When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

My children and I were all separated and put in middle seats throughout the entire plane where I could not have access to them. I was assured several times that the flight crew would not allow them to be separated from me. I asked in July, I asked in check in, and I asked at the gate. They all told me the flight crew would fix it. The flight was full so they needed to ask other passengers at the last second before taking off. It is a terrible policy to leave it up to other travelers wether or not children sit with gaurdians. It is dangerous and irresponsible. I could have at least prepared my children for flying alone (with water, supplies or the information to ask for what they needed) had everyone not assured me along the way that we would not be separated. I was humiliated on the plane waiting for the entire plane to board and could not stop crying for 5 hours because I knew I was just getting brushed off every time I requested help until it was too late (on the plane about to take off with the flight crew trying their best to move already seated and comfortable passengers around), and that even with a complaint, no procedures will change for future parents and no reparations will be made for the worst most damaging flight any of us has ever experienced. Aer Lingus will never accept responsibility, Large corporations always have the customer accept all consequences. These are shameful times we live in now.

Ticketing and boarding agents were excellent. Martin, one of the air stewards could have been a little nicer. Needs to work on his demeanor and customer interfacing skills.

Aer Lingus refereed Certior/Go Safe PCR @ $70 euro per person 24hr prior to flight guaranteeing us pdf results for check in within 4-6hrs- 6/3at 10:45 -still have not received results or refund. Total scam. We were then forced to go to the airport 10 hours in advance and get on-site testing for an additional fee per person. The needless stress , aggravation , cost and wasted day is uncalled for and disgraceful.

Our kids were crying because our baggage was lost and thus was a shitty way to end our vacation and my birthday! Would not recommend flying with Aer Lingus or Air Canada. Horrible service."

Usual abysmal BA offering: 90 minutes late due to “late inbound aircraft”. Tired, overcrowded A320 with impersonal, couldn’t care less cabin crew. All for a premium price.

British airways could not find our reservations, also when leaving LAX they showed duplicate reservations. Lost luggage going and coming back. British Airways rep said we should not have used Kayak, too Many mixups.

BA is just Ryanair with better livery.

Security at BER was painfully slow, the staff just didn't seem in interested. The Swissport boarding agents were also rude.

I fly British Airways because they have convenient timings not because I’m expecting competence or comfort. Typically mediocre check in speed and flight punctuality. Old and tired planes. Oh well hopefully more choice will open up soon. And then it’s goodbye BA.

Delayed flight, no information as to why, more standing on the runway with no information and after landing, more delays with security gates not working. Just a shambles, lack of communication and lack of customer care.

But it's also 2017 and these features aren't "new"; I remember having in-flight entertainment back in the early 2000's on Delta flights in the US, so I'm not sure why it's taking more premium airlines so long to catch up."

Webjet.com told me British Airways initially reported that it was a no show. (I was at the counter for about 2 hours, and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com). I hope that my contract with webjet.com does not become frustrated because of British Airways interference. I was not even allowed to change my flight to come back at the end of September. It is very likely that British Airways has some part of the money paid to webjet.com. I am still waiting for British Airways to cooperate. I don't understand why webjet.com had to tell me British Airways initially reported my long wait and conversations with their agents for 2 hours as a no show. I can prove I was there and that I talked to their agents. I also have the email from webjet.com in which they told me British Airways was reporting it to the webjet.com as a no show (and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com)"
