not operational. Its better to keep them switch off.

Flight cancelled after 4+ hour delay. Indigo created a nightmare scenario and showed the most callus attitude towards the passengers I will refer to them was IndiNoGo!

Very nice and pleasant. Boarding was quick and the crew were responsive

Foreign nationals are not permitted to check in online in advance. We can only check in at the airport, so choice of seat was limited. I was stuck in a very uncomfortable location. I would expect a meal included in a flight of this duration. The food options to buy are very basic. IngiGo are a very good domestic carrier, but if they are serious about operating more international, longer haul flights, they need to improve this service to match every other airline I know.

First time flying with VietJet Air is so so. Check-in process for domestic is okay and easy but during our flight back to Manila, the ground staff at Tan Son Nhat International Airport weighed our hand luggage before boarding when in fact, it should be weighed during the check-in process. They are very strict in terms of the 7kg hand carry it’s either you’ll pay extra, or leave things behind.

I was unable to check in online so had to line up at the airport. When I got to the counter? The staff told me I had to check my carry on luggage, which cost $70. When I boarded the plane, I saw many suitcases that were bigger and heavier than my carry on… so not sure how they were able to bring them on and I wasn’t …

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

I think if i find different options I’ll travel with it but not with air India they never loaded the luggage’s and they announce the luggage’s will be arriving on belt number 5 when all passengers reach to the belt we find they haven’t loaded the luggage’s

The flight was on time, the entire experience was very smooth. The Flight crew were incredibly professional and nice. Made us feel very comfortable

They rescheduled flight..no customer care to even reach or accommodate

Unnecessary delays & Gate changes, so much inconvenience after 15-16 hours flight

Old and filthy aircraft Boarding was free for all with no zones

Flight has no entertainment. Crew doesn't care atall. Horrible service and never going to take Air india and will spread their Horrible service.

Flight was delayed in phases from 84ppm to 2am. And at 2am it was cancelled. Only refund option provided and no stay was provided. Poor communication throughout and shameless behaviour from the airline with no regard for seniors citizens and those travelling with children.

Very bad experience luggage never made to destination no help form airlines staff aircraft was old crappy forts staff service bad airlines staff

The boarding experience was very organized and easy to follow. The flight was pleasant and the food provided was also very good. Both Delhi and Mumbai airport have metro connections which make getting around much easier.

Food, choice of menu and quantity were poor. Crew services were even poorer, not attending call bittons
