Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty

I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

Flight was delayed from San Diego due to being overweight for weather conditions. We missed our connecting flight to our final destination due to the delay, as well as the connecting flight leaving before the scheduled departure time. We missed the connection within 10 - 15 minutes. We were booked on a later flight arriving 7 hours later. There were 7 passengers sharing the same originating and connecting flight.
The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.
My business class seat was inoperable and unable to recline for 10 hour flight.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great
The layovers / connections were too short and too long. I SPRINTED to make the connection from OSL-JFK and then SAT for over 6 hours from JFK-BUF. I don’t mind a longer layover more than I want to RUN to make my next connection
Our vacation started with horribly, 48hr prior to departure SAS airline cancelled our return flight giving us little to no alternative options.
The layover was very long. Other than that, great trip so far
Elderly traveler with disability was bumped from extra legroom to economy with little legroom. He couldn’t bend his knee to fit in the seat. Very uncomfortable for a 7 hour flight and will be reported to DOT. Then the food was disgusting. Boiled chicken with boiled rice and steamed veggies. 3 slices of carrot and one broccoli. We couldn’t eat it. No salt or pepper provided. Disgusting.
Payed $140 xtra for seat arrangement Did not get the preselected seats neiter outbound nor inbound. Absolutely not worth the xtra money
Gate agent in Atlanta refused to let me take my carry-on on the plane even though I met weight and size requirements and the plane was half empty. My ticket clearly stated that I was entitled to one carry-on and one personal item. Will not fly this airline again.
Flee premium economy. Very comfortable absolutely a better seat more recline, wider, and more legroom. Flew Business, which was lie flat comfortable with decent food. In P E Basically the screens audio hardly works and the selection although 90% in English is very limited. Wi-Fi did not work both ways across the Atlantic. It was “broken“ very efficient operation. The app was great. Notification is fine. It was just the entertainment and the food in premium economy was lousy airline food. But yes, I would fly them again in PE or business if they were going my way.

It wasn't an AeroMexico connect but SAS, I dunno where that AeroMexico info came from. A word to the wise - do NOT get an international connecting flight into Eurooe at Copenhagen that has less than an hour layover between flights, or you'll never make it. You'll need to go thru immigration at the airport before catching your next flight, which takes some time, and then it could be a good half hour walk or more over to your next gate. Kayak lined up flights for us with only a 45-minute layover and it was literally impossible to make the nect flight ... I figured if their robots thought it woukd work it should be ok, but don't trust the robots! Had to wait for the next plane to make it to our destination.
One of our bags was never put on the flight in Copenhagen. Now that we're home in the USA, my wife is still without most of her clothes and personal items as she returns to work this week. Hoping for a quick resolution, but there seems to be little chance of speaking with an actual person in the process.
The counter person at the gate was rude and demeaning, to the point that I wouldn't fly this airline again.
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.

United was excellent. We had very good experience flying the carrier. Certainly. We will opt to fly them for sure. Lufthansa is out.
The incoming flight was delayed so boarding didn’t happen on time. Upon landing in Munich, we couldn't pull up to a gate so we had to disembark on the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal. This caused a mad rush for me and others who were making connecting flights to get to our new gates, and my bag didn’t get over to the new plane in time.
Plane seemed dated and things like overhead compartments and bathroom cabinets had difficulty keeping closed.
I liked the professional service that began with the information and continued with boarding and the service on board. I recommend you to use the late-night checkin the day before your flight. It made traveling so much better and more pleasant.
Forced gate checking of a soft sided rucksack while allowing hard sided cases on the plane when claiming there was limited room was a bit of a joke. The boarding was a free for all with business classes not getting priority and the food was pretty bland and cold (KLM can do a hot meal on shorter European flights). For a National carrier operating from a home base I expected better. Flight was delayed in both Berlin and Munich and due to the delays I missed my ground connection costing me another £80. Had my bag not been gate checked by a overzealous gate agent doing selective enforcement for non Germans then I would have easily made the connection even with the flight delays. Think I will avoid star alliance in the future and stick to sky team or one world.
I fly to Germany every year and prefer the most direct flight routes. Lufthansa offers this route, allowing me to fly from my home airport directly to Germany. The food and service were excellent. The staff was most accommodating, very professional, and friendly. The only issue I did not care for was the seating arrangement. I fly business and did not appreciate the configuration of the business class. Understandably, you will always have someone seated next to you, but then install a separation screen to allow for a little more privacy. United and British Airways are miles ahead in creating a more personal space. Lufthansa should do better.
Premium Economy was very comfortable. Flight staff was cheerful and helpful.
Not enough time between connecting flights. We had to run through the Frankfurt airport and nearly missed our flight to the US. Extremely tight seating in Economy. No room and I'm not a large person. Please prevent any seats from reclining so my kneecaps are not destroyed again. Entertainment system touch screen did not recognize inputs. Seemed to be a problem for many. Crew were very nice and the food was not bad.
I liked everything excepct the noise of the engine inside de airplane was a little bite higher.
I was not seated with my husband despite paying to choose seats. My luggage was not put on the plane so didn't get it for 3 days.

We got delayed for 3 hours and. Missed the connection. This is the 3rd time this happened with this airline
Ok, my flight to Berlin was wonderful, no complaints everything I expected. The flight home however sucked! I hate using four letter words but there it is. The boarding process was horrible, me and others tried to board before with the e ticket, that did not work. Later I found out that it was a cyber attack. But they had 24 hours to get a plan in place. So that when people showed up they could be given information about the problem. The other problem is the help line was not working!
I would like to recognize a crewmember for her above and beyond service. Her name is Emily Milburn. The flight was delayed for more than a couple of hours, as we sat on the tarmac because of a storm in London. I could not connect to the Wi-Fi, which I needed to do to arrange for my follow up flight back to the US. This young lady told me that her cell phone had reception and offered to provide me connection through her phone. I was beyond impressed. Later on the gentleman sitting next to me, could not connect to the charging portal. Emily came back with her personal auxiliary battery and offered to the other passenger. She certainly needs to be recognized by British Airways for going above and beyond what is expected. She was the ultimate professional and very friendly, and I have to admit that, given the delay, the passengers were not the easiest to deal with.
Flight was fine but diverted to a different airport. I was also assigned a seat that I wasn’t allowed to change during the check in process, which was odd.
I only took two Europe trip with BA, 100% are delayed. Today’s delay caused missed next flight, they booked next flight for me but we had to wait at the airport for 6 hours. The trip to Berlin, same experience, delayed for 3 hours for no reason. Will not treat with BA anymore.
Berlin airport one of the most inefficient we have ever encountered. We are in our 70’s and we were on our feet 1.5 hours and traveled 4800 steps )2 miles) just to get to our remote gate and security detours.thank god we were there 3 hours before our flight
They ran out of headphones so my 3rd daughter couldn’t use the onboard TV the entire flight. They also rain out of food, so my 1st daughter didn’t get to choose her entrees or snack (chicken or cheese) because by the time they got to the last row they only had chicken left. Luckily she is not a vegetarian.
The rice and chicken tikka on the Finnair flight was absolutely delicious. I am lactose intolerant and couldn’t eat the ice cream. Please consider a lactose free ice cream too. Thanks
Our original flight was cancelled and we had to rebook everything our selves with little help from British airways The actual flight was fine once we did all the work and worry to rebook
The seating for a transatlantic 8-hour flight was inhumane- I felt squeezed unbearably into an intolerably constricted space meant more for a calf raised as veal than a human being. My economy seat was positioned next to a seat with "more leg room" because my neighbor had paid extra - at the expense of my space which was impossibly reduced. Were it not for the extremely professional compassion and tender attention given to me by the exquisitely attentive flight crew the flight would have been unspeakably awful.
