Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

their gluten free lactose meal is the best, I have never been satisfied with my flight meals. I definitely enjoyed my flight and the chair is very spacious for economy. I'm so glad Delta is my flight way back to NY.

The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.

It was fine. Flight was on time and arrived at destination with 15 min to spare.

We were delayed an hour leaving Munich (No fault of the crew). They kept us posted on the status so we knew what was going on, but as a result we missed our connection in Chicago and the communication on connecting flights was pretty poor as we disembarked. It was already stressful and some of that could have been reduced by better communications about where to find transfers, etc.

One problem, but a serious one - the plane is built with electric windows that tint dark to reduce light. Sitting next to the window is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE as it emits so much HEAT in the face when tinted.

I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.

No in flight entertainment, gate employees were very quick and impatient, plane was uncomfortable

The flight cancellation and process for getting a new flight was not that clear. United also had some delays that were unexpected. I am the most disappointed by the fact that I originally bought a Lufthansa ticket, only to be flown by United.

Need to have more snacks for the duration and coffee.

We booked flight thru Amex travel and it was already a lot of money for economy and no reserved seats until check in. On our flight from fra, we could not check in one passenger online and when we went to the airport, they said he does not have a guaranteed seat and he would be on a waiting list. This was a guaranteed seat and United overbooked. It was sos stressful when at the gate because they didn’t have a seat and the response was yeh, nothing we can do because the industry overbooks. But they knew we had one person with no seat and even up till boarding, they didn’t say anything. We had to go to the counter over 3 times and my husband was so beside himself, I went up and the counter person said yes, you have a ticket. Ohalaa, why wouldn’t they say anything? Leave us in angst the entire waiting time on a delayed flight. That’s poor customer service. On the flight, people would recline seats immediately and not even return them to normal when eating. We were so crammed, I can not fly eco again on Lufthansa or United when international. Other airlines have been better even when we were in economy. Not even worth it to upgrade to business compared to other airlines either. Overall, it was a really bad flight mainly because of the initial boarding and then no oversight over passengers. The flight crew did their best but they should really announce it more that people need to recline seats back. Kids kicking chairs, all the babies crying…must’ve been my worse flight in 15 years.

First, the bathroom was horrible. 2 bathroom stalls at a gate and no soap to wash our hands. We were sitting at the gate for an hour before they decided to check our particulars. The line was long. Boarding was chaotic. Once we boarded, we were put on the bus in the rainy and forced to stand like sandwiches in the bus. All this occurred on Christmas Day.

My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.

I’m hoping for WiFi included. Everything else was very good

Rude security cunts. However the lady that issued my boarding ticket when I was flying back from New York was lovely & helpful!!

The food is really eco only level. Breakfast was shameful. I am considering to stop flying with Iberia. Business prices are as expensive as other companies with much better service.

You do not have a space for flight cancelled. BUT!!! Air Canada handled it great. Was booked on another airline for the next day. The original flight was booked solid. But he precheck by the maintenance found a mechanical problem and the plane was not safe to fly. It was an inconvenience to have to wait until next day but I would rather arrive safely.

The crew was friendly, the seats are too small. Air travel is barely tolerable anymore.

The boarding process in Frankfurt was chaotic and uncomfortable. Everyone was waiting at the gate and had to get up and line up (by escalators which caused problems) to get documents checked. Then wait in line for bus which took us to tarmac where we had to stand in the cold rain outside the plane to climb the stairs to board. The plane ride itself was smooth and as comfortable as could be in economy. Free texting for aero plane members was nice. The food was decent.

The boarding process in Toronto bad as they share space with domestic flights and when those domestic flights come in you are locked out behind closed doors until they are done and then its a mad rush to get your boarding gates and board. This is not so much due to Air Canada but with the GTAA, but Air Canada could use different gates especially early morning in order to prevent such travel angst.

I never booked this flight. Someone else did as fraud

I am used to the seat sizes and the bathrooms being so small. Main complaint was that the world travel map was not working and the food is poor. I think they need to come back with the idea of free meals when the flight is over 5 hours. Buying meals is terrible as I can not eat much gluten. Over all I will always fly Air Canada as it is reliable and friendly staff. I really like that now I can track my bag as to where it is and when loaded on the airplane.

It was good.. it was an emergency flight as had to get home for.my Mom who was dying. She passed away 5 hours after I got home so thankfully I made it with the help.of Kayak.

It was a refreshing experience from the past few times I have travelled with Air Canada.

Food variety there should be more options or at least more chicken than pasta offers. Multiple times I get left with pasta option only as I usually sit furthest back row.

The flight attendants were superb and the service was outstanding. Some passengers with small children were very rude and inconsiderate, kids were constantly crying and some were running around the aisle unsupervised.

Terrible. There was a rattling noise the whole flight. The internet didn't work after I paid. Boarding is very disorganized.

The most horrific experience we had with the airline that we had in our life Everything was substandard at best. For just one hot tea they charged 4 euros We paid for Lufthansa months in advance ,to get there they didn’t have us in record and after 4 and a half hours layover we almost we got one seat at the first row and one in the back of the plane On top of that our suitcase was seriously damaged and it’s unusable. Here we are halfway around the world in foreign language having to fix this on our vacation time Would you kindly and quickly resolve this matter

Already stated....flights were fine. Late luggage a disappointment and failure my Lufthansa to get my bag delivered in a timely fashion.

Luggage took nearly 2 hours to come out. Terrible airport service in Malaga.

The crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat so I was able to recline while the passenger in front of me did for 8 hours. My knees were forced against the seat for hours :(. Dude sitting next to me hasn't showered in weeks so I almost threw up.

Sorry my last review for prg to fra was for this flight. My prg to fra flight was fine but my second flight back to Washington DC was with a slow awful crew who wouldn’t come in a timely manner to take trash and take trash before serving coffee tea and was shoving other people’s bottles of water on me when we were not traveling together

Lufthansa was amazing. Definitely upgrade your seat if you can swing it - they take very good care of their passengers. Customs in DC is nothing short of a nightmare though. Stood in line waiting to go back through security for 30 minutes, had to RUN through and across two terminals to make my connection and only had 5 minutes to spare. Terrible. Very very poor coordination by the airport staff and CBP.
